With the drive to create a decentralized digital economy, Web 3.0 has become a cornerstone of digital transformation, developed on the basis of computing-force networking, distributed data storage, and blockchain. With the rapid realization of quantum devices, Web 3.0 is being developed in parallel with the deployment of quantum cloud computing and quantum Internet. In this regard, quantum computing first disrupts the original cryptographic systems that protect data security while reshaping modern cryptography with the advantages of quantum computing and communication. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce a quantum blockchain-driven Web 3.0 framework that provides information-theoretic security for decentralized data transferring and payment transactions. First, we present the framework of quantum blockchain-driven Web 3.0 with future-proof security during the transmission of data and transaction information. Next, we discuss the potential applications and challenges of implementing quantum blockchain in Web 3.0. Finally, we describe a use case for quantum non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and propose a quantum deep learning-based optimal auction for NFT trading to maximize the achievable revenue for sufficient liquidity in Web 3.0. The application of robots to assist humans in earthquake rescue has always been an important topic that researchers are constantly studying. CoSpace Rescue is an abstract modeling and simulation of earthquake rescue and a simulation platform for studying robot rescue search algorithms. Its mathematical model is a multi-objective optimization problem. In this paper, we propose a search algorithm design framework for the CoSpace Rescue robot. Based On this framework and the idea of the heuristic search algorithm, we design and implement the 'Multi-objective Optimal Dynamic Adaptive On-Demand Search Algorithm'. The results of the experiment show that the algorithm can dynamically adapt to the changes in the environment and significantly improve the search efficiency of the rescue robot. © 2021 IEEE.

Generally,the performance of deep learning models is related to the captured features of training *** the training samples belong to different domains,the diverse features may increase the difficulty of training high performance *** this paper,we built a new framework that generates multiple models on the organized samples to increase the accuracy of ***,our framework selects some existing models and trains each of them on organized training sets to get multiple trained ***,we select some of them based on a validation ***,we use some fusion method on the outputs of the selected models to get more accurate *** experimental results show that our framework achieved higher accuracy than the existing *** framework can be an option for the deep learning system to increase the classification accuracy.

Nowadays, recommendation systems (RSs) have been widely used in many real-world applications. However, traditional recommendation techniques mainly aim at improving recommendation accuracy, while other metrics to measure the performance of the RSs are not considered. In this paper, a multiobjective recommendation model that considers different metrics, including accuracy, diversity, and novelty of recommendations is established. Compared with recommendation models that only consider accuracy, this model can recommend more different items with higher diversity and more fresh items with higher novelty to enhance the long-term performance of RSs. Moreover, to efficiently solve this multiobjective recommendation model, a multi-population genetic algorithm (MPGA), which follows the multiple populations for multiple objectives (MPMO) framework, is proposed. As far as we know, it is the first time that the advanced MPMO framework is used in RSs. We conduct comparison experiments on three real-world datasets with three state-of-the-art multiobjective recommendation algorithms and two traditional multiobjective evolutionary algorithms. The experimental results indicate that the performance of MPGA is better than all the compared methods.

A novel verifiable privacy preservation scheme for outsourcing medical image to cloud through ROI based crypto-watermarking is proposed in the paper. In the proposed scheme, data owner firstly carries out substitution of S-box for the region of interest (ROI) of medical image, and then separates the image into 4 most significant bits (MSBs) plane and 4 least significant bits (LSBs) plane images. Secondly, the hash value of ROI is embedded into the two separated bit plane images using reversible watermarking algorithm. Lastly, some selected hash values are transformed into the initial parameters of chaotic maps, and the two sharing secrets, which are produced through chaos based encryption algorithm, are finally outsourced to two different cloud servers. For authorized users, they can get shares from different cloud servers, and then can losslessly recover the original medical image through a series of decryption operations and extraction of watermarking. Furthermore, the users can verify whether the original image is completely reconstructed or not, they even can locate the tampered parts inside ROI if anyone of the sharing secrets is damaged. Some experiments analyses and comparisons are given to show the security and effectiveness of proposed scheme.

