During animation design process, when the overlap of animation graphics is overtopping, inaccurate three-dimensional feature points appear in the established model, which resulting in low fidelity of model. For this drawbacks, a three-dimensional reality animation design modeling based on an optimization algorithm of animation modeling fidelity is proposed. Triangle refinement method is utilized to refine feature points distributed disorderly in the three-dimensional animation model, so as to obtain a three-dimensional animation composed of triangles, according to the method of calculating the intersection of intersecting triangles, optimal triangles can be achieved, i.e. the new three-dimensional coordinate points are acquired. Afterwards, two-dimensional coordinate calculation is processed for the new added points to get the exact coordinates of the point in the three-dimensional animation model, eventually obtain a three-dimensional animation model with high degree of fidelity. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Due to wide frequency band, the long-distance communication is prone to be jammed by traditional radios. Furthermore, severe interference will lead to serious deterioration of performance. To solve this problem, the paper proposes energy-balance interference eliminated method and mixed communication algorithm, namely interference cancellation system model. The system elects a cluster head by utilizing the residual energy of nodes and the distance between cluster heads to balance the energy consumption and maximum the life cycle of the network. A Boolean vector corresponding to a random number defined is applied to this interference cancellation system. Experimental results show that under the premise of accurate channel estimation, systems using this technology to eliminate external interference in long-distance communication system have practical significance. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

We propose a two-layer optimization framework for the unmanned aerial vehicle path planning problem to handle interval uncertainties that exist in the combat field. When evaluating a candidate flight path, we first calculate the interval response (i.e., the upper and lower bounds) of the candidate flight path within the inner layer of the framework using a collocation interval analysis method (CIAM). Then, in the outer layer, we introduce a novel criterion for interval response comparison. The artificial bee colony algorithm is used to search for the optimal flight path according to this new criterion. Our experimental results show that the CIAM adopted is a feasible option, which largely eases the computational burden. Moreover, our derived flight paths can effectively handle bounded uncertainties without knowing the corresponding uncertainty distributions.

Hashing is very useful for fast approximate similarity search on large database. In the unsupervised settings, most hashing methods aim at preserving the similarity defined by Euclidean distance. Hash codes generated by these approaches only keep their Hamming distance corresponding to the pairwise Euclidean distance, ignoring the local distribution of each data point. This objective does not hold for k-nearest neighbors search. In this paper, we firstly propose a new adaptive similarity measure which is consistent with k-NN search, and prove that it leads to a valid kernel. Then we propose a hashing scheme which uses binary codes to preserve the kernel function. Using low-rank approximation, our hashing framework is more effective than existing methods that preserve similarity over arbitrary kernel. The proposed kernel function, hashing framework, and their combination have demonstrated significant advantages compared with several state-of-the-art methods.

Single loop regulator is a process control level instrument in single loop distributed control system. The traditional single loop regulators based on the data bus and wire network exist limitations such as wiring and environment and so on. Aiming at these problems, this paper improved the traditional single loop regulator by combining wireless communication technology with information processing technology, and then designed a single loop regulator system based on wireless network. The system adopted PID adjustment. Practical tests proved that the regulator system could be used in practical applications. © 2013 IEEE.

We aim for accurate non-invasive optical measurement of blood constituents, especially alcohol (BAL) and glucose (BGL), by means of a newly designed integrating sphere finger photoplethysmographic sensor (isFPPG). The sensitivity of the new device was compared with that of a conventional transmittance-type sensor (tmFPPG). We used near-infrared light at 1160-nm, a window in the water absorption spectrum and strong BAL absorption peak, and 1600-nm, a strong absorption peak of BGL. In 8 volunteers, simultaneous measurements of both isFPPG and tmFPPG from the index fingers with both wavelengths were made using a laser-based experimental setup. The difference of signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) between isFPPG and tmFPPG were evaluated. We found statistically significant higher SNRs with the isFPPG, by factors of 1.58 and 4.80 for the FPPG measurements at 1160-nm and 1600-nm, respectively. Thus, the proposed method at these wavelengths could be particularly useful to reduce influences of the strong water absorption bands. © 2014, Japan Soc. of Med. Electronics and Biol. engineering. Photovoltaic cells, as the primary part of a solar photovoltaic system, are a nonlinear DC power supply related to multiple parameters. The demand of increasing the generating efficiency of photovoltaic cells requires having a good understanding of their electrical characteristics. In this study, the mathematical and physical model of the photovoltaic cells was built by the means of Matlab and Simulink based on the internal principles and equivalent circuits of the photovoltaic cells. After the simulation of such practical and versatile model, it's found that the nonlinear P-V and I-V characteristics of the photovoltaic cells, with the change of sunlight intensity and temperature, could be accurately reflected by this high simulation precision model. Furthermore, the Maximum Power Point Tracking method was proposed using the logical formula dP/dI=0 of the maximum power point of photovoltaic cells. This method can simply and fast implement the tracking for the maximum power point. © 2013 IFSA.

In information retrieval, efficient accomplishing the nearest neighbor search on large scale database is a great challenge. Hashing based indexing methods represent each data instance as a binary string to retrieve the approximate nearest neighbors. In this paper, we present a semi-randomized hashing approach to preserve the Euclidean distance by binary codes. Euclidean distance preserving is a classic research problem in hashing. Most hashing methods used purely randomized or optimized learning strategy to achieve this goal. Our method, on the other hand, combines both randomized and optimized strategies. It starts from generating multiple random vectors, and then approximates them by a single projection vector. In the quantization step, it uses the orthogonal transformation to minimize an upper bound of the deviation between real-valued vectors and binary codes. The proposed method overcomes the problem that randomized hash functions are isolated from the data distribution. What's more, our method supports an arbitrary number of hash functions, which is beneficial in building better hashing methods. The experiments show that our approach outperforms the alternative state-of-the-art methods for retrieval on the large scale dataset.

In order to reduce the storage requirements for the test pattern, a test data compression scheme based on compatible data block coding is presented. In the scheme, binary code is used to express the test data which are compatible or inversely compatible with reference data which are improved compression radio. The circuit structure of decompression with a Finite State Machine (FSM) and a Cyclical Scan Register (CSR) was proposed. Experimental results for the large ISCAS 89 benchmark circuits show that this scheme is a very efficient compression method than other compression schemes and the average compression ratio of up to 63.89%.
