Sentiment analysis of multi social media using machine and deep learning models: a review

The Internet has become an important origin of text information, which is then used inside a wide range of research domains. This has been regarded as a necessary foundation for institutions to obtain valuable information in addition to assessing consumers' feelings and views on a particular subject. Message clustering is the method of assigning specific tags to known categories based on one ‘s content material. It is difficult to classify the text using aspect-based sentiment. So each research on sentiment has addressed this issue, as existing research focuses on file and predominant component assessment instead of the specifics of the emotions. Background: Investors estimate how a company's stock or financial instrument will perform in the future, which is known as the stock market prediction. Stock markets are one of the many industries that have benefited substantially from the incredible breakthroughs in machine learning. To effectively estimate these markets, many researchers and companies are continually researching and developing various state-of-the-art approaches and algorithms. Objective: The objective is to predict stock prices based on public sentiments. With a big collection of data from microblogging sites like Twitter, it is possible to analyse the thoughts or feelings of users on a wide scale. These sentiments play a major part in the way the stock market works. We review multiple papers and provide the advantages and disadvantages of various methods. Methods: An in-depth examination of the most recent methodologies for predicting stock market values using sentiment analysis is offered, as well as the multiple consequences for stock markets when epidemics or major events occur. Results: According to the findings, impact sentiment analysis has a significant part in predicting stock market price movement, allowing for greater profit. Conclusion: With modern machine learning and deep learning processes, we can forecast stock costs with a few degrees of precision. This research examines how stock expectations have changed over time, as well as the most recent and effective technique for forecasting, supplying, and minimizing speculators' losses. © 2023 Bentham science Publishers.

Transforming the electrical grid: the role of AI in advancing smart, sustainable, and secure energy systems

The evolution of the electrical grid from its early centralized structure to today’s advanced "smart grid" reflects significant technological progress. Early grids, designed for simple power delivery from large plants to consumers, faced challenges in efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Over time, the grid has transformed into a decentralized network driven by innovative technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI). AI has become instrumental in enhancing efficiency, security, and resilience by enabling real-time data analysis, predictive maintenance, demand-response optimization, and automated fault detection, thereby improving overall operational efficiency. This paper examines the evolution of the electrical grid, tracing its transition from early limitations to the methodologies adopted in present smart grids for addressing those challenges. Current smart grids leverage AI to optimize energy management, predict faults, and seamlessly integrate electric vehicles (EVs), reducing transmission losses and improving performance. However, these advancements are not without limitations. Present grids remain vulnerable to cyberattacks, necessitating the adoption of more robust methodologies and advanced technologies for future grids. Looking forward, emerging technologies such as Digital Twin (DT) models, the Internet of Energy (IoE), and decentralized grid management are set to redefine grid architectures. These advanced technologies enable real-time simulations, adaptive control, and enhanced human–machine collaboration, supporting dynamic energy distribution and proactive risk management. Integrating AI with advanced energy storage, renewable resources, and adaptive access control mechanisms will ensure future grids are resilient, sustainable, and responsive to growing energy demands. Emotion recognition using biological brain signals needs to be reliable to attain effective signal processing and feature extraction techniques. The impact of emotions in interpretations, conversations, and decision-making, has made automatic emotion recognition and examination of a significant feature in the field of psychiatric disease treatment and cure. The problem arises from the limited spatial resolution of EEG recorders. Predetermined quantities of electroencephalography (EEG) channels are used by existing algorithms, which combine several methods to extract significant data. The major intention of this study was to focus on enhancing the efficiency of recognizing emotions using signals from the brain through an experimental, adaptive selective channel selection approach that recognizes that brain function shows distinctive behaviors that vary from one individual to another individual and from one state of emotions to another. We apply a Bernoulli–Laplace-based Bayesian model to map each emotion from the scalp senses to brain sources to resolve this issue of emotion mapping. The standard low-resolution electromagnetic tomography (sLORETA) technique is employed to instantiate the source signals. We employed a progressive graph convolutional neural network (PG-CNN) to identify the sources of the suggested localization model and the emotional EEG as the main graph nodes. In this study, the proposed framework uses a PG-CNN adjacency matrix to express the connectivity between the EEG source signals and the matrix. Research on an EEG dataset of parents of an ASD (autism spectrum disorder) child has been utilized to investigate the ways of parenting of the child's mother and father. We engage with identifying the personality of parental behaviors when regulating the child and supervising his or her daily activities. Cloud is based on the underlying technology of virtualization. Here, the physical servers are divided into multiple virtual servers. Through the technology of virtualization, each virtual server contains virtual machines. Live virtual machine migration is to have migration time and inactive time with minimal duration. Various machine-learning approaches have been investigated and research gaps were identified to enhance the security features during the migration process. Moreover, a secure virtual machine live migration is proposed using Advanced Metric Encryption (AME). Considering the duration of live migration in data centers as well as ensuring the security aspects, the proposed model has been tested and evaluated. © 2023 Bentham science Publishers.

