Tidal flats are an important part of coastal ecosystems and play an important role in shoreline protection and biodiversity *** many efforts have been made in tidal flat mapping,an accurate global tidal flat product covering all coasts globally is still lacking and urgently *** this study,a novel method is proposed for the automated mapping of global tidal flats at 30 m(GTF30)in 2020 based on the Google Earth Engine,which is also the first global tidal flat dataset covering the high latitudes(>60°N).Specifically,we first propose a new spectral index named the LTideI index through a sensitivity analysis,which is robust and can accurately capture low-tide ***,globally distributed training samples are automatically generated by combining multisource datasets and the spatiotemporal refinement ***,the global coasts are divided into 5885°×5°geographical tiles,and the local adaptive classification strategy is used to map tidal flats in each 5°×5°region by using multisourced training features and the derived globally distributed training *** statistical results show that the total global area of tidal flats is about 140,922.5 km2,with more than 75% distributed on 3 continents in the Northern Hemisphere,especially in Asia(approximately 43.1% of the total).Finally,the GTF30 tidal flat dataset is quantitatively assessed using 13,994 samples,yielding a good overall accuracy of 90.34%.Meanwhile,the intercomparisons with several existing tidal flat datasets indicate that the GTF30 products can greatly improve the mapping accuracy of tidal ***,the novel method can support the automated mapping of tidal flats,and the GTF30 dataset can provide scientific guidance and data support for protecting coastal ecosystems and supporting coastal economic and social *** GTF30 tidal flat dataset in 2020 is freely accessible via https://***/10.5281/zenodo.7936721.

Automating the synthesis of User Interfaces (UIs) plays a crucial role in enhancing productivity and accelerating the development lifecycle, reducing both development time and manual effort. Recently, the rapid development of Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) has made it possible to generate front-end Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) code directly from webpage designs. However, real-world webpages encompass not only a diverse array of HTML tags but also complex stylesheets, resulting in significantly lengthy code. The lengthy code poses challenges for the performance and efficiency of MLLMs, especially in capturing the structural information of UI designs. To address these challenges, this paper proposes UICopilot, a novel approach to automating UI synthesis via hierarchical code generation from webpage designs. The core idea of UICopilot is to decompose the generation process into two stages: first, generating the coarse-grained HTML hierarchical structure, followed by the generation of fine-grained code. To validate the effectiveness of UICopilot, we conduct experiments on a real-world dataset, i.e., WebCode2M. Experimental results demonstrate that UICopilot significantly outperforms existing baselines in both automatic evaluation metrics and human evaluations. Specifically, statistical analysis reveals that the majority of human annotators prefer the webpages generated by UICopilot over those produced by GPT-4V. © 2025 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

This study centers on the application of vertical federated learning technology in the context of Internet banking loans, with a particular focus on innovations in data privacy protection, risk control model algorithms, and secure multi-party computation. Currently, banking risk control strategies mainly rely on traditional data processing technologies, which often fall short in protecting user privacy and ensuring data usage efficiency. We adopt vertical federated learning technology, offering an innovative solution for the Internet banking loan scenario. Firstly, regarding data privacy protection, we propose a differential privacy mechanism to safeguard user-sensitive data. Secondly, we innovatively apply risk control model algorithms, facilitating collaborative modeling across multiple Internet loan platforms through federated learning. Furthermore, we introduce secure multi-party computation technology to ensure the secure transmission of data and confidentiality of computation processes during federated learning. Through empirical experiments on real Internet loan datasets, we validate the effectiveness and feasibility of our proposed methods. After implementing our risk control model, the credit approval rate increased from 3.44% to 18.2%, with a single-day high reaching 25.53%. The average loan amount increased by 7,700 yuan, and the average interest rate slightly declined by 0.48%, marking a significant improvement and breakthrough compared to traditional risk control models. This study offers innovative solutions for data privacy protection and risk control in the Internet loan scenario, providing safer and more reliable services for financial institutions and users. Moreover, our methods possess high practicality and promotional value. The potential widespread impact on the industry is profound. © 2023 IEEE.

Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) have shown considerable effectiveness in a variety of graph learning tasks, particularly those based on the message-passing approach in recent years. However, their performance is often constrained by a limited receptive field, a challenge that becomes more acute in the presence of sparse graphs. In light of the power series, which possesses infinite expansion capabilities, we propose a novel Graph Power Filter Neural Network (GPFN) that enhances node classification by employing a power series graph filter to augment the receptive field. Concretely, our GPFN designs a new way to build a graph filter with an infinite receptive field based on the convergence power series, which can be analyzed in the spectral and spatial domains. Besides, we theoretically prove that our GPFN is a general framework that can integrate any power series and capture long-range dependencies. Finally, experimental results on three datasets demonstrate the superiority of our GPFN over state-of-the-art baselines. © 2024, CC BY.

