Stewart McDowall was born in Dublin epublic of Ireland in 1967. He received the M. Eng. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Queen's University of Belfast in 1990. In the same year he was presented with a Distinction Award from the Department of Education of Northern Ireland and he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the Microwave Research Group at Q.U.B. His principal research area is the electromagnetic field mapping of microwave systems using concurrient programming. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers. Lee Thaim Wee was awarded the degree of B. Eng. in Electronics from the Queen's University of Belfast in July 1991. He is currently serving in the Malaysian Armed Forces. Vincent F. Fusco was educated at the Queen's Univeristy of Belfast where he obtained the degree of Ph.D. in 1982. He has worked as a research engineer on short-range radar and radio telementry systems. Currently he is a reader in Microwave Communications in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science the Queen's Univeristy of Belfast. His current research interests include non-linear microwave circuit simulation and concurrent programming techniques for electromagnetic field problems with particular emphasis on EMC applications. He has published numerous research papers in these areas. He is the author of the bookMicrowave Circuits Analysis and Computer Aided Design Prentice-Hall 1987. Dr Fusco is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and a Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.

Elsherbeni:received an honorary BSc in Electronics and Communications an honorary BSc in Applied Physics and an MEng in Electrical Engineering all from Cairo University Cairo Egypt in 1976 1979 and 1982 respectively. He also received a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Manitoba University Winnipeg Manitoba Canada in 1987. He was a research assistant with the faculty of Engineering at Cairo University from 1976 to 1982 and at the Electrical Engineering Department Manitoba University from 1983 to 1986 and a Postdoctoral fellow in the same department from January to August 1987. He joined the faculty at the University of Mississippi in August 1987 where he is currently an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering. During the last few years he was involved in developing software for undergraduate education related to electromagnetic waves and antenna design courses. His professional interests include microstrip antennas scattering and diffraction of electromagnetic waves numerical techniques and computer applications for electromagnetics education. He has authored or coauthored over 80 technical papers and reports on applied electromagnetics antenna design and microwave subjects. Dr. Elsherbeni is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) belonging to the Antennas and Propagation Microwave Theory and Techniques and Magnetics Societies. His honorary memberships include the Electromagnetics Academy and the Scientific Sigma Xi Society. Patrick Ginn:was born in Corinth Mississippi on June 30 1969. Mr. Ginn attended Kossuth High School where he was awarded the STAR student award. He attended Northeast Mississippi Junior College from 1987 to 1989. He has supported the Military Sealift Command and the Naval Sea Systems Command Ship Design Group and Amphibious Ship Acquisition Program Office participating in the design and assessment of ship structure evaluation of intact and damaged stability and arrangements during design and construction phases of acquisition conversion and overhaul. He is currently involved in systems engineering and integration. Recent responsibilities have included requirements analyses and feasibility studies interface analyses and computer aided analyses. He received his B.S. in naval architecture and marine engineering from Webb Institute of Naval Architecture in 1982 (as an ASNE scholar) and is currently an M.S. candidate in systems engineering at the University of Virginia. Alfred Skolnickserved over 30 years as an engineering duty officer and retired from the Navy with the rank of captain in 1983. His early assignments included tactical missile engineering shipboard duty and Polaris submarine inertial navigation. Brown School of Engineering at Rice University. After several years of project engineering in the energy industry he received his M.S. degree in mechanical engineering in 1987 from Texas A&M University.
