A new parallel file system and multi-core processor-based dynamic multimedia encryption method is presented in this study. Multimedia encryption efficiency and security were the main goals, addressing massive data sets and high-speed processing. We created a dynamic encryption algorithm for multimedia content, supported by a strong parallel file system and tuned for multi-core processing. Multiple tests showed significant improvements in encryption and decryption times, retaining short durations for real-time applications. After encryption, the system maintained multimedia content quality and accuracy with data integrity rates nearing 100%. Balanced CPU utilization showed efficient resource use and processor load management. The system's excellent throughput efficiency showed its capacity to process enormous amounts of data. These results indicate that parallel file systems and multi-core CPUs may solve multimedia encryption problems. Adaptable and scalable, the system supports many multimedia formats and sizes. This paper proposes a multimedia encryption system that improves performance data security and integrity, paving the way for safe multimedia processing advances. © 2024 IEEE.

Traditional ResNet models suffer from large model size and high computational complexity. In this study, we propose a self-distillation assisted ResNet-KL image classification method to address the low accuracy and efficiency issues in image classification ***,we introduce depthwise separable convolutions to the ResNet network and enhance the model’s classification performance by improving the design of activation functions, using TReLU instead of traditional ReLU. Secondly,we enhance the model’s perception of features at different scales by incorporating multi-scale convolutions for the fusion of residual layers and attention mechanism layers. To reduce the model’s parameter count, we combine feature distillation with logic distillation and optimize the model layer by layer through selfdistillation, while applying pruning techniques multiple times to reduce its size. Finally, To assess the efficacy of our methodology, we conduct experimental evaluations on public datasets CIFAR-10, CIFAR-100, and STL-10. The results show that the improved ResNet-KL network achieves an accuracy improvement of 1.65%, 2.72%, and 0.36% compared to traditional ResNet models on these datasets, respectively. Our method obtains better classification performance with the same computational resources, making it promising for applications in tasks such as object classification.

The solar energy harvesting communication system is the basic support layer that is associated with the Internet of Things (IoT). However, the inherent stochasticity of solar energy brings about extensive research on energy allocation in the system. In this paper, we propose an energy allocation algorithm for maximizing the data transfer (MDT) of a solar energy harvesting communication system while jointly considering the practical constraints of battery capacity and link capacity restrictions. We can solve it through the convex optimization problem, but the solution is extremely complicated. This complexity is the result of the coupling of energy allocation problems caused by restricted battery capacity and link capacity. To simplify the solution process, we propose a decoupled energy allocation (DEA) algorithm. Simulation experiments are conducted through real energy harvesting data sets, and the results show that DEA outperforms the other two heuristic schemes. © 2024 SPIE.

Insertion is one of the basic operations in DNA computing. Based on this basic operation, an evolutionary computation model, the insertion system, was defined. For the evolutionary computation model defined above, varying levels of ambiguity and basic descriptional complexity measures have been defined. In this paper, we define twelve new (descriptional) complexity measures based on the integral parts of the derivation, such as axioms, strings to be inserted, and contexts used in the insertion rules. Later, we analyze the trade-off among the complexity measures and the existing ambiguity levels. Finally, we examine the application of the analyzed trade-off in natural languages. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

During recent years, we have seen many technological advancements which help to take better care of patient's health and assure them fast and safe recovery. The most basic item necessary is competent patient care in hospitals, as well as proper management of fluid and electrolytes. In hospital almost all patients, mainly ICU patients, have to regulate the volume of fluids and electrolyte into the bloodstream 247 which is done using drip. These drips need regular monitoring or changing to maintain constant flow of fluids or to prevent any infection to patients. Though this system is simple, overcrowded hospitals and the risk of deficiency of nurses can put patients at health risk which can deteriorate patients' health more aggressively or in worse case it can lead to death. Almost in all hospitals, nurses or the hospital staff are responsible for monitoring the drip level. But unfortunately, because of their hectic schedule, the observer may forget to change the bottle at the appropriate time. During the pandemic, hospitals were overrun with patients, and nurses were unable to do manual regular checks on the drip conditions and drip level of every patient, even after working extra shifts. Many patients even died due to not being able to get proper care from nurses. The next step in providing more effective and easy healthcare is to automate such vital procedures. To overcome this critical situation, we are proposing an IoT (Internet of Things) based Drip Monitor System using Arduino UNO which eases the process of measuring and solves the issues of bubble formation in drips. © 2022 IEEE.

