The increasing development of e-commerce logistics industry has led to the widespread application of automatic guided vehicles (AGVs) in intelligent warehouses. The conflict-free scheduling of large-scale multi-load AGVs is a challenging problem in intelligent e-commerce warehouse. To solve the problem, the principle of adjacent combination of AGV and loading point are used for task allocation, as well as the two-stage shortest path principle is proposed to plan the execution sequence of tasks and reduce the complexity of scheduling. For conflict-free path planning, an intersection-exclusive AGV transportation strategy and a conflict-free path planning method based on the global-local dual dimension is proposed. On the global dimension, the congestion degree of the path is defined in order to select the optimal path. On the local dimension, obstacle avoidance strategy of AGVs are implemented through to optimize the collision-free path of AGVs and avoid collisions. Additionally, a heuristic search method based on simulated annealing is proposed to improve the quality of the solution. The results of experiments show that the proposed method can adequately solve the problem of scheduling multi-load AGVs in a large-scale intelligent ecommerce warehouse. © 2024 IEEE.

Fabrication of Gd_(2)O_(3)-doped CeO_(2)thin films through DC reactive sputtering and their application in solid oxide fuel cells

Physical vapor deposition(PVD)can be used to produce high-quality Gd_(2)O_(3)-doped CeO2(GDC)*** various PVD methods,reactive sputtering provides unique benefits,such as high deposition rates and easy upscaling for industrial *** thin films were successfully fabricated through reactive sputtering using a Gd_(0.2)Ce_(0.8)(at%)metallic target,and their application in solid oxide fuel cells,such as buffer layers between yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ)/La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O_(3−δ)and as sublayers in the steel/coating system,was ***,the direct current(DC)reactive-sputtering behavior of the GdCe metallic target was ***,the GDC films were deposited on NiO-YSZ/YSZ half-cells to investigate the influence of oxygen flow rate on the quality of annealed GDC *** results demonstrated that reactive sputtering can be used to prepare thin and dense GDC buffer layers without high-temperature ***,the cells with a sputtered GDC buffer layer showed better electrochemical performance than those with a screen-printed GDC buffer *** addition,the insertion of a GDC sublayer between the SUS441 interconnects and the Mn-Co spinel coatings contributed to the reduction of the oxidation rate for SUS441 at operating temperatures,according to the area-specific resistance tests.

MLRT-UNet:An Efficient Multi-Level Relation Transformer Based U-Net for Thyroid Nodule Segmentation

Thyroid nodules,a common disorder in the endocrine system,require accurate segmentation in ultrasound images for effective diagnosis and ***,achieving precise segmentation remains a challenge due to various factors,including scattering noise,low contrast,and limited resolution in ultrasound *** existing segmentation models have made progress,they still suffer from several limitations,such as high error rates,low generalizability,overfitting,limited feature learning capability,*** address these challenges,this paper proposes a Multi-level Relation Transformer-based U-Net(MLRT-UNet)to improve thyroid nodule *** MLRTUNet leverages a novel Relation Transformer,which processes images at multiple scales,overcoming the limitations of traditional encoding *** transformer integrates both local and global features effectively through selfattention and cross-attention units,capturing intricate relationships within the *** approach also introduces a Co-operative Transformer Fusion(CTF)module to combine multi-scale features from different encoding layers,enhancing the model’s ability to capture complex patterns in the ***,the Relation Transformer block enhances long-distance dependencies during the decoding process,improving segmentation *** results showthat the MLRT-UNet achieves high segmentation accuracy,reaching 98.2% on the Digital Database Thyroid Image(DDT)dataset,97.8% on the Thyroid Nodule 3493(TG3K)dataset,and 98.2% on the Thyroid Nodule3K(TN3K)*** findings demonstrate that the proposed method significantly enhances the accuracy of thyroid nodule segmentation,addressing the limitations of existing models.

