Perovskite solar cells have shown great potential in the field of underwater solar cells due to their excellent optoelectronic properties;however,their underwater performance and stability still hinder their practical *** this research,a 1H,1H,2H,2H-heptadecafluorodecyl acrylate(HFDA)anti-reflection coating(ARC)was introduced as a high-transparent material for encapsulating perovskite solar modules(PSMs).Optical characterization results revealed that HFDA can effectively reduce reflection of light below 800 nm,aiding in the absorption of light within this wavelength range by underwater solar ***,a remarkable efficiency of 14.65%was achieved even at a water depth of 50 ***,the concentration of Pb^(2+)for HFDA-encapsulated film is significantly reduced from 186 to 16.5 ppb after being immersed in water for 347 ***,the encapsulated PSMs still remained above 80%of their initial efficiency after continuous underwater illumination for 400 ***,being exposed to air,the encapsulated PSMs maintained 94%of their original efficiency after 1000 h light *** highly transparent ARC shows great potentials in enhancing the stability of perovskite devices,applicable not only to underwater cells but also extendable to land-based photovoltaic devices.

Predicting RNA binding protein(RBP) binding sites on circular RNAs(circ RNAs) is a fundamental step to understand their interaction mechanism. Numerous computational methods are developed to solve this problem, but they cannot fully learn the features. Therefore, we propose circ-CNNED, a convolutional neural network(CNN)-based encoding and decoding framework. We first adopt two encoding methods to obtain two original matrices. We preprocess them using CNN before fusion. To capture the feature dependencies, we utilize temporal convolutional network(TCN) and CNN to construct encoding and decoding blocks, respectively. Then we introduce global expectation pooling to learn latent information and enhance the robustness of circ-CNNED. We perform circ-CNNED across 37 datasets to evaluate its effect. The comparison and ablation experiments demonstrate that our method is superior. In addition, motif enrichment analysis on four datasets helps us to explore the reason for performance improvement of circ-CNNED.

As the adoption of explainable AI(XAI) continues to expand, the urgency to address its privacy implications intensifies. Despite a growing corpus of research in AI privacy and explainability, there is little attention on privacy-preserving model explanations. This article presents the first thorough survey about privacy attacks on model explanations and their countermeasures. Our contribution to this field comprises a thorough analysis of research papers with a connected taxonomy that facilitates the categorization of privacy attacks and countermeasures based on the targeted explanations. This work also includes an initial investigation into the causes of privacy leaks. Finally, we discuss unresolved issues and prospective research directions uncovered in our analysis. This survey aims to be a valuable resource for the research community and offers clear insights for those new to this domain. To support ongoing research, we have established an online resource repository, which will be continuously updated with new and relevant findings.

Preserving formal style in neural machine translation (NMT) is essential, yet often overlooked as an optimization objective of the training processes. This oversight can lead to translations that, though accurate, lack formality. In this paper, we propose how to improve NMT formality with large language models (LLMs), which combines the style transfer and evaluation capabilities of an LLM and the high-quality translation generation ability of NMT models to improve NMT formality. The proposed method (namely INMTF) encompasses two approaches. The first involves a revision approach using an LLM to revise the NMT-generated translation, ensuring a formal translation style. The second approach employs an LLM as a reward model for scoring translation formality, and then uses reinforcement learning algorithms to fine-tune the NMT model to maximize the reward score, thereby enhancing the formality of the generated translations. Considering the substantial parameter size of LLMs, we also explore methods to reduce the computational cost of INMTF. Experimental results demonstrate that INMTF significantly outperforms baselines in terms of translation formality and translation quality, with an improvement of +9.19 style accuracy points in the German-to-English task and +2.16 COMET score in the Russian-to-English task. Furthermore, our work demonstrates the potential of integrating LLMs within NMT frameworks to bridge the gap between NMT outputs and the formality required in various real-world translation scenarios.
