This paper presents a Paired Mandarin Matrix Sentence Dataset (PMMSD), which will be available after publication. PMMSD is the first Mandarin matrix sentence intelligibility dataset containing both plain and Lombard speech for scientific research. The results verify that different Lombard styles would affect word intelligibility to different degrees and the Lombard effect helps maintain homogeneous intelligibility against contextual interference. All of the discoveries indicate that the Lombard effect should be considered when building intelligibility datasets with noise in the future. © 2023 IEEE.

Load-time series data in mobile cloud computing of Internet of Vehicles(IoV)usually have linear and nonlinear composite *** order to accurately describe the dynamic change trend of such loads,this study designs a load prediction method by using the resource scheduling model for mobile cloud computing of ***,a chaotic analysis algorithm is implemented to process the load-time series,while some learning samples of load prediction are ***,a support vector machine(SVM)is used to establish a load prediction model,and an improved artificial bee colony(IABC)function is designed to enhance the learning ability of the ***,a CloudSim simulation platform is created to select the perminute CPU load history data in the mobile cloud computing system,which is composed of 50 vehicles as the data set;and a comparison experiment is conducted by using a grey model,a back propagation neural network,a radial basis function(RBF)neural network and a RBF kernel function of *** shown in the experimental results,the prediction accuracy of the method proposed in this study is significantly higher than other models,with a significantly reduced real-time prediction error for resource loading in mobile cloud *** with single-prediction models,the prediction method proposed can build up multidimensional time series in capturing complex load time series,fit and describe the load change trends,approximate the load time variability more precisely,and deliver strong generalization ability to load prediction models for mobile cloud computing resources.

This paper presents our Facial Action Units (AUs) detection submission to the fifth Affective Behavior Analysis in-the-wild Competition (ABAW). Our approach consists of three main modules: (i) a pre-trained facial representation encoder which produce a strong facial representation from each input face image in the input sequence;(ii) an AU-specific feature generator that specifically learns a set of AU features from each facial representation;and (iii) a spatio-temporal graph learning module that constructs a spatio-temporal graph representation. This graph representation describes AUs contained in all frames and predicts the occurrence of each AU based on both the modeled spatial information within the corresponding face and the learned temporal dynamics among frames. The experimental results show that our approach outperformed the baseline and the spatio-temporal graph representation learning allows our model to generate the best results among all ablated systems. Our model ranks at the 4th place in the AU recognition track at the 5th ABAW Competition. Our code is publicly available at https://***/wzh125/ABAW-5. © 2023 IEEE.

With the rapid development of computer vision and natural language processing, there is an increasing demand for cross-modal retrieval (CMR) from users. The domestic operating system, openKylin, plays a key role in promoting domestic operating systems. It enriches the operating system functions with secure and trusted operation technology as the core. It is of great practical significance to integrate the field of computer vision into the domestic operating system. A graph retrieval method based on OpenKylin is proposed to enhance the functionality of searching graphs using text. This paper begins with a review of relevant domestic and international research on this technology. It then provides details on the design and implementation process, and concludes by demonstrating the final implementation results. The actual operational results demonstrate that the method is characterized by both high performance and high accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

This research explores the use of Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor(F-KNN)and Artificial Neural Networks(ANN)for predicting heart stroke incidents,focusing on the impact of feature selection methods,specifically Chi-Square and Best First Search(BFS).The study demonstrates that BFS significantly enhances the performance of both *** BFS preprocessing,the ANN model achieved an impressive accuracy of 97.5%,precision and recall of 97.5%,and an Receiver Operating Characteristics(ROC)area of 97.9%,outperforming the Chi-Square-based ANN,which recorded an accuracy of 91.4%.Similarly,the F-KNN model with BFS achieved an accuracy of 96.3%,precision and recall of 96.3%,and a Receiver Operating Characteristics(ROC)area of 96.2%,surpassing the performance of the Chi-Square F-KNN model,which showed an accuracy of 95%.These results highlight that BFS improves the ability to select the most relevant features,contributing to more reliable and accurate stroke *** findings underscore the importance of using advanced feature selection methods like BFS to enhance the performance of machine learning models in healthcare applications,leading to better stroke risk management and improved patient outcomes.

