CBDC-as-a-problem looks like a mania of interest from central banks and financial institutions all over the world. It may describe CBDC technology and CBDC technology development, the positive aspects of CBDC and its future perspectives as follows: The CBDC is linked to the existing banking systems in the past which was based on the past findings of the blockchain, DLT, etc., that possessed the qualities the previous ones did not have - security, trust, and transparency. Innovation, design and CBDC safety that falls below this paper are discussed in this section below. The paper proceeds to show several paths that central banks are taking to CBDC development given the regulation and changing dynamic of the financial world. However, the studies do not end there;information on the potential of CBDC for financial stability, monetary policy formulation trajectories, transaction privacy, and the role of banks is included. Given that in field of finance the CBDCs are becoming more and more important, this research paper shall ensure to provide consistent background to policymakers, financial institutions and society at large on CBDC and its structural implications. This guarantees that everyone is in the know so it will be possible for them to come up with compliant plans and decisions informed by the knowledge in this changing landscape that simply does not stop evolving. © 2024 IEEE.

Grid-based recommendation algorithms view users and items as abstract nodes,and the information utilised by the algorithm is hidden in the selection relationships between users and *** these relationships can be easily handled,much useful information is overlooked,resulting in a less accurate recommendation *** aim of this paper is to propose improvements on the standard substance diffusion algorithm,taking into account the influence of the user’s rating on the recommended item,adding a moderating factor,and optimising the initial resource allocation vector and resource transfer matrix in the recommendation *** average ranking score evaluation index is introduced to quantify user satisfaction with the recommendation *** are conducted on the MovieLens training dataset,and the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms classical collaborative filtering systems and network structure based recommendation systems in terms of recommendation accuracy and hit rate.

The positive definiteness of real quadratic forms with convolution structures plays an important rolein stability analysis for time-stepping schemes for nonlocal operators. In this work, we present a novel analysistool to handle discrete convolution kernels resulting from variable-step approximations for convolution *** precisely, for a class of discrete convolution kernels relevant to variable-step L1-type time discretizations, weshow that the associated quadratic form is positive definite under some easy-to-check algebraic conditions. Ourproof is based on an elementary constructing strategy by using the properties of discrete orthogonal convolutionkernels and discrete complementary convolution kernels. To our knowledge, this is the first general result onsimple algebraic conditions for the positive definiteness of variable-step discrete convolution kernels. Using theunified theory, we obtain the stability for some simple nonuniform time-stepping schemes straightforwardly.

Over the years, Cloud computing is becoming increasingly popular due to the continually changing technology. The primary goal of the cloud computing network is to offer consumers pay-per-use usage of on-demand processing and storage resources, enabling low-cost, efficient infrastructure utilization for smaller businesses. However, because of the feature of cloud resource sharing, data security and privacy create issues, and prevent smart systems from continuously transferring produced data to the cloud computing resources. Many encryption methods were presented to address data security concerns. This article presents the processes of several data protection and encryption systems currently in use and critically analyzes them based on common factors. The purpose of this survey is to compile data encryption methods now in use, often discussed in the survey of smart systems for data security when applied to the cloud platforms. © 2025 IEEE.

In the field of emergency medical services, the element of time significantly influences patient outcomes. The groundbreaking Instant Ambulance Connection- Rescue Radar system is introduced to expedite responses to medical emergencies. This research paper explores the system's structure, approach, and potential impact, highlighting its role in providing swift and efficient emergency medical services. The primary objective of this system is to bridge the gap between patients and ambulance services, simplifying ambulance requests and hospital visit scheduling. A user-friendly Android app is central to its functionality, enabling one-tap ambulance requests and harnessing modern technologies like the Internet of Things and the Google Maps API to transmit user information and precise locations to local ambulance drivers rapidly. This system also empowers patients with real-time access to ambulance availability and the ability to track the ambulance's location in real-time. By enhancing communication between patients, ambulance drivers, and healthcare institutions, the system significantly improves the efficiency of the emergency medical response network. © 2023 ACM.

