Compared with traditional environments,the cloud environment exposes online services to additional vulnerabilities and threats of cyber attacks,and the cyber security of cloud platforms is becoming increasingly prominent.A piece of code,known as a Webshell,is usually uploaded to the target servers to achieve multiple *** Webshell attacks has become a hot spot in current ***,the traditional Webshell detectors are not built for the cloud,making it highly difficult to play a defensive role in the cloud ***,a Webshell detection system based on deep learning that is successfully applied in various scenarios,is proposed in this *** system contains two important components:gray-box and neural network *** gray-box analyzer defines a series of rules and algorithms for extracting static and dynamic behaviors from the code to make the decision *** neural network analyzer transforms suspicious code into Operation Code(OPCODE)sequences,turning the detection task into a classification *** experiment results show that SmartEagleEye achieves an encouraging high detection rate and an acceptable false-positive rate,which indicate its capability to provide good protection for the cloud environment.

This study presents an overview on intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)-enabled sensing and communication for the forthcoming sixth-generation(6G) wireless networks, in which IRSs are strategically deployed to proactively reconfigure wireless environments to improve both sensing and communication(S&C) performance. First, we exploit a single IRS to enable wireless sensing in the base station's(BS's) non-line-of-sight(NLoS) area. In particular, we present three IRS-enabled NLoS target sensing architectures with fully-passive, semi-passive, and active IRSs, respectively. We compare their pros and cons by analyzing the fundamental sensing performance limits for target detection and parameter estimation. Next, we consider a single IRS to facilitate integrated sensing and communication(ISAC), in which the transmit signals at the BS are used for achieving both S&C functionalities, aided by the IRS through reflective beamforming. We present joint transmit signal and receiver processing designs for realizing efficient ISAC, and jointly optimize the transmit beamforming at the BS and reflective beamforming at the IRS to balance the fundamental performance tradeoff between S&C. Furthermore, we discuss multi-IRS networked ISAC, by particularly focusing on multi-IRS-enabled multi-link ISAC, multi-region ISAC, and ISAC signal routing, respectively. Finally, we highlight various promising research topics in this area to motivate future work.

Researchers have recently achieved significant advances in deep learning techniques, which in turn has substantially advanced other research disciplines, such as natural language processing, image processing, speech recognition, and software engineering. Various deep learning techniques have been successfully employed to facilitate software engineering tasks, including code generation, software refactoring, and fault localization. Many studies have also been presented in top conferences and journals, demonstrating the applications of deep learning techniques in resolving various software engineering tasks. However,although several surveys have provided overall pictures of the application of deep learning techniques in software engineering,they focus more on learning techniques, that is, what kind of deep learning techniques are employed and how deep models are trained or fine-tuned for software engineering tasks. We still lack surveys explaining the advances of subareas in software engineering driven by deep learning techniques, as well as challenges and opportunities in each subarea. To this end, in this study, we present the first task-oriented survey on deep learning-based software engineering. It covers twelve major software engineering subareas significantly impacted by deep learning techniques. Such subareas spread out through the whole lifecycle of software development and maintenance, including requirements engineering, software development, testing, maintenance, and developer collaboration. As we believe that deep learning may provide an opportunity to revolutionize the whole discipline of software engineering, providing one survey covering as many subareas as possible in software engineering can help future research push forward the frontier of deep learning-based software engineering more systematically. Predictive analytics: Unveiling the potential of machine learning and deep learning

Machine and deep learning methods have gained significant prominence in the healthcare industry, particularly for the prediction of cardiac diseases. The increasing prevalence of heart-related diseases underscores the necessity for proactive and accurate healthcare interventions. Machine learning, a data-driven approach, can play a crucial role in recognizing and addressing cardiovascular risks. To achieve this, researchers have utilized a range of classification techniques, such as Support Vector Machines, Random Forests, and Naive Bayes, to unravel the intricate aspects of heart disease prediction. Additionally, ensemble learning techniques, especially Stacking Technique, is employed to further enhance predictive accuracy. However, the ensemble approach has certain limitations. Therefore, confusion matrices are utilized for thorough evaluation and validation, offering better classifier performance. As research advances, prediction models aim to achieve higher accuracy and generalizability. Insights from confusion matrices can help researchers to make more robust and dependable predictions. Future research will investigate the deep learning models to detect subtle patterns in electrocardiogram data, with the aim of enabling earlier identification of cardiovascular conditions. Additionally, the integration of wearable sensor technologies holds promise for continuous risk monitoring and the development of personalized healthcare interventions. These technological advancements possess the potential to fundamentally transform the field of cardiac care, facilitating earlier disease diagnosis and substantially enhancing patient prognosis. Optimization Design of Output Combining Network Using Irregular Structure for Broadband DPA