Hybrid deep learning based digital image watermarking using GAN-LSTM and adaptive gannet optimization techniques

Nowadays, multimedia technology is progressing everyday. It is very easy to duplicate, distribute and modify digital images with online editing software. Image security and privacy are critical aspects of the multimedia revolution. Therefore, digital image watermarking offers an alternative way out for image authentication. Currently, watermarking methods are crucial for safeguarding digital images. Several traditional watermarking approaches have been developed to protect images using spatial domains and transformations. Watermarking techniques that are more traditional are less resistant to repeated attacks. Deep learning-based watermarking has recently gained traction, greatly improving the safety of visual images in a variety of common applications. This study presents a robust and secure digital watermarking method for multimedia content protection and authentication. The watermark image is first transformed using the hybrid wavelet transform, and then it is encrypted using a chaos encryption algorithm. The cover image is simultaneously subjected to neighborhood-based feature extraction. Leveraging these extracted features, a novel Adaptive Gannet Optimization algorithm (AGOA) is employed to determine the optimal embedding location. Subsequently, the watermarked image is seamlessly integrated and extracted using the hybrid Generative adversarial network-based long short-term memory (GAN-LSTM) approach within the identified optimal region. Decryption and Inverse transformation are then used to get the original watermark image. Several previous methods, such as DNN, Deep-ANN, and Deep-CNN, are used to evaluate the performance of the proposed method. This technique improves multimedia content protection and authentication by guaranteeing strong and secure watermarking. The proposed method for digital image watermarking produced a peak signal-to-noise ratio of 46.412 and a mean square error of 24.512. Therefore, the proposed method performs well in digital image wa

PriChain: Efficient Privacy-Preserving Fine-Grained Redactable Blockchains in Decentralized Settings

Recently, redactable blockchain has been proposed and leveraged in a wide range of real systems for its unique properties of decentralization, traceability, and transparency while ensuring controllable on-chain data redaction. However, the development of redactable blockchain is now obstructed by three limitations, which are data privacy breaches, high communication overhead, and low searching efficiency, respectively. In this paper, we propose PriChain, the first efficient privacy-preserving fine-grained redactable blockchain in decentralized settings. PriChain provides data owners with rights to control who can read and redact on-chain data while maintaining downward compatibility, ensuring the one who can redact will be able to read. Specifically, inspired by the concept of multi-authority attribute-based encryption, we utilize the isomorphism of the access control tree, realizing fine-grained redaction mechanism, downward compatibility, and collusion resistance. With the newly designed structure, PriChain can realize O（n） communication and storage overhead compared to prior O（n2） schemes. Furthermore, we integrate multiple access trees into a tree-based dictionary, optimizing searching efficiency. Theoretical analysis proves that PriChain is secure against the chosen-plaintext attack and has competitive complexity. The experimental evaluations show that PriChain realizes 10× efficiency improvement of searching and 100× lower communication and storage overhead on average compared with existing schemes.

Emotions are a vital semantic part of human correspondence. Emotions are significant for human correspondence as well as basic for human–computer cooperation. Viable correspondence between people is possibly achieved when both the importance and the emotion of the correspondence are perceived by all groups included. Understanding the significance of language has generally been concentrated on in natural language processing (NLP) as a semantic examination. In NLP, the text can be handled appropriately for classification. Emotion detection from facial emotion is the subfield of social signal processing applied in a wide assortment of regions, explicitly for human and PC collaboration. Many researchers have proposed various approaches, generally utilizing machine learning concepts. Automatic emotion recognition (AER) is significant for working with consistent intuitiveness between a person and a smart device toward fully acknowledging an intelligent society. Many researchers examined cross-lingual and multilingual speech emotion as a stage toward language-free emotion acknowledgment in natural speech. In the present work, we are proposing a deep learning-based AER system using four openly accessible datasets, namely Basic Arabic Vocal Emotions Dataset (BAVED), Acted Emotional Speech Dynamic Database (AESDD), Urdu written in Latin/Roman Script (URDU), and Toronto Emotional Speech Set (TESS), by utilizing the Jupyter notebook and a Python library for music and audio synthesis named Librosa. The experimental results exhibited that the proposed approach achieves better than the existing approaches, i.e., the accuracy of the proposed system with the URDU dataset is 96.24%, the TESS dataset is 99.10%, the AESDD dataset is 65.97%, and the BAVED dataset is 73.12%. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.