With a steady increase in the adoption of cloud storage systems, the client's data are at risk of being leaked. There are several methods of encrypting data which are quite useful but they lack some of the features of today's sophisticated threats. The methodology used in this research propose an encryption framework known as Obfuscrypt to improve the issues of data privacy as well as confidentiality of data stored in cloud storage systems. Obfuscrypt uses conventional encryption strategies incorporated with obfuscation and post-quantum cryptographic algorithms to provide a complex security plan immune to classic and quantum approaches. Some of the proposed other innovations include the decentralised key management with multi-factor authentication and RBAC-ABE as the fine-grained access control techniques. These features make it possible for only the authorized personnel to be in a position to be in a position of decrypting and retrieving the stored data thereby minimizing the possibility of the data being accessed by unauthorized people. The work also considers the issue of performance efficiency of the cloud storage systems. Similar to other symmetric encryption programs, Obfuscrypt uses light encryption algorithms and brings in to play the hardware acceleration so that it may infuse lesser computational overhead in the process of encryption and decryption. As can be clearly seen from the results, the actual work proves that the proposed framework not only offers a higher level of security but does not affect the system performance to a great extent. Also, the study addresses the post-quantum cryptographic algorithm for making the system resistant to an attack that can be posed by quantum computing systems. With the help of these improved algorithms, Obfuscrypt guarantees the permanent data security in the world of constantly emerging cyber threats. © 2024 IEEE.

ADABOOST is a well-known algorithm in boosting. Schapire and Singer propose, an extension of ADABOOST, named ***, for multi-class classification problems. Kégl shows empirically that *** works better when the classical one-against-all base classifiers are replaced by factorized base classifiers containing a binary classifier and a vote (or code) vector. However, the factorization makes it much more difficult to provide a convergence result for the factorized version of ***. Then, Kégl raises an open problem in COLT 2014 to look for a convergence result for the factorized ***. In this work, we resolve this open problem by presenting a convergence result for *** with factorized multi-class classifiers. © 2024 Neural information processing systems foundation. The intricacies and instability of introducing cryogenic propellants into the combustion system have piqued the curiosity of scientists studying the procedure. The latest innovation is utilizing data-driven machine learning and deep learning approaches to gain deeper insights into the related difficulties. However, the current work serves as a baseline for future research because relatively few studies have used data-driven methodologies to assess the temperature of liquid fuel injections in combustion systems. The performance of Linear Regression (LR), Random Forest (RF), Extra Trees Regressor (ETR), Polynomial Regression (PR), Support Vector Regressor (SVR), Decision Tree Regressor (DTR), Gradient Boost Regressor (GBR), XGB Regressor (XGBoost), AdaBoost Regressor (ABR), K-Neighbors Regressor (KNR), Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM), Bi-LSTM (Bi-directional Long-Short Term Memory) has all been investigated in this study. The study also suggested a Fully Connected Neural Network (FCNN) to examine its performance and paired it with an Extra Tree Regressor (ETR). The coupled FCNN and Extra Tree Regressor outperform the other algorithms with a Mean Square Error (MSE) of 0.0000005062, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of 0.00071148, Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 0.00020672, and R-squared (R2) value of 0.99998689. Linear Regression, Polynomial Regression, and Support Vector Regressor are found to be the least-performing algorithms. The current work uses machine learning and deep learning methods to make data-driven decisions for liquid fuel injection in the combustion system. © The Author(s) 2025.

The studies in this research are focused on the mix of homomorphic encryption mechanisms and the Cuckoo Search Optimization Algorithm to promote the security of the healthcare data in the cloud computing system. I have observed that cloud solutions are now at the center of the contemporary health care systems, and security of patient's data remains a top priority. Earlier used encryption techniques, though secure if implemented, have problems in the way that data is to be processed first it has to be decrypted and then made ready for use - it is in this phase that data can be easily hacked into. Homomorphic encryption provides solution to this issue since it enables one to perform computations on encrypted data while maintaining its confidentiality. However, it takes a lot of computation which presents a lot of problems even in terms of simple performance. The Cuckoo Search Algorithm, a new nature-inspired metaheuristic, is incorporated into the encryption process to provide further optimization, whilst preserving the security benefits of the algorithm. The use of the proposed methodology takes place employing Python and its deployment at the cloud platform with elaborated dataset containing anonymized records extracted from electronic health records. The outcome proves that there are great enhancements in encryption and decryption time, computational complexity, and capacity, and thereby making the system appropriate for real-world healthcare solutions. This research offers a strong base for protection of healthcare data in cloud and is useful for the enhancement of adaptive, comprehensive and secure cloud computing systems. © 2024 IEEE.
