MXene,a transition metal carbide/nitride,has been prominent as an ideal electrochemical active material for ***,the low MXene load limits its practical *** environmental concerns and sustainable development become more widely recognized,it is necessary to explore a greener and cleaner technology to recycle textile by-products such as *** present study proposes an effective 3D fabrication method that uses MXene to fabricate waste denim felt into ultralight and flexible supercapacitors through needling and *** 3D structure provided more sites for loading MXene onto Z-directional fiber bundles,resulting in more efficient ion exchange between the electrolyte and ***,the carbonization process removed the specific adverse groups in MXenes,further improving the specific capacitance,energy density,power density and electrical conductivity of *** electrodes achieve a maximum specific capacitance of 1748.5 mF cm-2 and demonstrate remarkable cycling stability maintaining more than 94%after 15,000 galvanostatic charge/discharge ***,the obtained supercapacitors present a maximum specific capacitance of 577.5 mF cm^(-2),energy density of 80.2μWh cm^(-2)and power density of 3 mW cm^(-2),*** resulting supercapacitors can be used to develop smart wearable power devices such as smartwatches,laying the foundation for a novel strategy of utilizing waste cotton in a high-quality manner.

The research entitled 'Internet of Things for Smart Furniture: A Systematic Review' explores integrating IoT technology into smart furniture to improve functionality and user experience. By synthesizing existing literature, this research aims to discover how the Internet of Things (IoT) is leveraged to meet specific user needs with smart furniture and what hardware and sensor technologies are proposed for smart furniture design, considering factors such as scalability and need for users. Current research trends in securing user communications and data in the context of IoT-enabled smart furniture. This research involved a literature search which included journal articles and reviews from the Web of science (WOS) and the Scopus database (core collection) from 2014 to 2023, and the final results were 9 documents that would be reviewed. Several impactful means must be used to meet specific user needs, such as health monitoring, enhanced security, enhanced convenience and mobility, integration with smart home systems, and personalization and adaptability. Drawing insights from IoT data quality, machine learning applications in IoT, and smart furniture design for elderly care, this research provides a comprehensive picture of the current IoT-enabled smart furniture landscape. This research can explore existing IoT solutions for smart furniture, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies and design principles that can shape the future of this domain. © 2024 IEEE.

Existing demosaicking neural models generally reconstruct the red, green and blue channels by one unified network. This has the advantage of allowing the RGB channels to share latent features. However, it is unnoticed that the training samples are severely unbalanced among the three channels. As a consequence, a unified model trained to fit the red or blue sample distributions is prone to under-fit the green samples. In this paper, we demonstrate the existence of such conflicts, and analyze the reason behind this phenomenon. To solve this disadvantage, we decouple the traditional three-in-one demosaicking to three independent but collaborative sub-tasks, respecting the distribution of samples in each spectrum. We show that, by our decoupling strategy, a very simple architecture can achieve high accuracy with high efficiency. For substantiation, we construct a model that has merely 1.3M parameters in total, and compares its accuracy to state of the art methods of similar or larger model size, across a wide variety of benchmark datasets. The proposed independent and collaborative architecture gains performance improvement over comparable models in both accuracy and inference time. © 2023 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

Currently there are many healthcare industries that use AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) technology to assist healthcare professionals to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of treatment, such as diagnostic certificate generation, medical image enhancement, and so on. The generation of these contents requires multiple roles to collaborate with each other, so it involves the secure communication of medical information, and if it encounters an attack, it will face the risk of medical privacy data leakage and misuse. To this end, this paper proposes a group key agreement protocol based on multidimensional virtual permutation for smart healthcare, where healthcare professionals and multiple smart content production platforms negotiate a secure key, and then encrypt the private information for secure transmission using the key. The key agreement protocol achieves decentralization and can resist differential attacks, exhaustive attacks, eavesdropping attacks, and man-in-the-middle attacks. In addition, this paper realizes a more lightweight operation based on the multidimensional virtual permutation algorithm, which has a better performance, and the scheme can efficiently realize the secure storage and sharing of medical information.

The unsafe behavior of operators in coal mines is one of the key risk factors leading to accidents. It is very dangerous to work underground for a long time, which is easy to increase the fatigue and physiological and psychological burden of operators, resulting in safety accidents. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to how to prevent operator fatigue and unsafe behaviour, thereby preventing accidents in coal mines. It is an effective means to reduce the physical and mental injury and accident rate caused by an unfavourable working environment to pumping station drivers through a reasonable arrangement of working time. To predict the safe working hours of pump station drivers, the field measured physiological index data of a mine face pumping station driver in henan Province, China was taken as an example, the sensitive physiological indexes such as systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and heart rate of the underground pumping station driver were calculated by using the grey predictive model GM (1,1). The warning range of each index was determined. Results show that according to the principle of minimum value triggered by a threshold value of physiological indexes, the reasonable safe working hours of pumping station drivers in a fully mechanized mining face is 5.7h. The conclusions provide a reference for reasonably arranging the working time of the pumping station driver and have certain guiding significance for reducing human errors and safe production of coal mining enterprises. © 22. school of science, IHU. Smart furniture has emerged as a significant area of interest in scientific research over the past decade. This bibliometric analysis aims to explore the trends in scientific research related to smart furniture from 2014 to 2023. By examining a range of scholarly articles, this study delves into the evolution of smart furniture technologies, applications, and implications. The research reveals a growing interest in integrating intelligent systems into furniture design, enabling network connectivity and user-controlled operations. Despite the growing number of studies, the research landscape remains fragmented, necessitating a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to consolidate existing research and identify trends. Data selection from the Scopus database yielded a total of 97 documents from 69 sources, with average citations per doc is 8.041. On the corresponding author's countries, China is the highest country. Moreover, terms like 'smart furniture' that expand in size and extend to the right of the chart indicate a growing emphasis in recent literature, signaling potential areas of increased research activity. Smart furniture is characterized as furniture that is connected to a network and equipped with intelligent technologies that make use of user data and energy sources. The study underscores the importance of addressing issues such as ease of use, privacy, security, and affordability in implementing smart furniture solutions. This study provides valuable insights into the current state and future prospects of smart furniture research, guiding further investigation and advancement in this rapidly evolving sector. © 2024 IEEE.

