This work proposes a novel image encryption algorithm that integrates unique image transformation techniques with the principles of chaotic and hyper-chaotic systems. By harnessing the unpredictable behavior of the Chua system and the hyper-chaotic nature of the Chen system, the algorithm carries out rescaling, rotation, and randomization on the target image. The intrinsic unpredictability and sensitivity to initial conditions of these chaotic systems endow the encryption algorithm with an expansive key space of 25208. This feature not only bolsters its resilience against brute-force attacks but also magnifies its overall security profile. The algorithm's efficiency is evident in its rapid computational speed and lean resource consumption, making it suitable for real-time applications. To gauge its robustness, a battery of rigorous tests and analyses, spanning differential attacks, statistical attacks, and brute-force assaults, were employed. The results validate its ability to resist a diverse spectrum of threats. With its expansive key space, exceptional efficiency, and sturdy defenses, the proposed algorithm emerges as a potential cornerstone for safeguarding digital images in arenas like secure communication, data storage, and multimedia transmission. In sum, this research pushes the boundaries of high-security image encryption methodologies, catering to the burgeoning demands of the digital age. © 2013 IEEE.

Personal voice assistants have revolutionized how people interact with technology by enabling effortless access to a variety of services by making the user experience natural and more effective using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural language processing (NLP) technologies to understand spoken instructions and reply the information with the most appropriate information or actions that are appropriate to the current context. The voice assistant can now be the ultimate time saver thanks to its wide range of functionalities, which range from basic tasks like setting alarms and playing music on YouTube to more advanced ones like understanding text through paragraphs and responding to any questions inside it using NLP. Stress at work is a widespread issue that affects both employee well-being and organizational productivity. Conventional techniques for evaluating stress frequently depend on subjective self-reporting, which provides little information on changes in stress levels in real-time. As a result, the incorporation of multimodal sentiment analysis has become a viable strategy for the ongoing, impartial tracking of stress at work. This survey study offers a thorough overview and comparison of previous studies on multimodal sentiment analysis for measuring job stress in real time. This literature review delves into the elements of multimodal sentiment analysis, comparing and contrasting it with conventional stress assessment techniques and scrutinizes the many methodologies utilized in recent *** in-depth examination of the techniques and performance measures used in these studies provides valuable information on the advantages and disadvantages of various strategies. Research future directions are discussed in light of identified obstacles, such as sample size restrictions and applicability in varied work situations. The study closes with a summary of the most important discoveries, a discussion of the practical ramifications, and suggestions for furthering the topic. This comparative assessment paves the way for future research in this crucial area while also deepening our grasp of the state-of-the-art in multimodal sentiment analysis for real-time job stress monitoring. ©2024 IEEE.

The abstract Data security is of most importance, in the present day- the introduction of high-level wireless communication channels has led to generation and transfer of massive amounts of data. Data security must keep up with it. Data breach may cause disastrous outcomes. Previously, hardware security modules (HSM) were used to perform cryptographic actions- storing keys and for authentication. This is no longer feasible as HSMs are physical devices and become inconvenient to carry around all the time. The unavailability of HSM poses a serious security threat (for cryptographic keys). This paper aims at a novel software solution that compensates for hardware. As the algorithm focuses on securing keys used for encryption. It may be referred to as key security scheme (KSS). The paper proposes a way to generate keys instead of storing it and assumes performing of cryptographic actions on the available hardware in the system. The proposed method can secure data, both in transit and while at rest. © 2024 IEEE.

The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to the growing network of connected physical objects embedded with sensors, software and connectivity. While IoT has potential benefits, it also introduces new cyber security risks. This paper provides an overview of IoT security issues, vulnerabilities, threats, and mitigation strategies. The key vulnerabilities arising from IoT's scale, ubiquity and connectivity include inadequate authentication, lack of encryption, poor software security, and privacy concerns. Common attacks against IoT devices and networks include denial of service, ransom-ware, man-in-the-middle, and spoofing. An analysis of recent literature highlights emerging attack trends like swarm-based DDoS, IoT botnets, and automated large-scale exploits. Recommended techniques to secure IoT include building security into architecture and design, access control, cryptography, regular patching and upgrades, activity monitoring, incident response plans, and end-user education. Future technologies like blockchain, AI-enabled defense, and post-quantum cryptography can help strengthen IoT security. Additional focus areas include shared threat intelligence, security testing, certification programs, international standards and collaboration between industry, government and academia. A robust multilayered defense combining preventive and detective controls is required to combat rising IoT threats. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the IoT security landscape and identifies areas for continued research and development. © 2024 IEEE.