With the development of the Internet of everything, all kinds of IntelliSense-based applications are blooming. Since the perception data are always sensitive and different IntelliSense system often needs to exchange or share perception data with others in many cases, the access control mechanism is a prerequisite for sharing data across domains. Considering the IntelliSense systems are both independent and cooperative, we use a simplified consortium blockchain to construct a distributed access control framework for sharing data securely among different domains, in which all operations on the perception data are treated as transactions and the consensus/agreement is reached only by the related parties. And four transactions are designed to perform the access control. © 2022 IEEE.

Integrating social networks and the Internet of Things has formed an emerging field of Social Internet of Things (IoT). Aiming to address the shortcomings of traditional TBAC (Trust based on Access Control) and ABAC (Attribute based on Access Control) in dynamic authorization and security, this paper proposes a hybrid access control model based on trust and risk for SIoT. The model supports social relationship-based trust assessment and risk prediction between SIoT nodes and integrates trust and risk values into SIoT security values through reasonable weight allocation. Furthermore, by simulating the safety requirements of different scenarios, it was verified that the model was efficient and more secure than the current models. © (2023). All Rights Reserved.

An integrated energy system is a complex system that requires intelligent control to optimize its operation. This paper proposes an intelligent control method for integrated energy systems based on a low carbon model. The model integrates a variety of low carbon technologies such as carbon capture systems, demand response, carbon emissions trading, and clean energy generation. The effect of the proposed intelligent control methods on reducing system costs and carbon emissions is verified through a case study. The results show that the combination of the intelligent control method and the low carbon model leads to a significant reduction in system operating costs and carbon emissions. This provides an important reference for intelligent control of the existing integrated energy system from a low-carbon approach.

Audio-Visual Target Speaker Extraction (AV-TSE) aims to mimic the human ability to enhance auditory perception using visual cues. Although numerous models have been proposed recently, most of them estimate target signals by primarily relying on local dependencies within acoustic features, underutilizing the human-like capacity to infer unclear parts of speech through contextual information. This limitation results in not only suboptimal performance but also inconsistent extraction quality across the utterance, with some segments exhibiting poor quality or inadequate suppression of interfering speakers. To close this gap, we propose a model-agnostic strategy called the Mask-And-Recover (MAR). It integrates both inter- and intra-modality contextual correlations to enable global inference within extraction modules. Additionally, to better target challenging parts within each sample, we introduce a Fine-grained Confidence Score (FCS) model to assess extraction quality and guide extraction modules to emphasize improvement on low-quality segments. To validate the effectiveness of our proposed model-agnostic training paradigm, six popular AV-TSE backbones were adopted for evaluation on the VoxCeleb2 dataset, demonstrating consistent performance improvements across various metrics. © 2025 IEEE.

As the most sensitive and direct indicator of global climate change,the freezing and thawing of the Antarctic ice sheet is of great significance for research on surface mass and energy *** this study,four representative regions in Antarctica were selected and correlation analysis,Granger causality testing,and cluster analysis were applied to comprehensively analyze the correlation and response of spatiotemporal variation in freeze-thaw and *** conclusions are as follows.(1)In the Antarctic Peninsula,a phenomenon was demonstrated that the summer shifts *** December and colder March temperatures were observed in the Amery Ice Shelf and Queen Maud Land.(2)The Antarctic Peninsula featured the most severe degree of melting among the four regions,with the largest melt area in the past 30 years appearing during the 2015/2016 ***,the number of melt days in most areas of the Antarctic Peninsula was observed to have decreased.(3)There is a strong correlation between the freeze-thaw state of the Antarctic ice sheet and temperature,as well as spatial differences among regions,but the data were clustered at different time scales.

CLNX: Bridging Code and Natural Language for C/C++ Vulnerability-Contributing Commits Identification

Large Language Models (LLMs) have shown great promise in vulnerability identification. As C/C++ comprises half of the Open-Source Software (OSS) vulnerabilities over the past decade and updates in OSS mainly occur through commits, enhancing LLMs' ability to identify C/C++ Vulnerability-Contributing Commits (VCCs) is essential. However, current studies primarily focus on further pre-training LLMs on massive code datasets, which is resource-intensive and poses efficiency challenges. In this paper, we enhance the ability of BERT-based LLMs to identify C/C++ VCCs in a lightweight manner. We propose CodeLinguaNexus (CLNX) as a bridge facilitating communication between C/C++ programs and LLMs. Based on commits, CLNX efficiently converts the source code into a more natural representation while preserving key details. Specifically, CLNX first applies structure-level naturalization to decompose complex programs, followed by token-level naturalization to interpret complex symbols. We evaluate CLNX on public datasets of 25,872 C/C++ functions with their commits. The results show that CLNX significantly enhances the performance of LLMs on identifying C/C++ VCCs. Moreover, CLNX-equipped CodeBERT achieves new state-of-the-art and identifies 38 OSS vulnerabilities in the real *** Codes 68M25 Copyright © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.
