The primary goal of the process is to securely transfer medical images. This involves utilizing MRI datasets for processing and applying resizing and filtering techniques such as Conv2D and Gaussian blur to standardize the images. Additionally, an attack model is developed to enhance information security, starting with a PGD attack to access model weights and followed by a DAG attack to increase loss functions. Encryption is then performed using a Chaos-based encryption model to create a chaotic map and the Henon map for image conversion. A randomly generated key encryption method is utilized to generate a key for secure transfer. The encrypted image is displayed, and in the receiver section, the process is reversed for decryption by inputting the key generated in the encryption model. Finally, the original medical image is retrieved along with parameters such as MSE, MAE, RMSE, and F2 score to assess the accuracy of the recovered image and ensure its correctness. © 2024 IEEE.

The quality of air and water is essential for human health, environmental sustainability, and ecosystem balance. However, pollution from industrial activities, urbanization, and agricultural practices has made effective environmental monitoring a global priority. Traditional monitoring methods, which rely on manual sampling and laboratory analysis, are often time-consuming and lack real-time capabilities. This paper presents a Smart Environmental Monitoring (SEM) system leveraging IoT and sensor technology to monitor air and water quality in real time using two key sensors: the MQ135 for Air Quality Index (AQI) and the pH sensor for Water Quality Index (WQI). By focusing on these two critical parameters, the SEM system offers a streamlined yet robust solution for assessing environmental quality. The system collects data continuously, transmits it to a cloud platform for processing, and employs machine learning algorithms to forecast future pollution trends. A user-friendly dashboard displays real-time AQI and WQI levels, historical trends, and predictive insights, empowering users to respond proactively to environmental risks. Deployment results demonstrate the SEM system's capability in detecting pollution patterns, identifying high-risk areas, and predicting pollution spikes during peak traffic and in industrial zones. Comparative analysis with traditional monitoring highlights the SEM system's superior accuracy, scalability, and predictive abilities. Although the SEM system has higher initial setup costs, its operational efficiency and long-term benefits in mitigating environmental risks make it a sustainable choice for public health and environmental management. © 2025 IEEE.

An Interval Multi-Objective Evolutionary Generation Algorithm for Product Design Change Plans in Uncertain Environments

Design change is an important issue in complex product development projects. In a complex product with numerous parts (also known as components), the change of one key part may spread to other parts associated with it, generating a chain reaction throughout the entire project. Therefore, it is necessary to select a suitable change plan involving only fewer crucial parts in order to enhance the product’s performance, minimize change cost, and reduce change duration/time. Focusing on the case where the correlation strength between parts cannot be accurately obtained, in this paper we study an interval multi-objective evolutionary algorithm for finding excellent design change plans. Firstly, on the basis of the established multi-layer product network with interval correlation weights, an interval multi-objective optimization model of the product design change planning problem is established, where three new objective functions regarding product performance, carbon trading cost and supply risk are defined. Then, a constraint multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on interval Pareto dominance is proposed to search for optimal change plans. Several novel operators, including the problem characteristic-guided population update strategy, the probability-based interval Pareto dominance, and the interval constraint handling strategy, are developed to enhance the algorithm’s performance. Finally, the proposed algorithm is compared with eight existing algorithms on the two design change cases, experimental results revealed its effectiveness. IEEE

Accurate and efficient brain tumor classification is paramount for timely clinical diagnosis and effective treatment planning. In this groundbreaking research, we introduce an innovative Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture intricately integrated with customized preprocessing techniques, resulting in an exceptional classification accuracy of 98.5% on the challenging br35H dataset. By harnessing the power of MRI scans and leveraging diverse datasets, our model expedites brain tumor assessments and sets the stage for advanced classification methodologies. Identification of DNA N4-methylcytosine Sites via Multiview Kernel Sparse Representation Model

Identifying DNA N4-methylcytosine (4mC) sites is of great significance in biological research, such as chromatin structure, DNA stability, DNA-protein interaction, and controlling gene expression. However, the traditional sequencing technology to identify 4mC sites is very time-consuming. In order to detect 4mC sites, we develop a multiview learning method for achieving more effectively via merging multiple feature spaces. Furthermore, we think about whether the multiview learning method can improve the across species classification ability by fusing data of multiple species. In our study, we propose a multiview Laplacian kernel sparse representation-based classifier, called MvLapKSRC-HSIC. First, we make use of three feature extraction methods [position-specific trinucleotide propensity, nucleotide chemical property, and DNA physicochemical properties) to extract the DNA sequence features. MvLapKSRC-HSIC uses a kernel sparse representation-based classifier with graph regularization. In order to maintain the independence between various views, we add a multiview regularization term constructed by Hilbert-Schmidt independence criterion (HSIC). In the experiments, MvLapKSRC-HSIC is applied on six datasets, so as to compare with other popular methods in single-species and cross-species experiments. All experimental results show that MvLapKSRC-HSIC is superior to other outstanding methods on both single species and cross species. Importantly, MvLapKSRC-HSIC can identify a series of potential DNA 4mC sites, which have not yet been experimentally evaluate on multiple species and merit further research. © 2020 IEEE.

In the present scenario of rapid growth in cloud computing models,several companies and users started to share their data on cloud ***,when the model is not completely trusted,the data owners face several security-related problems,such as user privacy breaches,data disclosure,data corruption,and so on,during the process of data *** addressing and handling the security-related issues on Cloud,several models were *** that concern,this paper develops a Privacy-Preserved Data Security Approach(PP-DSA)to provide the data security and data integrity for the out-sourcing data in Cloud *** preservation is ensured in this work with the Efficient Authentication Technique(EAT)using the Group Signature method that is applied with Third-Party Auditor(TPA).The role of the auditor is to secure the data and guarantee shared data ***,the Cloud Service Provider(CSP)and Data User(DU)can also be the attackers that are to be handled with the ***,the major objective of the work is to enhance cloud security and thereby,increase Quality of Service(QoS).The results are evaluated based on the model effectiveness,security,and reliability and show that the proposed model provides better results than existing works.

This study investigates the design and execution of an automated attendance tracking system using facial recognition CCTV based. Facial recognition technology and CCTV cameras are integrated in this system to provide a seamless, frictionless way to track and record attendance in real time. In addition to boosting attendance record accuracy, the approach reduces the administrative burden associated with using traditional methods. The suggested system is designed to recognise people when they enter or leave a monitored area by leveraging developments in computer vision. It accomplishes this automatically and requires no interaction from humans. Furthermore, the system's use of the Internet of Things makes it flexible and scalable to a variety of business situations, including offices, schools, and large-scale events. This is made feasible via real-time data synchronising and reporting. © 2025 IEEE.
