we propose a cutting-edge solution that leverages passive adaptive methods based on ensemble learning to effectively detect anomalous traffic in data streams. Our approach tackles the issue of concept drift by integrating various deep learning models, each offering a unique perspective to learn data features. By doing so, our solution can accurately capture the distribution of data concepts and propose weight layers to make the model adaptable to changes caused by concept drift. In a series of experiments conducted on public datasets, our model demonstrated remarkable effectiveness in detecting anomalies, achieving accuracy rates of over 97% after adapting to concept drift. © 2023 IEEE.

No-reference image quality assessment (NR-IQA) aims to evaluate image quality without using the original reference images. Since the early NR-IQA methods based on distortion types were only applicable to specific distortion scenarios, and lack of practicality, it is challenging to designing a universal NR-IQA method. In this article, a multibranch convolutional neural network (MB-CNN) based NR-IQA method is proposed, which includes a spatial-domain feature extractor, a gradient-domain feature extractor, and a weight mechanism. The spatial-domain feature extractor aims to extract the distortion features from the spatial domain. The gradient-domain feature extractor is used to guide the spatial-domain feature extractor to pay more attention to the distortions of the structure information. Particularly, the spatial-domain feature extractor uses the hierarchical feature merge module to realize multiscale feature representation, and the gradient-domain feature extractor uses pyramidal convolution to extract the multiscale structure information of the distorted image. In addition, a position vector is proposed to build the weight mechanism by considering the position relationships between patches and its entire image for improving the final prediction performance. We conduct the experiments on five representative databases: LIVE, TID2013, CSIQ, LIVE MD and Waterloo Exploration Database, and the experimental results show that the proposed NR-IQA method achieves the state-of-the-art performance, which demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed NR-IQA method. Point cloud registration is an important part of 3D point cloud map construction based on multi-line lidar. At present, traditional iterative nearest point algorithm (ICP) is mainly used for point cloud registration. For the traditional iterative nearest point algorithm, point cloud registration is time-consuming and error-prone, which leads to the low accuracy of point cloud registration. Based on the principle of traditional iterative nearest point algorithm, this paper proposes an improved ICP algorithm combining PL-ICP algorithm and PP-ICP algorithm. The map construction is realized by this method, and on the basis of the map construction, NDT algorithm is used to further realize the positioning of unmanned vehicles. The experimental results show that the method can effectively construct the point cloud image, reduce the registration time of point cloud, and has good registration accuracy. Through the validation of the dataset, the positioning experiment can be completed by randomly placing the unmanned vehicle in a certain position on the constructed map. © 2023, Beijing Paike Culture Commu. The complexity and diversity of smart grid systems increase the likelihood of anomalies in communications between devices in the system, and how these anomalies are detected is critical to the security of the grid system. However, the distribution of traffic types in the grid is often highly unbalanced, with the total amount of normal traffic data often far outweighing the anomalous data. This imbalance compromises the effectiveness of the detection model and poses a significant threat to the overall security of the grid This paper improves on traditional conditional generation adversarial neural networks and designs a new approach to overcome this obstacle and enhance the security of smart grid systems. In the generator part, the spatial features of the data are captured by convolutional neural networks, and the temporal features of the data are captured by gated recurrent units. By integrating these two components into the generative network we can generate synthetic data with both temporal and spatial features, thus enhancing the minority class samples. By incorporating the augmented minority data into the training process, the proposed approach enables the detection model to understand the distribution of features of the minority anomaly samples more accurately. This improved learning accuracy translates into improved model performance, resulting in higher detection rates for Previously under-represented anomalies. In addition, our approach effectively addresses the inherent bias towards traffic types with higher flows typically observed in asymmetric datasets, thus providing a more equitable and comprehensive security solution for smart grid systems. © 2023 IEEE.

Gliomas hold a prominent position in neurooncology due to their high malignancy and poor survival rates. Accurately predicting the prognosis and survival risk of glioma patients is crucial for clinical treatment. Recent advances in survival prediction methods emphasize the importance of integrating complementary information from diverse modalities while neglecting the significant modality gap between pathological images and genomic data. To address this issue, we propose a modality-specific knowledge interaction network (MSKI-Net), which integrates whole slide images (WSI), RNA-Seq gene expression data, and copy number variation (CNV) data for glioma survival analysis. The MSKI-Net consists of a modality-specific feature enhancement (MSFE) module, a modality-interactive cross-attention (MICA) module, and a modality-specific knowledge-guided representation learning (MSKR) module. The three modules collaborate by complementing modality-specific features with modality-agnostic knowledge to improve the learning capability of MSKI-Net. Furthermore, we construct a dataset named TCGAmm, which combines WSI, RNA-Seq, and CNV data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) to address the issue of data scarcity. Extensive experiments demonstrate that MSKI-Net achieves superior performance in predicting the survival risk of glioma cancer. © 2024 IEEE.

