Integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) is developing rapidly owing to the advantages of energy saving and hardware cost reduction. With the aim of pursuing sensing and communication performance improvement, we investigate to deploy reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) and Unmanned aerial Vehicles (UAV) to aid the ISAC system serving multiple user equipments (UE) and targets, and focus on both the trajectory design of the UAV and decoupled uplink (UL)-downlink (DL) user association for such networks. Accordingly, We formulate a joint optimization problem to maximize the sum of sensing rate and UE communication rate. To address the non-convexity ISAC design problem above, we propose a distributed multi-agent deep reinforcement learning (MADRL) based design solution to alternately optimize the UAV's transmit beamforming and the RIS's matrix phase in a low-complexity manner. Simulation results illustrate the advantages of deploying UAV and RIS in ISAC systems and show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the baseline algorithms. .

Alignment-free RGB-Thermal (RGB-T) salient object detection (SOD) aims to achieve robust performance in complex scenes by directly leveraging the complementary information from unaligned visible-thermal image pairs, without requiring manual alignment. However, the labor-intensive process of collecting and annotating image pairs limits the scale of existing benchmarks, hindering the advancement of alignment-free RGB-T SOD. In this paper, we construct a large-scale and high-diversity unaligned RGB-T SOD dataset named UVT20K, comprising 20,000 image pairs, 407 scenes, and 1256 object categories. All samples are collected from real-world scenarios with various challenges, such as low illumination, image clutter, complex salient objects, and so on. To support the exploration for further research, each sample in UVT20K is annotated with a comprehensive set of ground truths, including saliency masks, scribbles, boundaries, and challenge attributes. In addition, we propose a Progressive Correlation Network (PCNet), which models inter- and intra-modal correlations on the basis of explicit alignment to achieve accurate predictions in unaligned image pairs. Extensive experiments conducted on two unaligned three weakly aligned three aligned datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of our method. Deep network-based image compressed sensing (CS) methods have attracted much attention in recent years due to their low reconstruction complexity and high reconstruction quality. However, the existing methods usually use one or multiple convolution layer(s) consisting of convolutional kernels with the same size to extract image features in image sampling, which results in incomplete feature extraction. Besides, the existing models usually focus on the extraction of deep features in image reconstruction, while ignoring the influence of shallow features. To overcome these issues, this paper proposes a multi-scale characteristic residual learning network (dubbed MSCRLNet) for image CS. In this network, convolutional kernels with different sizes are used to capture multi-level spatial features in image sampling, and a multi-scale residual network with channel attention is used to speed up network convergence in image reconstruction. Experiments show that the proposed MSCRLNet outperforms many existing state-of-the-art methods.

Cellular-connected unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) communications is an enabling technology to transmit control signaling or payload data for UAVs through cellular networks. Due to the line-of-sight dominant air-to-ground channels, efficient interference mitigation is crucial to UAV communications, while the conventional fixed-position antenna (FPA) arrays have limited degrees of freedom to suppress the interference between the UAV and its non-associated co-channel base stations (BSs). To address this challenge, we propose in this letter a new approach by utilizing the six-dimensional movable antenna (6DMA) arrays to enhance the interference mitigation for the UAV. Specifically, we propose an efficient block coordinate descent algorithm to iteratively optimize the antenna position vector, array rotation vector, receive beamforming vector, and associated BS of the UAV to maximize its signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio. Numerical results show that the proposed 6DMA enhanced cellular-connected UAV communication can significantly outperform that with the traditional FPA arrays and other benchmark schemes in terms of interference mitigation. © 2025 IEEE. With the rapid development of cloud computing, big data, and mobile Internet technology, data sharing across different data centers is increasingly urgent. Meanwhile, data security risks such as unauthorized access and data abuse bring serious challenges to data security sharing. Due to its poor scalability, traditional access control technology cannot play its role in the distributed computing paradigms with massive data and dynamic network environment. Attribute-based access control (ABAC) model is a potential candidate for data sharing cross data centers. But it still faces some challenges, such as different attribute semantics among data centers, and slow query speed of attributes and policies. This paper proposes an architecture for access control across data centers by constructing a global attribute set (GAS) on the blockchain to manage attributes and policies. To achieve a high efficiency, the scheme utilizes world state rather than block for query of data attributes and policies, and employs trust degree to pre authorization. Security analysis and experimental results show that the model is secure and practicable.

