Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are usually deployed in the non-controlled environment without maintenance, facing the danger of information disclosure, tampering, replay attacks, denial of service and other threats, it makes collaboration among WSN nodes becomes more and more vital. Some common trust collaboration model is analyzed and summarized in this paper firstly, after studying the collaboration of the ant colony system, the trust model based on Biologically-inspired Trust and Reputation Model (BTRM) used for wireless sensor networks is put forward, also the features and architecture of the simulation system is proposed. This paper describes BTRM theory and the design and implementation of simulation system in detail. The simulation shows the output average path length, the average satisfaction, the average deviation and so on is more satisfied with the improvements.

This paper presents a new fast template matching method with partial skipping using sub-template. In this method, we use sub-template to search point by point in the current searched window, and compare every SAD with threshold, if some SAD exceeds the threshold, set the new threshold equal to this SAD value and this point is one potential optimization location, when all points in the current window are compared, we will get a minimum value and a optimization location, then skip the other points whose SAD is not the minimum value. In other words, the searching step is that template size subtracts the sub-template size, and we set the next threshold equal to the current optimization SAD value, we update the threshold and the optimal point until the end of the searched image like this, then will find the global minimum points and its SAD value. Experimental results show that the proposed method is near one hundred times faster than the conventional template match method.

Data aggregation, as a primitive communication task in wireless networks, can reduce the communication complexity. However, in-network aggregation usually brings an unavoidable security defect. Some malicious nodes may control a large percentage of the whole network data and compel the network misbehave in an arbitrary manner. Thus, locating the malicious nodes to prevent them from further disaster is a practical challenge for data aggregation schemes. Based on the grouping and localization techniques, we propose a novel integrated protocol to locate malicious nodes. The proposed protocol does not rely on any special hardware and requests only incomplete information of the network from the security schemes. We also conduct simulation study to evaluate the proposed protocol.
