This paper discusses application of nonlinear decoupling algorithm for a permanent magnet synchronous motors with adaptive control, capable of combining the input-output linearization technique and Lyapunov stability theory. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, the adaptation law of the proposed controller is derived along with the verification of the overall system's stability. computer simulation results demonstrate that the proposed controller is robust and it can ensure transient stability of permanent magnet synchronous motors, under the occurrence of the disturbance caused parameter variations such as load and stator resistor.

Tumor clustering from bio-molecular data provides a new way to perform cancer class discovery. In this paper, we propose a hybrid fuzzy cluster ensemble framework (HFCEF) for tumor clustering from cancer gene expression data. Compared with traditional cluster ensemble framework, HFCEF integrates both the hard clustering and the soft clustering into the cluster ensemble framework. Specifically, HFCEF first applies the affinity propagation algorithm (AP) to perform clustering on the attribute dimension, and generates a set of subspaces which are used to create a set of new datasets. Then, the fuzzy membership function and the affinity propagation algorithm are adopted to generate a set of fuzzy matrices in the ensemble. Finally, the normalized cut algorithm is served as the consensus function to summarize the set of fuzzy matrices and obtain the final result. The experiments on cancer gene expression profiles shows that the proposed framework works well on bio-molecular data, and provides more robust, stable and accurate results.

In this paper, we propose a simple module-level matching scheme for memory-space-memory Clos-network switches to avoid complex path-allocation algorithms in bufferless Clos networks, as well as cell out-of-order and saturation-tree problems in buffered Clos networks. We show that the module-level matching scheme can achieve 100% *** propose static and dynamic dispatching cell schemes in addition to the module-level matching to improve the delay performance. The static cell dispatching scheme requires no additional scheduling; while the dynamic cell dispatching scheme is more adaptive to the traffic than the static one, thus can achieve better delay performance under non-uniform traffic loads. However, the wiring complexity of the scheduler for dynamic cell dispatching is high. Thus, the grouped dynamic cell dispatching scheme is proposed as a trade-off between the complexity and performance. In practice, embedded memory size is restricted, thus the queue length limitation in each switch module is also considered in this paper. We propose an efficient scheme to prevent queues to overflow in this situation which makes our work more practical.

In the sport domain, for transforming sport data into actionable knowledge, coaches can use data mining techniques to plan training sessions more effectively, and to reduce the impact of testing activity on athletes. This paper presents one such model, which uses clustering techniques, such as improved K-Means, Expectation-Maximization (EM), DBSCAN, COBWEB and hierarchical clustering approaches to analyze sport physiological data collected during incremental tests. Through analyzing the progress of a test session, the authors assign the tested athlete to a group of athletes and evaluate these groups to support the planning of training sessions.

This paper is devoted to the feasibility problems of the sliding mode controller for time-delay systems. By using inequality transformation skills, the feasibility problem of the sliding mode controller for nonlinear uncertain time-delay system can be transformed into the quadratic stabilizability by state feedback for linear systems. Some intuitionistic feasibility criteria on the memory and the memoryless sliding mode controllers are respectively given, which can judge the feasibility of the controller without solving the linear matrix inequalities. A numerical example is included to illustrate the obtained results.