In the field of meteorology, precipitation holds significant importance for human activities and environment. Extended-range precipitation forecasting, covering a timeframe of weeks to months, is crucial across various sectors, including water resource management, agriculture, and disaster prevention. However, the conventional meteorological forecasting models often fail to satisfy the precise demand for accurate and detailed precipitation predictions due to the inherent limitations in resolution and data collection frequency associated with these methods. Recently, super resolution technology has emerged as a promising solution with the potential to transform the resolution of meteorological data. By leveraging advanced algorithms and computational prowess, this technology can generate high-resolution images from low-resolution inputs. In this comprehensive review, we meticulously dissect the state-of-the-art super resolution techniques utilized in extended-range precipitation forecasting tasks. By classifying and analyzing the literature based on various methodologies, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), and diffusion models, we uncover their performance characteristics, strengths, and limitations. Our in-depth exploration reveals that while these methods have shown promise, they also face significant challenges. For example, CNNs struggle with capturing ultrafine details, GANs exhibit training instability, and diffusion models require further optimizations in terms of their computational efficiency. Future research efforts should focus on enhancing model architectures, seamlessly incorporating physical constraints to ensure the physical consistency of the generated data, and optimizing the current data utilization strategies. Furthermore, it is crucial to develop comprehensive evaluation metrics, conduct extensive long-term and regional validation studies, and establish effective uncertainty quantification metho

This paper investigates the subject of the direction of arrival (DOA) estimation with acoustic vector sensor array (AVSA) under impulsive noise. A low-order-based variant of the typical sparse reconstruction method is designed to address this challenge. The proposed scheme successively weights the array output snapshots using the infinity norm to remove high outliers. Subsequently, the Frobenius norm based approach is extended to lower order, and a new cost function is created to address the impulse characteristics of the residual. Finally, the expression of the signal power is quantified, and DOA is approximated on the signal power by spectral peak search mechanism. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm offers significant performance enhancements over some current techniques in impulsive noise scenarios.

The major advantage of laser lighting over white light-emitting-diode is the possibility to achieve ultra-high ***,phosphors usually suffer laser-induced luminescence saturation,which limits the peak luminance of laser lighting *** aim of the present study is to develop LuAG:Ce/Al_(2)O_(3)composite ceramics(LACCs)with a high saturation threshold for high-luminance laser *** to the rigid crystal structure,proper synthetic process,and optimized thermal design,the LACCs possess small thermal quenching(16%loss in luminescence at 225℃),high quantum yield(>95%),and excellent luminescence *** the LACCs are irradiated by blue laser diodes in a reflection mode,a high luminous flux of 4634 lm and luminous efficacy of 283 lm·W^(−1)are ***,they show no sign of luminescence saturation even when the power density reaches 20.5 W·mm^(−2).With these favorable properties,the designed LACCs show great potential in high-luminance laser lighting.

Age of Information, which emerged as a new performance metric to quantify the data freshness, has drawn increasing interests recently. At wireless-powered network edge, the source nodes can only transmit their updates after being charged ready, which means the system AoI is not only determined by the update transmission strategies, but also the charging strategies. However, the existing works either only focused on the point of scheduling of update transmissions or have a rigid assumption that only one source node can be charged per time. Aiming at making the work more practical and general, we investigate the average $A$ oI optimization problem at wireless-powered network edge without such limitations in this paper. Firstly, the lower bound of the weighted sum of average $A$ oI of the whole network with a directional charger is analyzed, which is proved to be related to nodes' maximum transmitting interval and the charging strategy. An optimal charging time allocation algorithm is proposed to obtain the maximum transmitting interval of each source node by considering the overlapped areas of different charging orientations. After then, an AoI-aware periodical charging scheduling algorithm is proposed, which can obtain a periodical charging schedule including a charging period $T$ and the charging orientation assigned to each time slot within $T$, while the average AoI is bounded. The proposed algorithm is proved to have an approximation ratio of up to 1.5625. Finally, the extensive simulations demonstrate the high performance of the proposed algorithm in terms of AoI. © 2023 IEEE.
