This paper proposed a new Ad Hoc dynamic routing algorithm, which based on ant-colony algorithm in order to reasonably extend the dynamic allocation of network traffic and network lifetime. The Algorithm choose path according transmission latency, path of the energy rate, congestion rate, dynamic rate. The Algorithm update the routing table by dynamic collection of path information after path established. The analyse shows that algorithm increases the network throughput, reduces the average end-to-end packet transmission latency, and extends the network lifetime, achieves an improving performance.

To motivate more people to participate in vaccination campaigns, various subsidy policies are often supplied by government and the health sectors. However, these external incentives may also alter the vaccination decisions of the broader public, and hence the choice of incentive needs to be carefully considered. Since human behavior and the networking-constrained interactions among individuals significantly impact the evolution of an epidemic, here we consider the voluntary vaccination on human contact networks. To this end, two categories of typical subsidy policies are considered: (1) under the free subsidy policy, the total amount of subsidy is distributed to a certain fraction of individual and who are vaccinated without personal cost, and (2) under the partial-offset subsidy policy, each vaccinated person is offset by a certain amount of subsidy. A vaccination decision model based on evolutionary game theory is established to study the effects of these different subsidy policies on disease control. Simulations suggest that, because the partial-offset subsidy policy encourages more people to take vaccination, its performance is significantly better than that of the free subsidy policy. However, an interesting phenomenon emerges in the partial-offset scenario: with limited amount of total subsidy, a moderate subsidy rate for each vaccinated individual can guarantee the group-optimal vaccination, leading to the maximal social benefits, while such an optimal phenomenon is not evident for the free subsidy scenario.

The long term goal of our research is to develop an in-car health screening instrument, based on a novel approach for physiological measurement, in order to contribute to much-needed efforts aimed at achieving safer driving. We describe here a feasibility study in which a system was constructed to derive cardiac indices non-invasively and simultaneously using a finger cuff. Specifically, the instrument measures blood pressure (BP), pulse rate (PR), normalized pulse volume (NPV) reflecting alpha-adrenergic sympathetic activity, and finger-artery elasticity index (FEI). The instrument's measurement process has two phases:firstly, cuff pressure is maintained at 30 mmHg to measure the NPV and PR;secondly, whilst applying a gradual change in counter-pressure, the BP and FEI are measured by application of the volume-oscillometric method. We tested a prototype instrument in 5 healthy male and female volunteers (age 21, 22, 36, 37, 49 years) during two weeks day-to-day living, including a 33-hour period of total sleep deprivation as physiological challenge. The results indicated that with sleep deprivation there appear to be relatively large physiological changes. In conclusion, the prototype system we have developed has allowed the periodic collection of physiological data in a convenient and expeditious way without any failure, demonstrating the possibility to detect an adverse effect on health. Further investigations will be needed in a larger group of subjects with a variety of real environmental conditions.

In this paper, we proposed a novel multiple watermarking scheme, in which a robust watermark and a semi fragile watermark were simultaneously embedded for the image authentication. On one hand, a robust watermark carrying visual perception characteristics was embedded into the low -frequency band of wavelet for image authentication. On the other hand, a semi-fragile watermark containing a significant two value image was embedded into the Intermediate frequency of wavelet for tamper location. If image restoration was needed, we could also repair the image in some extent according to perception information carried by robust watermark. The experimental results show that our robust watermark algorithm was robust to the normal image operation (geometric transformation, wave filtering and compression with loss for example). And our semi-fragile watermark was only sensitive with malicious operation whose value was higher than the threshold value, in the same time it could make the tamper localization within the range of certain precision. In addition, Visual perceptual information was set as image authentication standard in our scheme, the experimental results proved that it was much better than previous ones whose standard was the variation of data bit of the image, and this advantage also assured our algorithm flexible application in practice.

Three-Dimensional (3D) surface measuring, as an important procedure of reverse engineering, is being causing concerns interests by more and more researcher. In this paper, a 3D measuring device for complex curve surfaces based on Gray coded Structured Light (SL) and stereo vision was designed. The measuring model was built based on the measuring principle. And the Gray decoding value of each sample point is the stereo matching element. After errors analyzing, the error of image coordinate extracting is determined as the largest error source for measuring result. The results of experiments show that this design is feasible, and the acquirement of the 3D data of complex curve surfaces is achieved. The reconstruct surface is similar in the visual effects, and the reconstruction surface could be display smoothly and detail.