Effect of FeSi additive in dual-chamber sample cup on thermal analysis characteristic values and vermiculating rate of compacted graphite iron

Thermal analysis plays a key role in the online inspection of molten iron *** solidification process of molten iron can be reflected by thermal analysis curves,and silicon is one of important elements affecting the solidification of molten *** this study,FeSi75 was added in one chamber of the dual-chamber sample cup,and the influences of FeSi75 additive on the characteristic values of thermal analysis curves and vermiculating rate were *** results show that with the increase of FeSi75,the start temperature of austenite formation TALfirstly decreases and then increases,but the start temperature of eutectic growth TSEF,the lowest eutectic temperature TEU,temperature at maximum eutectic reaction rate TEM,and highest eutectic temperature TERkeep always an *** temperature at final solidification point TEShas little *** FeSi75 additive has different influences on the vermiculating rate of molten iron with different vermiculation,and the vermiculating rate increases for lower vermiculation molten iron while decreases for higher *** to the thermal analysis curves obtained by a dual-chamber sample cup with 0.30wt.%FeSi75 additive in one chamber,the vermiculating rate of molten iron can be evaluated by comparing the characteristic values of these *** time differenceΔtERcorresponding to the highest eutectic temperature TERhas a closer relationship with the vermiculating rate,and a parabolic regression curve between the time differenceΔtERand vermiculating rateηhas been obtained within the range of 65%to 95%,which is suitable for the qualified melt.

Effect of Ti_(p) Content on the Work Hardening and Softening Behavior of Mg-Zn-Ca Alloy

The Ti_(p)/ZX60 composites with different Ti_(p) contents were prepared by semi-solid stirring *** extrusion,the microstructure,work hardening and softening behavior of the Ti_(p)/ZX60 composites were analyzed compared with the ZX60(Mg-6Zn-0.2Ca)*** results showed that the addition of Ti_(p) could not only promote the nucleation of dynamic recrystallized(DRXed)grains,but also be propitious to the refinement of DRXed *** increasing Ti_(p) content,the size of DRXed grains decreased accompanied with increasing volume fraction of DRXed *** the Ti_(p) content increased to 15 vol.%,the average size and volume fraction of DRXed grains reached to~0.32μm and 93.2%,***,both the strength and elongation were improved by the addition of Ti_(p).With increasing content of Ti_(p),a substantial increase in the strength was achieved with little change in the ***,the elongation decreased sharply when the Ti_(p) content further increased to 15 vol.%.The addition of Ti_(p) led to an increase in the work hardening rate,which gradually increased with increasing Ti_(p) ***,the softening rate did not demonstrate the same tendency with increasing Ti_(p) *** the conventional ceramic particles,the Ti_(p) can be deformed in coordination with the matrix alloy,which imparted a higher softening rate to the matrix *** though the softening rate improved as the Ti_(p) content increased from 5 to 10 vol.%,it dropped deeply as the Ti_(p) content increased to 15 vol.%owing to the fracture of Ti_(p) during extrusion.

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Al_(2)O_(3p)/AZ91 Magnesium Matrix Laminated Material Adjusted by Freezing Temperature

The Al_(2)O_(3)laminated preforms with different layers thickness were prepared by freezing casting in present ***,the Al_(2)O_(3p)/AZ91 magnesium matrix laminated materials were obtained by infiltrating the AZ91 alloy melt into the Al_(2)O_(3)laminated preform based on pressure infiltration ***,the influence of freezing temperature on the microstructure,mechanical properties and fracture behavior of magnesium-based laminates was *** results indicated that with the decrease of freezing temperature,the thickness of Al_(2)O_(3)layers decreases gradually,the number of layers increases obviously,and the interlayers spacing *** with the decrease of interlayers spacing,the size of Mg17Al12 phase precipitated in the AZ91 alloy layers was refined,and the compression strength and strain were both improved *** micro-cracks initiated in Al_(2)O_(3)layers during loading process,while the AZ91 layers could effectively suppress the initiation and propagation of ***,the changing layers structure influenced by the decrease of freezing temperature had significant inhibiting effect on the initiation and propagation of micro-cracks,which endowed the Al_(2)O_(3p)/AZ91 magnesium matrix laminated materials with better strength and ***,the best compression properties of Al_(2)O_(3p)/AZ91 magnesium matrix laminated materials could be obtained at the freezing temperature of−50℃,the compression strength and elastic modulus of which were the 160%and 250%of monolithic AZ91 alloy,respectively.