Existing knowledge management initiatives, in most cases, make it easier to create repositories for lessons learned. This is accomplished by employing the internet pattern to search documents, utilizing web-based technologies to facilitate community discussions, or providing support for the gathering of tacit knowledge through the utilization of group decision support systems. However, despite the fact that these solutions have been successful in the short term, it is generally acknowledged that the true solution to the management and sharing of organizational knowledge will be in the development of an appropriate system methodology and process for having knowledge held in a manner that makes use of user-design perceptive. That is, there is a requirement for it to first receive feedback from users. This is the reason why this research approach, which is based on a questionnaire, is being used to identify the most important requirements for a Knowledge Sharing Management System from the users' point of view. According to the findings, 87.5 percent of the participants highly revealed that the general discussion forums and asking questions regarding a specific course is central key to the Knowledge Sharing Management System, because everyone that pass-through left something there. Similarly, the development of a Knowledge Sharing Management System that is suitable for academics in the field of Computer science is anticipated to improve the effectiveness of knowledge-sharing management in the classroom. The findings presented here make a contribution to the creation of a Knowledge Sharing Management System within the context of higher education institutions' instructional practices. ©2024 IEEE.

Images photographed in foggy weather usually have poor visibility. To mitigate this problem researchers have come up with various image dehazing techniques. Now, more than ever, high-quality images that can be used to glean maximum information from autonomous systems are in high demand. This research work uses different Deep Learning (DL) architectures to draw out essential details from the picture and localize the information recovered to reduce the haze from the picture. The paper investigates to remove the hazes from the dehazed images using DL techniques. The first task of this proposed work attempts three pre-processing techniques namely, air light estimation, contextual regularization and boundary constraint. The second task of this work is to identify the suitable DL model to extract clear images from dehazed images. Evaluation metrics are PSNR value and SSIM value are used to estimate the values of dehazed images compared with clear images. Experimental results proves that AOD-Net outperforms good result with respect to PSNR value. © 2023 IEEE.

The revolution of growing urban population and complicity of the city’s vast amounts of operations has resulted in the establishment of a smart city—one that utilizes the current state-of-the-art technology to enhance the quality of life of the consumers and streamline the use of its resources. However, the smart city faces significant security, privacy, and trust issues due to numerous interconnected systems handling vast amounts of sensitive data. Blockchains developed as a decentralized, transparent, and immutable technology, can solve these issues and revolutionize the vast number of applications of contemporary smart cities. This paper outlines how blockchains can form a basis for the secure and effective deployment of multiple smart city solutions, covering a diverse set of applications, including data management, energy trading, transportation, waste handling, and digital identity. It explains the advantages that blockchains offer, which include increased security, transparency, efficiency, and decentralized decision-making. At the same time, the paper highlights the existing challenges and considerations with the adoption of blockchain for smart cities, such as lack of scalability and regulation, insufficient interoperability, high energy consumption, and low public awareness. The recent development of advanced machine learning methods for hybrid models has greatly addressed the need for the correct prediction of electrical prices. This method combines AlexNet and LSTM algorithms, which are used to introduce a new model with higher accuracy in price forecasting. Despite RNN and ANN being effective, they often fail to deal with forex time sequence data. The traditional methods do not accurately forecast the prices. These traditional methods only focus on demand and price which leads to insufficient analysis of data. To address this issue, using the hybrid approach, which focuses on external variables that also effect the predicted prices. Nevertheless, due to AlexNet's excellent feature extraction and LSTM's learning sequential patterns, the prediction accuracy is vastly increased. The model is built on the past data, which has been supplied with the most significant elements like demand, temperature, sunlight, and rain. For example, the model applies methods, such as minimum-maximum scaling and a time window, to predict the electricity prices of the future. The results show that this hybrid model is good than the standalone ones in terms of accuracy. Although we got our accuracy rating of 97.08, it shows higher accompaniments than remaining models RNN and ANN with accuracies of 96.64 and 96.63 respectively. © 2025 IEEE.
