To enhance the efficiency and accuracy of environmental perception for autonomous vehicles,we propose GDMNet,a unified multi-task perception network for autonomous driving,capable of performing drivable area segmentation,lane detection,and traffic object ***,in the encoding stage,features are extracted,and Generalized Efficient Layer Aggregation Network(GELAN)is utilized to enhance feature extraction and gradient ***,in the decoding stage,specialized detection heads are designed;the drivable area segmentation head employs DySample to expand feature maps,the lane detection head merges early-stage features and processes the output through the Focal Modulation Network(FMN).Lastly,the Minimum Point Distance IoU(MPDIoU)loss function is employed to compute the matching degree between traffic object detection boxes and predicted boxes,facilitating model training *** results on the BDD100K dataset demonstrate that the proposed network achieves a drivable area segmentation mean intersection over union(mIoU)of 92.2%,lane detection accuracy and intersection over union(IoU)of 75.3%and 26.4%,respectively,and traffic object detection recall and mAP of 89.7%and 78.2%,*** detection performance surpasses that of other single-task or multi-task algorithm models.

Maternal health is among the greatest challenges in the world, especially in rural areas as there lack medical practitioners, they do not have easily accessible publics clinics and transport is difficult. Therefore, high rates of maternal as well as infant morbidity and mortalities are recorded. This research utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) with machine learning algorithms to forecast and address maternal health hazards right at their onset stage. The current research utilizes the concept of AI along with many Machine Learning (ML) methods like the Ensemble Learning Model (ELM), Random Forest (RF), K-Nearest Neighbour (KNN), Decision-Tree (DT), XG-Boost (XGB), Cat Boost (CB), and Gradient Boosting (GB), along with Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) algorithm used for dealing with the problem class imbalance within the data set. SMOTE algorithm is utilized for the dataset balancing process. The handling system involves refining data preprocessing with the help of feature engineering and robust data cleaning which makes sure that anomalies do not erode the reliability of the predictive model. The existing methods [1] used RF (90%), DT (87%), XGB (85%), CB (86%), and GB (81%) algorithms and were compared with the accuracies of the proposed models like Logistic Regression (LR), Ensemble Learning Bagging (ELB), Ensemble Learning Stacking (ELS), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU). The existing methods used only imbalance dataset. The accuracies of the proposed models with using SMOTE algorithm (balanced dataset) are LR (61.33%), KNN (81%), ELB (92.33%), ELS (90.66%) CNN (40.67%), RNN (59.67%), LSTM (54%), GRU (56%) respectively. Among these methods, ELB achieved 92.33% of accuracy with using SMOTE algorithm using imbalanced dataset. Whereas the accuracies of the proposed models without using SMOTE algorithm (imbalanced dataset) are LR (66.09%), KNN (68.47%)

The growth and prominence of sentiment analysis are synchronized with an increase in social media and networking sites. Users generally use natural language for speaking, writing, and expressing their views based on various sentiment orientations, ratings, and the features of different products, topics, and issues. This helps produce ambiguity at the end of the customer's decision based on criticism to form an opinion based on such comments. To overcome the challenges of usergenerated content such as noisy, irrelevant information and fake reviews, there is a significant demand for a practical methodology that emphasizes the need for sentiment analysis. This study presents an exhaustive survey of the existing methodologies. Periodic patternmining has become a popular research subject in recent years;this approach involves the discoveryof frequently recurring patterns in a transaction sequence. However, previous algorithms for periodic patternmining have ignored the utility (profit, value) of patterns. Additionally, these algorithms only identify periodicpatterns in a single sequence. However, identifying patterns of high utility that are common to a set of sequencesis more valuable. In several fields, identifying high-utility periodic frequent patterns in multiple sequences isimportant. In this study, an efficient algorithm called MHUPFPS was proposed to identify such patterns. To addressexisting problems, three new measures are defined: the utility, high support, and high-utility period sequenceratios. Further, a new upper bound, upSeqRa, and two new pruning properties were proposed. MHUPFPS usesa newly defined HUPFPS-list structure to significantly accelerate the reduction of the search space and improvethe overall performance of the algorithm. Furthermore, the proposed algorithmis evaluated using several *** experimental results indicate that the algorithm is accurate and effective in filtering several non-high-utilityperiodic frequent patterns.