Edge computing (EC) serves as an effective technology, empowering end-users to attain high bandwidth and low latency by offloading tasks with high computational demands from mobile devices to edge servers. However, a major challenge arises when the processing load fluctuates continuously, leading to a performance bottleneck due to the inability to rescale edge node (EN) resources. To address this problem, the approach of task migration is introduced, and EN load prediction model, the resource constrained model, optimal communication overhead model, optimal task migration model, and energy consumption model are built to form a theoretical foundation from which to propose a task migration based resilient framework construction method in EC. With the aid of the domino effect and the combined effect of task migration, a dynamic node-growing algorithm (DNGA) and a dynamic node-shrinking algorithm (DNSA), both based on the task migration strategy, are proposed. Specifically, the DNGA smoothly expands the EN scale when the processing load increases, while the DNSA shrinks the EN scale when the processing load decreases. The experimental results show that for standard benchmarks deployed on an elastic framework, the proposed method realizes a smooth scaling mechanism in the EC, which reduces the latency and improves the reliability of data processing. © 2023 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

Recently, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI)-based brain networks have been shown to be an effective diagnostic tool with great potential for accurately detecting autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Meanwhile, the successful use of graph convolution networks (GCNs) methods based on fMRI information has improved the classification accuracy of ASD. However, many graph convolution-based methods do not fully utilize the topological information of the brain functional connectivity network (BFCN) or ignore the effect of non-imaging information. Therefore, we propose a hierarchical graph embedding model that leverage both the topological information of the BFCN and the non-imaging information of the subjects to improve the classification accuracy. Specifically, our model first use the Infomax Module to automatically identify embedded features in regions of interests (ROIs) in the brain. Then, these features, along with non-imaging information, is used to construct a population graph model. Finally, we design a graph convolution framework to propagate and aggregate the node features and obtain the results for ASD detection. Our model takes into account both the significance of the BFCN to individual subjects and relationships between subjects in the population graph. The model performed autism detection using the Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange (ABIDE) dataset and obtained an average accuracy of 77.2% and an AUC of 87.2%. These results exceed those of the baseline approach. Through extensive experiments, we demonstrate the competitiveness, robustness and effectiveness of our model in aiding ASD diagnosis. © 2013 IEEE.

Zero correlation zone (ZCZ) sequences have been widely applied to quasi-synchronous code division multiple access system (QS-CDMA) and therefore have been extensively studied in recent years. In this paper, ZCZ sequence sets are constructed. The presented ZCZ sequence sets have the following properties: 1) each sequence in the constructed sequence set is perfect;2) each set is an optimal ZCZ sequence set with parameters (N2,N,N);3) the maximum inter-set cross-correlation of the given multiple sequence sets meets the Sarwate bound. © 2023 IEEE.

Federated Learning (FL) has significant potential to protect data privacy and mitigate network burden in mobile edge computing (MEC) networks. However, due to the system and data heterogeneity of mobile clients (MCs), client selection and bandwidth allocation is key for achieving cost-efficient FL in MEC networks with limited bandwidth. To address these challenges, we investigate the issue of joint client selection and bandwidth allocation for reducing the cost (i.e., latency and energy consumption) of FL training. We formulate the problem and decompose it into a holistic subproblem to reduce the number of rounds and a partial subproblem to reduce the costs of FL each round. We propose a joint class-balanced client selection and bandwidth allocation (CBCSBA) framework to address the whole problem. Specifically, for the holistic subproblem, CBCSBA combines MCs into groups, each having data distribution as close as possible to class-balanced distribution;For the partial subproblem, CBCSBA reduces costs by exploratively selecting a group and sequentially optimizing the latency and energy consumption of MCs within the group. Experimental results show that CBCSBA outperforms the baseline frameworks in reducing latency by 28.2% and energy consumption by 25.3% on average in the considered four datasets. © 2002-2012 IEEE.

Facial Action Unit (AU) detection is a crucial task in affective computing and social robotics as it helps to identify emotions expressed through facial expressions. Anatomically, there are innumerable correlations between AUs, which contain rich information and are vital for AU detection. Previous methods used fixed AU correlations based on expert experience or statistical rules on specific benchmarks, but it is challenging to comprehensively reflect complex correlations between AUs via hand-crafted settings. There are alternative methods that employ a fully connected graph to learn these dependencies exhaustively. However, these approaches can result in a computational explosion and high dependency with a large dataset. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a novel self-adjusting AU-correlation learning (SACL) method with less computation for AU detection. This method adaptively learns and updates AU correlation graphs by efficiently leveraging the characteristics of different levels of AU motion and emotion representation information extracted in different stages of the network. Moreover, this paper explores the role of multi-scale learning in correlation information extraction, and design a simple yet effective multi-scale feature learning (MSFL) method to promote better performance in AU detection. By integrating AU correlation information with multi-scale features, the proposed method obtains a more robust feature representation for the final AU detection. Extensive experiments show that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods on widely used AU detection benchmark datasets, with only 28.7% and 12.0% of the parameters and FLOPs of the best method, respectively.
