Depth estimation is an important task in computer *** data at scale for monocular depth estimation is challenging,as this task requires simultaneously capturing RGB images and depth ***,data augmentation is crucial for this *** data augmentationmethods often employ pixel-wise transformations,whichmay inadvertently disrupt edge *** this paper,we propose a data augmentationmethod formonocular depth estimation,which we refer to as the Perpendicular-Cutdepth *** method involves cutting realworld depth maps along perpendicular directions and pasting them onto input images,thereby diversifying the data without compromising edge *** validate the effectiveness of the algorithm,we compared it with existing convolutional neural network(CNN)against the current mainstream data augmentation ***,to verify the algorithm’s applicability to Transformer networks,we designed an encoder-decoder network structure based on Transformer to assess the generalization of our proposed *** results demonstrate that,in the field of monocular depth estimation,our proposed method,Perpendicular-Cutdepth,outperforms traditional data *** the indoor dataset NYU,our method increases accuracy from0.900 to 0.907 and reduces the error rate from0.357 to *** the outdoor dataset KITTI,our method improves accuracy from 0.9638 to 0.9642 and decreases the error rate from 0.060 to 0.0598.

SAR Ship Detection Based on Multi-Scale Feature Cross Fusion

Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) ship detection plays a significant role in ocean monitoring. However, the current SAR ship detection methods face limitations in detecting small and dense ships. To address these issues, a novel SAR ship detection method based on multi-scale feature cross-fusion (MFCNet) is proposed in this paper. In the proposed model, a feature extraction network with a spatial fusion attention mechanism (FESNet) is designed to improve the capability of the backbone network in feature extraction. A multiintersection spatial pyramid pooling (MISPP) module is proposed to expand the receptive field and enhance the semantic information. Furthermore, a feature cross-fusion network (FCFNet) is designed to comprehensively integrate features of different scales for enhancing SAR ship detection performance. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model achieves high detection performance on the SSDD and HRSID datasets, providing more reliable technical support for ship detection in maritime environments. © (2025), (Electromagnetics Academy). Neighbor Library-Aware Graph Neural Network for Third Party Library Recommendation

Modern software development has moved toward agile growth and rapid delivery,where developers must meet the changing needs of users *** such a situation,plug-and-play Third-Party Libraries(TPLs)introduce a considerable amount of convenience to ***,selecting the exact candidate that meets the project requirements from the countless TPLs is challenging for *** works have considered setting up a personalized recommender system to suggest TPLs for ***,these approaches rarely consider the complex relationships between applications and TPLs,and are unsatisfactory in accuracy,training speed,and convergence *** this paper,we propose a new end-to-end recommendation model called Neighbor Library-Aware Graph Neural Network(NLA-GNN).Unlike previous works,we only initialize one type of node embedding,and construct and update all types of node representations using Graph Neural Networks(GNN).We use a simplified graph convolution operation to alternate the information propagation process to increase the training efficiency and eliminate the heterogeneity of the app-library bipartite graph,thus efficiently modeling the complex high-order relationships between the app and the *** experiments on large-scale real-world datasets demonstrate that NLA-GNN achieves consistent and remarkable improvements over state-of-the-art baselines for TPL recommendation tasks.

A Method for Fast Feature Selection Utilizing Cross-Similarity within the Context of Fuzzy Relations

Feature selection methods rooted in rough sets confront two notable limitations:their high computa-tional complexity and sensitivity to noise,rendering them impractical for managing large-scale and noisy *** primary issue stems from these methods’undue reliance on all *** overcome these challenges,we introduce the concept of cross-similarity grounded in a robust fuzzy relation and design a rapid and robust feature selection ***,we construct a robust fuzzy relation by introducing a truncation ***,based on this fuzzy relation,we propose the concept of cross-similarity,which emphasizes the sample-to-sample similarity relations that uniquely determine feature importance,rather than considering all such relations *** studying the manifestations and properties of cross-similarity across different fuzzy granularities,we propose a forward greedy feature selection algorithm that leverages cross-similarity as the foundation for information *** algorithm significantly reduces the time complexity from O(m2n2)to O(mn2).Experimental findings reveal that the average runtime of five state-of-the-art comparison algorithms is roughly 3.7 times longer than our algorithm,while our algorithm achieves an average accuracy that surpasses those of the five comparison algorithms by approximately 3.52%.This underscores the effectiveness of our *** paper paves the way for applying feature selection algorithms grounded in fuzzy rough sets to large-scale gene datasets.