The study address the challenge of forecasting per unit energy prices in a microgrid environment consisting of solar and hydro power resources under multi-seasonal *** deep learning techniques such as LSTM,GRU and ESN often struggle with non-linear dependencies and volatility in energy market. To overcome these we propose a hybrid framework incorporating Adiabatic Quantum Computing (AQC) for electricity price forecasting. The proposed AQC model encodes-32 system and market related variables into quantum states and applies adiabatic evolution to derive optimized price prediction. Simulation results using real microgrid data set-up based on HIL shows that AQC reduces forecasting error by 17.03% compared to LSTM, 14.29% to GRU and 13.88% to ESN over 24-hrs and 48-hrs horizons. The enhanced accuracy and robustness of the quantum assisted model demonstrates its potential for next generation energy market forecasting and decisions making *** entire framework is tested using a synthetic microgrid dataset designed to emulate real-world seasonal and operational dynamics. While this enables controlled validation of the models, the generalizability of the results to real world deployment requires further empirical evaluations on physical microgrid data set. © 2013 IEEE.

The article investigates how blockchain technology can be integrated into supply chain management (SCM) implementation. It brings to attention critical constraints impoverishing the traditional SCM methods such as unproductive nature, absence of ideas or information sharing, and centrally controlled decision making. The contemporary perspective uses the blockchain, specifically the Ethereum and Solana platforms, in attempts to enhance transparency, traceability, and efficiency. The use of smart contracts on Ethereum makes processes faster, thereby decreasing opportunities for loss and errors caused by waiting time during the transactions, but the transacting people face some limitations like expensive fees and slow speeds. Whereas Solana has the ability to quickly process transactions with lower fees, allowing for better use of real time applications in SCM, the platform supports a transaction throughput of 65000 TPS. Both platforms are discussed in the article while Solana is claimed to be better at cut-throat time factor, high volumes and the Proof of History mechanism helps in performance on cost efficiency and speed. The research goes on to suggest that Solana's transactions definitely have a potential of optimizing SCM by improving on the transparency factor, costs involved and collaboration among stakeholders. © 2024 IEEE.

Pneumonia the word which is taken from the Greek word pneuma, breath is an infection that can be fatal as well as an inflammation of the lower respiratory tract such as the bronchioles and alveoli. It is typically brought on by inhaled bacteria as well as viruses such as Streptococcus pneumoniae, also known as pneumococcus, which has both of these characteristics. Machine learning technique called transfer learning is, where a model is applied to newly collected data instead of being learned from scratch using a convolutional neural network (CNN) model which is pre-trained that was trained on a dataset. The disease prediction model is built using transfer learning techniques. Image pre-processing methods such as image dilation, image erosion, Gaussian blur, grayscale and canny edge detection and they are carried out for extracting the characteristics of the CXR images containing 5826 image dataset which were taken from the Kaggle repository consisting of two subfolders normal and pneumonia. They were split into training, testing and validation dataset. The features are extracted from the CNN model which is built from the beginning after that transfer learning techniques are used for prediction of presence of pneumonia using the test set and in last and final step results were produced. The following three models such as CNN model got an accuracy of 78% and transfer learning model VGG16 gave an accuracy of 88% followed by the ResNet50V2 model which gave an accuracy of 90%. Higher education worldwide has adopted Video-Based Learning (VBL) over the past decade. They have tried to build a VBL system to improve services to students. However, the researcher's topic was not fully explored, especially in making the video itself. What features are mandatory and must be considered in making a video lecture to increase student engagement. A systematic review of the literature (SLR) is a way to identify these features. This study provides a critical analysis of the current research in VBL over the last five years (2017 - 2021). It presents a general trend examining 1336 journals and many literary works related to VBL design in Higher Education, selected through a stepwise process based on PRISMA Framework guidelines, using pre-defined selection criteria. We carefully selected 32 journals and found 22 features referring to the Lecture Video Design succession. © 2023 ACM.
