With the increasing proliferation of Internet of Things (IoT) and industrial big data technologies, while IoT scenarios offer intelligent services, cyberspace faces various types of threats and attacks. Despite Graph Convolutional Networks (GCN) having been demonstrated as a potent tool for learning graph data representations, many current IoT intrusion detection methods tend to overlook the adoption of graph-related techniques, given the non-graph-structured nature of most IoT traffic data. This leads to the model design overlooking the potential correlations among variables, thus limiting the accuracy of intrusion detection. In this study, we introduce an integrated intrusion detection model that fuses graph learning with a dual attention mechanism(A-GCA). Initially, our research adopts a combination of GCN and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to deeply capture intricate interactions between data nodes. To further enhance the model's feature-learning capability, we incorporate a channel attention mechanism for emphasizing features with pivotal information. Additionally, a multi-head attention mechanism is adopted to amalgamate a wealth of contextual information, ensuring more vivid feature representations. Regarding the training strategy, we employ a variant of Adaboost which uniquely steers weak classifiers from focusing on high-precision fitting of raw data towards precise binary classification tasks, aiming to augment the model's overall performance in intrusion detection. Evaluations and performance analyses using real-world datasets UNSW-NB15 and CICIDS2017 indicate that the proposed method achieves improvements of 2.5% and 3.7% over the best baseline model in the accuracy and F1-score, respectively, relative to the baseline, surpassing other approaches. © 2023 IEEE.

A modified maxwell-pulse thermoplastic constitutive model of in-situ Ta-particle reinforced Zr-based bulk metallic glass composites

The impact of different Ta contents on the mechanical properties and thermoplastic forming ability of in-situ Taparticle reinforced Zr–Cu–Al–Ni bulk metallic glass composites was studied. The composition(Zr55Cu30Al10-Ni5)94Ta6with the best comprehensive performance was chose for a systematic investigation into its thermoplastic behavior in the supercooled liquid region（SLR）, with quantitative analysis conducted by the strain rate sensitivity index and activation volume. The steady-state flow stress and the stress overshoot intensity were augmented with deformation temperature decreasing, strain rate increasing, and the addition of the secondary phase, leading to a transition from Newtonian to non-Newtonian flow regime. The addition of the secondary phase deteriorated the rheological properties of the material. To solve the problem that the Maxwell-Pulse constitutive model showed an inability to accurately describe the steady-state flow process. A modified constitutive relationship, introducing the effect of the volume fraction of Ta particles on viscosity and elastic modulus in the steady-state flow process which was ignored in Maxwell-pulse model, was established. The fitting results of the true stress-strain curves of the modified Maxwell-pulse constitutive model were in better agreement with the experimental date than those of the Maxwell-pulse constitutive model, with higher prediction accuracy. The modified constitutive model well predicted the thermoplastic deformation behavior of(Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5)*** influence mechanism of Ta particles on the flow behavior was explained that Ta particles increased the viscosity of amorphous matrix, thereby hindering its flow and ultimately leading to an increase in flow stress.

Correlation Filter based on Trajectory Correction and Context Interference Suppression for Real-Time UAV Tracking

The discriminative correlation filter (DCF) is commonly utilized in UAV tracking because of its high tracking accuracy and computing speed. However, in aerial tracking scenarios, challenges such as target occlusion and similar object interference are likely to cause the predicted object position to deviate from the correct motion trajectory. To alleviate this issue, this paper proposes a correlation filter algorithm based on trajectory correction and context interference suppression for real-time aerial tracking. First, a tracking quality evaluation metric is proposed to determine the confidence of the current tracking results. When the object is in a low confidence status, the state matrices of the object position and velocity are constructed, and the Kalman filter strategy is utilized to correct the tracking trajectory automatically. In addition, temporal context-response regularization is designed to fully exploit previous temporal information in order to suppress background interference. Extensive experimental results on four mainstream datasets demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has high tracking performance while achieving a real-time tracking speed of 32 fps on a single CPU. Neighborhood Combination Search for Single-Machine Scheduling with Sequence-Dependent Setup Time

In a local search algorithm,one of its most important features is the definition of its neighborhood which is crucial to the algorithm's *** this paper,we present an analysis of neighborhood combination search for solv-ing the single-machine scheduling problem with sequence-dependent setup time with the objective of minimizing total weighted tardiness(SMSWT).First,We propose a new neighborhood structure named Block Swap(B1)which can be con-sidered as an extension of the previously widely used Block Move(B2)neighborhood,and a fast incremental evaluation technique to enhance its evaluation ***,based on the Block Swap and Block Move neighborhoods,we present two kinds of neighborhood structures:neighborhood union(denoted by B1UB2)and token-ring search(denoted by B1→B2),both of which are combinations of B1 and ***,we incorporate the neighborhood union and token-ring search into two representative metaheuristic algorithms:the Iterated Local Search Algorithm(ILSnew)and the Hybrid Evolutionary Algorithm(HEA_(new))to investigate the performance of the neighborhood union and token-ring ***-sive experiments show the competitiveness of the token-ring search combination mechanism of the two *** on the 120 public benchmark instances,our HEA_(new)has a highly competitive performance in solution quality and computational time compared with both the exact algorithms and recent *** have also tested the HEA,new algorithm with the selected neighborhood combination search to deal with the 64 public benchmark instances of the single-machine scheduling problem with sequence-dependent setup *** is able to match the optimal or the best known results for all the 64 *** particular,the computational time for reaching the best well-known results for five chal-lenging instances is reduced by at least 61.25%.