Influence of liquid viscosity on the interactions between cavitation bubbles and flat liquid-liquid interfaces

This study investigates the interactions between cavitation bubbles and the interfaces of two immiscible liquids,with practical implications and potential applications in the fields such as ultrasonic emulsification and wastewater *** explore the influence of liquid viscosity on the interaction between the cavitation bubble and flat liquid-liquid interface,visualization experiments were performed on the laser-induced cavitation bubbles near two liquid-liquid interfaces composed of deionized water and two silicone oils with different viscosities(50 mPa·s,500 mPa·s)by using high-speed *** different positions were employed for the generation of cavitation bubbles,i.e.,at the interface,in the water,and in the silicone *** evolutions of cavitation bubbles and the corresponding interface deformations at different dimensionless standoff distancesγbetween the cavitation bubble and the interface were *** results show that the difference in the viscosity of silicone oil significantly affects the physical phenomena occurred during the interaction between the millimeter-scale cavitation bubble and the *** this basis,the qualitative and quantitative analyses for the cavitation bubble jet dynamics indicate that the critical value ofγfor jet penetration through the interface between the water and the higher-viscosity silicone oil(interface 2,γ=0.33)is lower than that for the interface between the water and the lower-viscosity silicone oil(interface 1,γ=0.69).Besides,the jet generated by the cavitation bubble near interface 1 possesses a higher maximum *** indicate that increased viscosity inhibits the development of the *** cavitation bubbles that initiate in the water near Interface 1 consistently migrate away from the interface and do not split,while those near interface 2 would migrate towards the interface at intermediateγand would split atγ<*** addition,the jet behaviours of cavitation bubbles near interface 2 at

QARF: A Novel Malicious Traffic Detection Approach via Online Active Learning for Evolving Traffic Streams

In practical abnormal traffic detection scenarios,traffic often appears as drift,imbalanced and rare labeled streams,and how to effectively identify malicious traffic in such complex situations has become a challenge for malicious traffic *** have extensive studies on malicious traffic detection with single challenge,but the detection of complex traffic has not been widely *** adaptive random forests(QARF) is proposed to detect traffic streams with concept drift,imbalance and lack of labeled *** is an online active learning based approach which combines adaptive random forests method and adaptive margin sampling *** achieves querying a small number of instances from unlabeled traffic streams to obtain effective *** conduct experiments using the NSL-KDD dataset to evaluate the performance of *** is compared with other state-of-the-art *** experimental results show that QARF obtains 98.20% accuracy on the NSL-KDD *** performs better than other state-of-the-art methods in comparisons.

High-temperature proton exchange membranes(HT-PEMs) possess excellent thermal and outstanding electrochemical stability, providing an avenue to realize high-temperature proton exchange membranes fuel cells(HT-PEMFCs) with both superior power density and long-term durability. Unfortunately, polybenzimidazole(PBI), a typical material for conventional HT-PEMs, fails to compromise the high nonaqueous proton conductivity and high mechanical properties, thus hindering their practical *** efficient nonaqueous proton conduction is crucial for HT-PEMFC, and many insightful research works have been done in this area. However, there still lacks a report that integrates the host-guest interactions of phosphoric acid doping and the structural stability of polymers to systematically illustrate modification strategies. Here, we summarize recent advancements in enhancing the nonaqueous proton conduction of HT-PEMs. Various polymer structure modification strategies, including main chain and side group modification, cross-linking, blocking, and branching, are reviewed. Composite approaches of polymer, including compounding with organic porous polymers, filling the inorganic components and modifying with ionic liquids, etc., are also covered in this work. These strategies endow the HT-PEMs with more free volume, nanophase-separated structure, and multi-stage proton transfer channels, which can facilitate the proton transportation and improve their performance. Finally, current challenges and future directions for further enhancements are also outlined.

Double-Layer Positional Encoding Embedding Method for Cross-Platform Binary Function Similarity Detection

The similarity detection between two cross-platform binary functions has been applied in many fields, such as vulnerability detection, software copyright protection or malware classification. Current advanced methods for binary function similarity detection usually use semantic features, but have certain limitations. For example, practical applications may encounter instructions that have not been seen in training, which may easily cause the out of vocabulary(OOV) problem. In addition, the generalization of the extracted binary semantic features may be poor, resulting in a lower accuracy of the trained model in practical applications. To overcome these limitations, we propose a double-layer positional encoding based transformer model(DP-Transformer). The DPTransformer's encoder is used to extract the semantic features of the source instruction set architecture(ISA),which is called the source ISA encoder. Then, the source ISA encoder is fine-tuned by the triplet loss while the target ISA encoder is trained. This process is called DPMIRROR. When facing the same semantic basic block,the embedding vectors of the source and target ISA encoders are similar. Different from the traditional transformer which uses single-layer positional encoding, the double-layer positional encoding embedding can solve the OOV problem while ensuring the separation between instructions, so it is more suitable for the embedding of assembly instructions. Our comparative experiment results show that DP-MIRROR outperforms the state-of-the-art approach, MIRROR, by about 35% in terms of precision at 1.