Job recommendation aims to provide potential talents with suitable job descriptions (JDs) consistent with their career trajectory, which plays an essential role in proactive talent recruitment. In real-world management scenarios, the available JD-user records always consist of JDs, user profiles, and click data, in which the user profiles are typically summarized as the user’s skill distribution for privacy reasons. Although existing sophisticated recommendation methods can be directly employed, effective recommendation still has challenges considering the information deficit of JD itself and the natural heterogeneous gap between JD and user profile. To address these challenges, we proposed a novel skill-aware recommendation model based on the designed semantic-enhanced transformer to parse JDs and complete personalized job recommendation. Specifically, we first model the relative items of each JD and then adopt an encoder with the local-global attention mechanism to better mine the intra-job and inter-job dependencies from JD tuples. Moreover, we adopt a two-stage learning strategy for skill-aware recommendation, in which we utilize the skill distribution to guide JD representation learning in the recall stage, and then combine the user profiles for final prediction in the ranking stage. Consequently, we can embed rich contextual semantic representations for learning JDs, while skill-aware recommendation provides effective JD-user joint representation for click-through rate (CTR) prediction. To validate the superior performance of our method for job recommendation, we present a thorough empirical analysis of large-scale real-world and public datasets to demonstrate its effectiveness and interpretability. Sarcasm, sentiment, and emotion are three typical kinds of spontaneous affective responses of humans to external events and they are tightly intertwined with each other. Such events may be expressed in multiple modalities (e.g., linguistic, visual and acoustic), e.g., multi-modal conversations. Joint analysis of humans’ multi-modal sarcasm, sentiment, and emotion is an important yet challenging topic, as it is a complex cognitive process involving both cross-modality interaction and cross-affection correlation. From the probability theory perspective, cross-affection correlation also means that the judgments on sarcasm, sentiment, and emotion are incompatible. However, this exposed phenomenon cannot be sufficiently modelled by classical probability theory due to its assumption of compatibility. Neither do the existing approaches take it into consideration. In view of the recent success of quantum probability (QP) in modeling human cognition, particularly contextual incompatible decision making, we take the first step towards introducing QP into joint multi-modal sarcasm, sentiment, and emotion analysis. Specifically, we propose a QUantum probabIlity driven multi-modal sarcasm, sEntiment and emoTion analysis framework, termed QUIET. Extensive experiments on two datasets and the results show that the effectiveness and advantages of QUIET in comparison with a wide range of the state-of-the-art baselines. Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs) have exhibited impressive performance on image super-resolution tasks. However, these deep learning-based super-resolution methods perform poorly in real-world super-resolution tasks, where the paired high-resolution and low-resolution images are unavailable and the low-resolution images are degraded by complicated and unknown kernels. To break these limitations, we propose the Unsupervised Bi-directional Cycle Domain Transfer Learning-based Generative Adversarial Network (UBCDTL-GAN), which consists of an Unsupervised Bi-directional Cycle Domain Transfer Network (UBCDTN) and the Semantic Encoder guided Super Resolution Network (SESRN). First, the UBCDTN is able to produce an approximated real-like LR image through transferring the LR image from an artificially degraded domain to the real-world LR image domain. Second, the SESRN has the ability to super-resolve the approximated real-like LR image to a photo-realistic HR image. Extensive experiments on unpaired real-world image benchmark datasets demonstrate that the proposed method achieves superior performance compared to state-of-the-art methods. © 2022, CC BY.

Current image super-resolution (SR) reconstruction methods based on deep learning focus more on using the learning capabilities of deeper networks to obtain better reconstruction results, but the increase in depth will increase the complexity of the network structure and the difficulty of training. To address this problem, considering the advantages of residual learning that can overcome the problem of low learning efficiency, and the ability of multiscale networks that can extract global and local features at different scales, this paper proposes a multi-scale residual block (MSRB) for feature learning. Based on the constructed MSRB, a cascaded multi-scale residual network (CMSRN) is developed for image SR reconstruction. In the network, to reconstruct richer image texture details, multiple multi-scale residual blocks are cascaded to construct the residual feature learning part. Experimental results on four datasets show that the proposed network can obtain better reconstruction results, and is superior to state-of-the-art SR reconstruction methods in terms of subjective observation and objective quantitative evaluation.