This letter presents an optimization design method for broadband Doherty power amplifier (DPA) using an irregular output combining network (OCN). First, the postmatching network and the output matching networks are considered as the overall OCN, and the three-port S-parameters of the OCN are analyzed and calculated using the impedances at power back-off (PBO) and saturation. Subsequently, to improve the feasibility of optimization, several impedances that meet the requirements are used to calculate feasible S-parameter solution sets, which can be used as the optimization target. Finally, an optimization method of the OCN using an irregular structure is proposed. For verification, a 1.2-2.8-GHz broadband DPA is designed and measured. The results show that with the saturated output power exceeding 43.1 dBm, drain efficiencies of 54.1%-74.2% and 50.9%-56.5% are obtained at saturation and 6-dB PBO, respectively. © 2023 IEEE.

Local Fine-grained Visual Tracking

This paper introduces a novel local fine-grained visual tracking task, aiming to precisely locate arbitrary local parts of objects. This task is motivated by our observation that in many realistic scenarios, the user demands to track a local part instead of a holistic object. However, the absence of an evaluation dataset and the distinctive characteristics of local fine-grained targets present extra challenges in conducting this research. To tackle these issues, firstly, this paper constructs a local fine-grained tracking (LFT) dataset to evaluate the tracking performance for local fine-grained targets. Secondly, this paper designs a cutting-edge solution to handle the challenges posed by properties of local objects, including ambiguity and high-proportion backgrounds. It consists of a hierarchical adaptive mask mechanism and foreground-background differentiated learning. The former adaptively searches for and masks ambiguity, which drives the network to concentrate on the local target instead of the holistic objects. The latter is constructed to distinguish foreground and background in an unsupervised manner, which is beneficial to mitigate the impacts of high-proportion backgrounds. Extensive analytic experiments are performed to verify the effectiveness of each submodule in the proposed fine-grained tracker. Research on facial expression recognition based on multimodal data fusion and neural network

Facial expression recognition is a challenging task when neural network is applied to pattern recognition. Most of the current recognition research is based on single source facial data, which generally has the disadvantages of low accuracy and low robustness. In this paper, a neural network algorithm of facial expression recognition based on multimodal data fusion is proposed. The algorithm is based on the multimodal data, and it takes the facial image, the histogram of oriented gradient of the image and the facial landmarks as the input, and establishes Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) designed to extract features from facial image, neural network designed to extract features from facial Landmarks and Neural Network (LNN) designed to extract features from Histogram of gradient (HNN), three sub-neural networks to extract data features, using multimodal data feature fusion mechanism to improve the accuracy of facial expression recognition. A Study on the Inter-Pretability of Network Attack Prediction Models Based on Light Gradient Boosting Machine(LGBM)and SHapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP)

The methods of network attacks have become increasingly sophisticated,rendering traditional cybersecurity defense mechanisms insufficient to address novel and complex threats *** recent years,artificial intelligence has achieved significant progress in the field of network ***,many challenges and issues remain,particularly regarding the interpretability of deep learning and ensemble learning *** address the challenge of enhancing the interpretability of network attack prediction models,this paper proposes a method that combines Light Gradient Boosting Machine(LGBM)and SHapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP).LGBM is employed to model anomalous fluctuations in various network indicators,enabling the rapid and accurate identification and prediction of potential network attack types,thereby facilitating the implementation of timely defense measures,the model achieved an accuracy of 0.977,precision of 0.985,recall of 0.975,and an F1 score of 0.979,demonstrating better performance compared to other models in the domain of network attack *** is utilized to analyze the black-box decision-making process of the model,providing interpretability by quantifying the contribution of each feature to the prediction results and elucidating the relationships between *** experimental results demonstrate that the network attack predictionmodel based on LGBM exhibits superior accuracy and outstanding predictive ***,the SHAP-based interpretability analysis significantly improves the model’s transparency and interpretability.