Layer-Wise Learning Rate Optimization for Task-Dependent Fine-Tuning of Pre-Trained Models: An Evolutionary Approach

The superior performance of large-scale pre-Trained models, such as Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) and Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (GPT), has received increasing attention in both academic and industrial research and has become one of the current research hotspots. A pre-Trained model refers to a model trained on large-scale unlabeled data, whose purpose is to learn general language representation or features for fine-Tuning or transfer learning in subsequent tasks. After pre-Training is complete, a small amount of labeled data can be used to fine-Tune the model for a specific task or domain. This two-stage method of "pre-Training+fine-Tuning"has achieved advanced results in natural language processing (NLP) tasks. Despite widespread adoption, existing fixed fine-Tuning schemes that adapt well to one NLP task may perform inconsistently on other NLP tasks given that different tasks have different latent semantic structures. In this article, we explore the effectiveness of automatic fine-Tuning pattern search for layer-wise learning rates from an evolutionary optimization perspective. Our goal is to use evolutionary algorithms to search for better task-dependent fine-Tuning patterns for specific NLP tasks than typical fixed fine-Tuning patterns. Experimental results on two real-world language benchmarks and three advanced pre-Training language models show the effectiveness and generality of the proposed framework. © 2024 held by the owner/author(s).

Graph Augmentation Empowered Contrastive Learning for Recommendation

The application of contrastive learning (CL) to collaborative filtering (CF) in recommender systems has achieved remarkable success. CL-based recommendation models mainly focus on creating multiple augmented views by employing different graph augmentation methods and utilizing these views for self-supervised learning. However, current CL methods for recommender systems usually struggle to fully address the problem of noisy data. To address this problem, we propose the Graph Augmentation Empowered Contrastive Learning (GAECL) for recommendation framework, which uses graph augmentation based on topological and semantic dual adaptation and global co-modeling via structural optimization to co-create contrasting views for better augmentation of the CF paradigm. Specifically, we strictly filter out unimportant topologies by reconstructing the adjacency matrix and mask unimportant attributes in nodes according to the PageRank centrality principle to generate an augmented view that filters out noisy data. Additionally, GAECL achieves global collaborative modeling through structural optimization and generates another augmented view based on the PageRank centrality principle. This helps to filter the noisy data while preserving the original semantics of the data for more effective data augmentation. Extensive experiments are conducted on five datasets to demonstrate the superior performance of our model over various recommendation models. © 2025 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

Partial Label Learning with Noisy Labels

Partial label learning (PLL) is a particular problem setting within weakly supervised learning. In PLL, each sample corresponds to a candidate label set in which only one label is true. However, in some practical application scenarios, the emergence of label noise can make some candidate sets lose their true labels, leading to a decline in model performance. In this work, a robust training strategy for PLL, derived from the joint training with co-regularization (JoCoR), is proposed to address this issue in PLL. Specifically, the proposed approach constructs two separate PLL models and a joint loss. The joint loss consists of not only two PLL losses but also a co-regularization term measuring the disagreement of the two models. By automatically selecting samples with small joint loss and using them to update the two models, our proposed approach is able to filter more and more suspected samples with noise candidate label sets. Gradually, the robustness of the PLL models to label noise strengthens due to the reduced disagreement of the two models. Experiments are conducted on two state-of-the-art PLL models using benchmark datasets under various noise levels. The results show that the proposed method can effectively stabilize the training process and reduce the model's overfitting to noisy candidate label sets. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature 2024.

Faced with the rapid development of social networks and the enormous business opportunities they contain, data mining and analysis based on social networks has become an inevitable trend. By utilizing various technologies such as Visual C++6.0 and Pajek, data collection and analysis were achieved. The user ID (Identification) was added to the Sina server and relevant user information was requested through the API (Application Programming Interface). Through the data analysis module, the stored data was processed appropriately for different research objects, and network analysis tools can be used to visually display certain results. Using this model, sentiment classification was performed on Weibo samples with existing labels, and the accuracy, recall and F1 value of manual labeling were evaluated. The positive accuracy was 0.85;recall was 0.82;F1 value was 0.84. This article helps to improve user experience and explore more user value. © 2024 IEEE.
