Drug-drug interaction(DDI)prediction is a crucial issue in molecular *** methods of observing drug-drug interactions through medical experiments require significant resources and *** authors present a Medical Knowledge Graph Question Answering(MedKGQA)model,dubbed MedKGQA,that predicts DDI by employing machine reading comprehension(MRC)from closed-domain literature and constructing a knowledge graph of“drug-protein”triplets from open-domain *** model vectorises the drug-protein target attributes in the graph using entity embeddings and establishes directed connections between drug and protein entities based on the metabolic interaction pathways of protein targets in the human *** aligns multiple external knowledge and applies it to learn the graph neural *** bells and whistles,the proposed model achieved a 4.5%improvement in terms of DDI prediction accuracy compared to previous state-of-the-art models on the QAngaroo MedHop *** results demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the model and verify the feasibility of integrating external knowledge in MRC tasks.

Orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing(OFDM) has been developed into a popular modulation scheme for wireless communication systems, used in applications such as LTE and 5 G. In wireless communication systems, nonlinearity caused by radio frequency(RF)amplifiers will generate distortions to both passband and adjacent channels such that the transmission quality is degraded. The study of this article aims to predict the power spectrum for OFDM based signals at the output of an RF amplifier due to the nonlinearity. In this article,based on Taylor polynomial coefficients, a power spectrum expression for amplified OFDM signals in terms of intercept points(up to nth-order) is derived. This model is useful to RF engineers in choosing and testing RF amplifiers with appropriate specifications, such as intercept points and gain, to meet the requirements of wireless standards. Measurements are carried out to confirm the results of the proposed model.

This study introduces a data-driven approach for state and output feedback control addressing the constrained output regulation problem in unknown linear discrete-time systems. Our method ensures effective tracking performance while satisfying the state and input constraints, even when system matrices are not available. We first establish a sufficient condition necessary for the existence of a solution pair to the regulator equation and propose a data-based approach to obtain the feedforward and feedback control gains for state feedback control using linear programming. Furthermore, we design a refined Luenberger observer to accurately estimate the system state, while keeping the estimation error within a predefined set. By combining output regulation theory, we develop an output feedback control strategy. The stability of the closed-loop system is rigorously proved to be asymptotically stable by further leveraging the concept of λ-contractive sets.

In recent years,there has been a significant increase in the number of people suffering from eye illnesses,which should be treated as soon as possible in order to avoid *** Fundus images are employed for this purpose,as well as for analysing eye abnormalities and diagnosing eye *** can be recognised as bright lesions in fundus pictures,which can be thefirst indicator of diabetic *** that in mind,the purpose of this work is to create an Integrated Model for Exudate and Diabetic Retinopathy Diagnosis(IM-EDRD)with multi-level *** model uses Support Vector Machine(SVM)-based classification to separate normal and abnormal fundus images at thefirst *** input pictures for SVM are pre-processed with Green Channel Extraction and the retrieved features are based on Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix(GLCM).Furthermore,the presence of Exudate and Diabetic Retinopathy(DR)in fundus images is detected using the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS)classifier at the second level of *** detection,blood vessel extraction,and Optic Disc(OD)detection are all processed to achieve suitable ***,the second level processing comprises Morphological Component Analysis(MCA)based image enhancement and object segmentation processes,as well as feature extraction for training the ANFIS classifier,to reliably diagnose ***,thefindings reveal that the proposed model surpasses existing models in terms of accuracy,time efficiency,and precision rate with the lowest possible error rate.