With the rapid development of Deepfake synthesis technology in recent years, our cybersecurity and individual privacy face challenges. In pursuit of robust Deepfake detection, researchers have tried to use temporal cues in videos, employing models such as RNNs and 3D convolutional networks. Despite these efforts, there remains ample opportunity for improvement within these models. In this paper, we introduced an approach utilizing the Video Vision Transformer, which is based on the decomposition of Spatial-Temporal attention mechanisms, for the detection of video face forgery. This method is designed to capture spatial artifacts and temporal inconsistencies. Besides, difference module is introduced to screen features and reduce the interference of natural factors on the model. To enable robust Deepfake detection. We have conducted extensive experiments across some datasets, including FaceForensics++, DFDC and WildDeepfake datasets. Which demonstrates the validity of the model. © 2024 IEEE.

Towards characterizing bug fixes through dependency-level changes in Apache Java open source projects

The complexity and diversity of bug fixes require developers to understand bug fixes from multiple perspectives in addition to fine-grained code changes. The dependencies among files in a software system are an important dimension to inform software quality. Recent studies have revealed that most bug-prone files are always architecturally connected with dependencies, and as one of the best practices in the industry,changes in dependencies should be avoided or carefully made during bug fixing. Hence, in this paper, we take the first attempt to understand bug fixes from the dependencies perspective, which can complement existing code change perspectives. Based on this new perspective, we conducted a systematic and comprehensive study on bug fixes collected from 157 Apache open source projects, involving 140456 bug reports and182621 bug fixes in total. Our study results show that a relatively high proportion of bug fixes(30%) introduce dependency-level changes when fixing the corresponding 33% bugs. The bugs, whose fixes introduce dependency-level changes, have a strong correlation with high priority, large fixing churn, long fixing time,frequent bug reopening, and bug inducing. More importantly, patched files with dependency-level changes in their fixes, consume much more maintenance costs compared with those without these changes. We further summarized three representative patch patterns to explain the reasons for the increasing costs. Our study unveils useful findings based on qualitative and quantitative analysis and also provides new insights that might benefit existing bug prediction techniques. We release a large set of benchmarks and also implement a prototype tool to automatically detect dependency-level changes from bug fixes, which can warn developers and remind them to design a better fix.

Automated reading of license plate and its detection is a crucial component of the competent transportation system. Toll payment and parking management e-payment systems may benefit from this software’s features. License plate detection and identification algorithms abound, and each has its own set of strengths and weaknesses. computer vision has advanced rapidly in terms of new breakthroughs and techniques thanks to the emergence and proliferation of deep learning principles across several branches of AI. The practice of automating the monitoring process in traffic management, parking management, and police surveillance has become much more effective thanks to the development of Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR). Even though license plate recognition (LPR) is a technology that is extensively utilized and has been developed, there is still a significant amount of work to be done before it can achieve its full potential. In the last several years, there have been substantial advancements in both the scientific community’s methodology and its level of efficiency. In this era of deep learning, there have been numerous developments and techniques established for LPR, and the purpose of this research is to review and examine those developments and approaches. In light of this, the authors of this study suggest a four-stage technique to automated license plate detection and identification (ALPDR), which includes, image pre-processing, license plate extraction, character segmentation, and character recognition. And the first three phases are known as "extraction," "preprocessing," and "segmentation," and each of these processes has been shown to benefit from its own unique technique. Enhancing text understanding of decoder-based model by leveraging parameter-efficient fine-tuning method

Machine reading comprehension (MRC) is a fundamental natural language understanding task in natural language processing, which aims to comprehend the text of a given passage and answer questions based on it. Understanding implicit information, deducing the logical structure of information, and connecting context from different pieces of information make the MRC task difficult. Most current state-of-the-art approaches for MRC are using encoder-based models. However, no earlier research proposed a decoder-only model for MRC question-answering datasets, although language models based on this category achieved unprecedented performance in different generative tasks. In this paper, we propose a parameter-efficient fine-tuning framework that effectively increases MRC capabilities on decoder-only large language models. This framework designs the process for MRC and introduces the low-rank adaptation (LoRA) method to effectively fine-tune the large model with many parameters, even with lower hardware resource requirements than the previous methods. In addition, we also integrate a quantized model inference strategy for the fine-tuned model to improve practicability further. We conducted experiments on four types of MRC datasets. After extensive experiments, our results show that our model achieved a significant performance boost over baselines and outperformed other strong models for MRC. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag London Ltd., part of Springer Nature 2025.

The Neural Radiance Field (NeRF) method has emerged as a groundbreaking technique for human reconstruction, enabling the generation of high-quality, photorealistic rendering of reconstructed objects. Despite its promising results, several challenges persist, particularly when it comes to generalizing to unknown poses during the generation of virtual human animations. This paper proposes a method for generating and optimizing novel human poses based on NeRF. Given that existing pose-driven NeRF methods heavily rely on the accuracy of SMPL body parameters, we implemente human pose optimization based on motion capture data as prior knowledge, resulting in more accurate SMPL parameters, which contributes to a more precise human canonical model. Additionally, we propose a pose-driven deformation field based on linear blend skinning, combining blend weight fields with the 3D human skeleton to achieve precise mapping from observed poses to the canonical pose. By estimating the camera ray transmittance distribution during volume rendering, we propose importance sampling method avoiding sampling points in free space, which further improves rendering quality. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method yields significant improvements in rendering quality for both training poses and novel poses, as evidenced by results on the ZJU-MoCap dataset and our custom dataset. This work not only advances the capabilities of NeRF in human reconstruction but also opens new avenues for realistic virtual human animation. © 2025 SPIE.
