In this paper,the authors investigate a coupled reaction-diffusion neural networks which is coupled through the spatial diffusion *** with Lyapunov functional method and some inequality techniques,a synchronization criterion for the proposed network model is established via pinning a small fraction of *** addition,we derive a sufficient condition to guarantee the network can achieve synchronization by designing pinning adaptive feedback ***,a numerical example is given to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results.

Mental health conditions pose a major challenge to healthcare providers and society at large. According to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, one in five people will develop a serious mood disorder, including depression, at some time in their life [2]. Early intervention can have significant positive impact on a person's prognosis, particularly important in affecting outcomes for young people [38]. Co-designed solutions to improve resilience and well-being in young people have specifically been recognised as part of the National Suicide Prevention Strategy and the New Zealand Health Strategy. Innovative interventions that support long-term change for individuals are urgently needed [10]. Self-compassion/self-criticism constitutes a protective/risk factor with regard to developing and maintaining depression [3]; particularly in young people [4]. Self-criticism is one of the major psychological factors, defined as dominant response style of negative evaluation and judgement of self to perceived failure [5]. One effective method to increase self-compassion and reduction in depression may be to address self-criticism through compassion-focused therapy [6]. Virtual Reality (VR) in Health is an emerging field. It is becoming more commonplace with the advent of affordable consumer head mounted devices, and has significant potential for the understanding, assessment and treatment of mental health problems [7]. It can provide a non-threatening, zero risk environment which allows for free exploring of different strategies [16]. We propose to take this new technology and co-design Virtual Reality scenarios with young people, which focuses on real world situations that impact the sample group most and assists them to view these experiences with a self-compassionate lens. This is achieved by being taught compassionate manners of responding to a scenario and by switching perspective. In this paper, a state feedback control strategy is investigated for H_∞ synchronization of uncertain coronary artery systems with state time-delay. Based on the Moon et al.s inequality, convex analysis and the further improvement of Jensen integral inequality, we design a state feedback controller to achieve synchronization by constructing an appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii function (LKF). Finally, the simulation results are illustrated to demonstrate the validity of the proposed state feedback control method.

Research on Escape Pathfinding Algorithm in Virtual Simulation of Fire

Research the authenticity of the virtual simulation of the fire and the problems of the pathfinding to escape. In a real fire, the phenomenon of explosion caused the nearby combustible materials fire with randomness. In order to meet the objective fire situation, the concept of probability of the trigger ignition was proposed to simulate the randomness of fire caused by nearby explosions. Because of the random factors caused by the explosion phenomenon in fire, taking into account the safety and efficiency of the pathfinding to escape, the navigation grid routing algorithm is further improved, a safety escaping algorithm is proposed, which divides the safe area and the dangerous area according to the probability of the trigger ignition and let the characters find the route to escape in the safety area according to the navigation algorithm. Finally, the simulation experiment is carried out. The simulation results show that the fire simulation scenes can be more realistic by combining the probability of the trigger of fire, and the safe escape pathfinding algorithm can provide a safety escaping route for the character.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted gaps in health surveillance systems, disease prevention, and treatment globally. Among the many factors that might have led to these gaps is the issue of the financing of national health systems, especially in low-income and middle-income countries (LMICs), as well as a robust global system for pandemic preparedness. We aimed to provide a comparative assessment of global health spending at the onset of the pandemic;characterise the amount of development assistance for pandemic preparedness and response disbursed in the first 2 years of the COVID-19 pandemic;and examine expectations for future health spending and put into context the expected need for investment in pandemic preparedness. Methods: In this analysis of global health spending between 1990 and 2021, and prediction from 2021 to 2026, we estimated four sources of health spending: development assistance for health (DAH), government spending, out-of-pocket spending, and prepaid private spending across 204 countries and territories. We used the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)'s Creditor Reporting System (CRS) and the WHO Global Health Expenditure Database (GHED) to estimate spending. We estimated development assistance for general health, COVID-19 response, and pandemic preparedness and response using a keyword search. Health spending estimates were combined with estimates of resources needed for pandemic prevention and preparedness to analyse future health spending patterns, relative to need. Findings: In 2019, at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, US$9·2 trillion (95% uncertainty interval [UI] 9·1–9·3) was spent on health worldwide. We found great disparities in the amount of resources devoted to health, with high-income countries spending $7·3 trillion (95% UI 7·2–7·4) in 2019;293·7 times the $24·8 billion (95% UI 24·3–25·3) spent by low-income countries in 2019. Convolutional neural networks are powerful tools for image segmentation and classification. Here, we use this method to identify and mark the heart region of Drosophila at different developmental stages in the cross-sectional images acquired by a custom optical coherence microscopy (OCM) system. With our well-trained convolutional neural network model, the heart regions through multiple heartbeat cycles can be marked with an intersection over union (IOU) of ~86%. Various morphological and dynamical cardiac parameters can be quantified accurately with automatically segmented heart regions. This study demonstrates an efficient heart segmentation method to analyze OCM images of the beating heart in Drosophila. Copyright © 2018, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Multiobjective optimization evolutionary algorithms have been successfully applied to solving constrained optimization problems. This paper proposes a new multiobjective optimization differential evolution algorithm for constrained optimization. Through a study of fitness landscapes using principle component analysis, we discover a statistic method of identifying the valley direction in a valley landscape. Based on this discovery, a new search operator called PCA-projection is constructed which projects an individual to a position along the valley direction. Then multiobjective optimization differential evolution using this projection operator is designed for constrained optimization. A comparative experiment has been implemented between the proposed algorithm and a state-of-the-art multiobjective differential evolution algorithm on a standard set of 24 benchmarks. Experimental results show that the new algorithm makes a significant improvement in terms of solution accuracy. The proposed algorithm is also competitive with ten evolutionary algorithms participated in an IEEE CEC 2006 competition and is ranked third in terms of the final rank. Copyright © 2018, The Authors. The aim of this paper is to presents a approach for build a model based on Hierarchical Colored Petri Net（HCPN） for Networked Control System（NCS） with Programmable Logic Controller（PLC） which using formal discrete simulation and modeling First,a structure-conserving timed hierarchal model is built to generate sampled time delay data so that research about time delays woule be very convenient,Moreover,compared with the traditional modeling method,the presented model take Data Packet dropout,Date Packet retransmission and Data Packet disorders into account ***,it extracts data from the HCPN model of NCS which include two important time delay for the design of controller in PLC,one is the controller-to-actuator delay τ,and another is the sensor-to-controller delay τ.Finally,the periodic of time delay will be analyzed using the period grams from the result of simulation The results show that the periodic will be destroyed by the uncertainty transmission time of Ethernet.

In recent year, many enterprise put a great deal to construct their business to business solution to increase the strength of their supply chain, only companies that can manage cloud computing ecommerce will survives in the global competition. The goal of this paper is to present an integrated cloud computing architecture and a case study highlighting the best practices for developing Cloud computing system to in shoemaking industry. We developed an electronic purchase order web base system for a shoemaking company with four business units which located in Taiwan, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. The research method of our work is based on applying Rational Unified Process and ICAM DEFinition Model (IDEF). We use scenario with Use case and IDEF model to represent the user requirements, and object oriented technology to construct this system. We also derive critical key performance indexes (KPI) to evaluate the benefits as enterprise adopting proposed architecture. The result of the case study shows that this architecture and methodology could enable a reduction in the process time of transactions, reduced processing cost, improved accuracy, efficiency, reliability and security.
