In bioinformatics data mining fields, classifying protein subcellular location is an important task, because protein has to be located in its proper position in a cell to perform its biological functions. Therefore, classifying protein location in cell is an important and challenging task in current molecular and cellular biology. In this paper, a computational method based an improved AdaBoost algorithm called *** was adapted to predict the location. In some previous studies conventional amino acid composition is applied to represent a protein. In order to take into account sequence order effects, in this study we use PseAAC that was proposed by Chou instead of convention amino acids composition to represent a protein. To demonstrate *** is a robust and efficient model in predicting location, and to convenient comparison to other method, the same protein dataset that was used cedano et al. in 1997 is adopted by us in this paper. From the result, we can draw a conclusion that the accuracy of this method is outperformed than other methods used by previous researchers and can make the prediction into practice.

As a kind of requirement model, feature model represents functions of a family of products in a uniform form. To solve the chaos and entanglement problem in the process of feature model description and configuration, this paper designs a feature model componentization framework. With the help of the concept of Role and Reference Role, the framework proposes a process to analyze and decompose complex requirement specification to simple and coherent roles, and then implements Feature -Role-Component algorithms which map all features generated by requirement elicitation and analysis to different model components. In the framework and algorithms, role and reference role plays as an intermediary who decouple the feature and component, which makes convenient feature variants selection and composition and enhances the componentization level of the system. By decomposing the system functions in the early phase of software lifecycle, the framework improves the flexibility and adaptability of software artifact, which makes a stable foundation for higher quality product.

the aim of this paper consists on presenting a novel approach of vector control of an induction motor based on the approach of fuzzy modelling proposed by Ben-Glalia. In fact, the authors introduce here and for the first time the fuzzy modelling technique of Ben-Ghalia et al. in order to conceive a simple reverse model which to replace the bloc of FOC and ensure more robustness towards parameter variations and uncertainties which represent the inconvenient of the vector control technique. The objective of such a reverse fuzzy model is to improve the robustness of the vector control scheme towards parameter's variations and external disturbances. Unfortunately, in practice this is not checked because of uncertainties in the model. The simulation results show that the two control schemes provide in their basic configuration, comparable performances regarding the decoupling, however the choice for the fuzzy vector control appears advantageous of point of view robustness.

Numerous studies have shown that haptic inter-action plays a key role in enriching the sense of immersion and copresence of distributed users in collaborative virtual environments (CVEs). However, to ensure high-fidelity haptic interaction in CVEs, a high packet rate is required, resulting in considerable increase in overall traffic over the network. While perceptual deadband approach for haptic signals can successfully reduce high packet rates, this method is vulnerable to packet loss because the losing of single perceivable update packet results in a succession of wrong predictions. In this paper, we improve the perceptual deadband model by incorporating a packet loss resilient scheme using acknowledgement (ACK) packets. In case that an ACK packet is not returned to the sender within a trigger time, the sender will send an additional haptic data packet to the receiver to offset the effect caused by packet loss. By carefully selecting trigger time, buffer length and acknowledge time, the proposed scheme can be applied in a network environment with variable packet loss rates. The ACK-packets-based scheme is experimented by using different packet loss rates and lengthes of burst loss. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can maintain stable and robust haptic interaction in terms of both objective and subjective measurements in a lossy network environment, and meanwhile perform well in haptic data reduction.