Named Entity Recognition (NER) for diabetes in China is the foundation for processing Chinese diabetic medical data. However, the structure of Chinese diabetes medical data is complex, with issues such as confusion between entity types and ambiguous entity boundaries, which pose difficulties and challenges for named entity recognition in Chinese diabetes data. Current mainstream named entity recognition models typically use single-feature representations of text, which do not fully use the features of the text, resulting in poor entity recognition performance. Therefore, this paper proposes a Chinese diabetes named entity recognition method that uses multi-feature fusion and a multi-head attention mechanism. It uses the RoBERTa-wwm pre-trained model to obtain character vectors from Chinese diabetes medical texts and enhances their semantic features by incorporating Chinese radical-level structural feature vectors. The obtained vectors are processed through a BiGRU module to extract global context features and a CNN module to capture multi-scale local features. After fusing these features, the most relevant feature information for entities is obtained by integrating the multi-head attention mechanism. Finally, the conditional random field is used for entity recognition to complete extraction of the entities. Experimental results show that the proposed method exhibits superior performance and achieves better results on the Chinese diabetes annotation dataset.

This paper investigates intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) enabled non-line-of-sight (NLoS) wireless sensing, in which an IRS is deployed to assist an access point (AP) to sense a target in its NLoS region. It is assumed that the AP is equipped with multiple antennas and the IRS is equipped with a uniform linear array. The AP aims to estimate the target's direction-of-arrival (DoA) with respect to the IRS, based on the echo signals from the AP-IRS-target-IRS-AP link. Under this setup, we jointly design the transmit beamforming at the AP and the reflective beamforming at the IRS to minimize the CramérRao lower bound (CRLB) on estimation error. Towards this end, we first obtain the CRLB expression for estimating the DoA in closed form. Next, we optimize the joint beamforming design to minimize the CRLB, via alternating optimization, semi-definite relaxation, and successive convex approximation. Numerical results show that the proposed design based on CRLB minimization achieves improved sensing performance in terms of mean squared error, as compared to the traditional schemes with signal-to-noise ratio maximization and separate beamforming. © 2022 IEEE.

Orange pests pose a significant threat to citrus crops, leading to reduced yield and quality, making effective control essential for healthy orchards and agricultural productivity. In this paper the novel idea of The development of the Dr_ Orange application which is facilitates real-time monitoring of pest infestations, enabling timely farmer interventions that improve crop health, reduce pesticide usage, and enhance productivity. To make the Application the Personal image classifier along the interface used to make the model. the have some features like Chart, report and QR generating which can help the farmers to detect the pests faster and also follow up the process of curiness. To test the app two type of test investigated and the The app has been rigorously tested on 313 images, over the five repeatable pests yielding strong overall performance with an average accuracy and recall of 0.75, perfect precision of 1.00, and an F1 score of 0.856. As the final test the application was evaluated in an orange orchard, successfully identifying and reporting the occurrence of Citrus Leafminer pests in 10 trees. Although the app demonstrates high precision, challenges such as variations in lighting conditions, the angle of the photographs, and data quality can affect result accuracy. Repeatedly taking pictures can help mitigate these effects and improve the interface’s impact on detection accuracy. based on obtained results, the proposed App enhances pest management efficiency for orange crops while also promoting improved agricultural productivity. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

Visual question answering requires a system to provide an accurate natural language answer given an image and a natural language question. However, it is widely recognized that previous generic VQA methods often tend to memorize biases present in the training data rather than learning proper behaviors, such as grounding images before predicting answers. Therefore, these methods usually achieve high in-distribution but poor out-of-distribution performance. In recent years, various datasets and debiasing methods have been proposed to evaluate and enhance the VQA robustness, respectively. This paper provides the first comprehensive survey focused on this emerging fashion. Specifically, we first provide an overview of the development process of datasets from in-distribution and out-of-distribution perspectives. Then, we examine the evaluation metrics employed by these datasets. Thirdly, we propose a typology that presents the development process, similarities and differences, robustness comparison, and technical features of existing debiasing methods. Furthermore, we analyze and discuss the robustness of representative vision-and-language pre-training models on VQA. Finally, through a thorough review of the available literature and experimental analysis, we discuss the key areas for future research from various viewpoints. Copyright © 2023, The Authors. Aiming at the problem that existing image description models cannot model high-order multimodal feature interaction, this paper introduces the X-Linear attention mechanism, which uses bilinear pooling and ELU activation function to model high-order feature interaction between multimodal features. At the same time, the X-Linear attention mechanism uses spatial and channel attention mechanisms to enhance the expression ability of the model and the ability to generate image description sentences. The experimental results on the MSCOCO data set show that this method is effective and has a great improvement in each evaluation metric. © 2022 ACM.