Quantum Tomography partially measures and then recovers the remaining density matrix quantum state, in order to verify that a certain device – processor or detector – indeed outputs the intended quantum state. However, single matrix element measurements rapidly increase in number with the density matrix dimension and are error-prone. This work proposes a novel quantum software viewpoint on quantum tomography. Instead of individual matrix elements, measurements and density matrix recovery are performed on higher-abstraction modules, i.e. semantically meaningful groups of matrix elements. Quantum Modules Tomography potentially reduce the necessary number of explicit measurements, while still allowing recovery of the whole density matrix. A Recovery Theorem is formulated and proved: density matrix diagonal measurements suffice to recover the whole system density matrix, in terms of modules. The recovery procedure is illustrated by a few case studies. © 2023 Knowledge Systems institute Graduate school. All rights reserved.

Twitter has been observed to be one of the essential data resources for dependable event accreditation. In any case, Twitter-based event affirmation structures can't guarantee assessment concerning their attestation results. Talk statement has been locked in starting late to enable liberal event Recognition. This problem is not yet evident in light of the assumption that most people tend to think that they have a specific limit to the data on Twitter that have frames based on events based on Twitter. Current appraisals see new pieces by seeing and looking at the significant psychological aspects of hitting the details on Twitter. No matter, the scale of the visual cues can be well established, with the intention that it is essential to design an integrated Twitter experiment with another set of extensible data resources to rectify this problem. The problem is the processes by which you should wholeheartedly investigate all converted data because it has different data structures, transfer times, etc. This issue of address, the paper proposes a framework for evaluating the use of Twitter-based events and examines two types of data resources for the reliability of impact testing. Our framework uses the resultant of the request obtaining by various events and relevant to the articles on it. This paper has improved the cleaning test with the proposed process how the integrity estimation of twitter based event can be recognized with the help of group of analyzed data. The evaluation indicates that the proposed system provides visible high-level testing events and a variety of low-level testing events. © 2024 IEEE.

Event Coreference Resolution (ECR) focuses on clustering event mentions that allude to identical actual events. Previous research primarily focuses on encoding event mentions without incorporating human interpretations, making it difficult to integrate human-summarized rules for guiding the ECR task. Furthermore, the semantic relations between event mentions have not been thoroughly explored, which impacts coreference judgment. To address these issues, we first utilize the powerful Longformer to acquire event representations at the document level. In addition, we introduce a prompt learning template to better emphasize event types and parameters, enhancing the interaction between event modeling and coreference judgment. Ultimately, we create matching vectors for event mentions using tensor matching and incorporate a U-shaped module to effectively identify the semantic relationships among these mentions, which enhances coreference discrimination. DPTU surpasses other ECR models on the KBP2017 dataset in cause of some experiments. © 2024 IEEE.

YOLOv5 is a widely used object detection method for its high-performance of balancing speed and accuracy. Data transfer for YOLOv5 is a challenging task, as it could involve domain shift between different datasets. We propose a data transfer method for YOLOv5 based on a Selector Network and Partial Pseudo-Labeling. The backbone network of YOLOv5 is used for feature extraction, a Selector Network is employed to filter source domain outlier samples to address the domain shift issue, and Partial Pseudo-Labels are leveraged to improve classification performance in the target domain. The results show that our method improves detection accuracy by an average of 2.4% on public datasets (COCO and VOC) and our datasets, with a notable improvement of 3.1% under complex backgrounds and varying lighting conditions. It demonstrates that our method can effectively enhances the accuracy and stability of YOLOv5.

Vaxallot seeks to implement a system to distribute vaccines across high-risk groups accounting for various parameters and prove to be superior to what conventional systems are capable of today. It is a Python flask-based tool backed by infrastructure and data resources from the Covid India central repository;all it needs is a single channel input and a single parameter of the value produced, and the algorithm will take care of the rest. Since it’s Python-based and has an active integration with google sheets, live value updating could be possible for the real-time output of the distribution. The novelty of the proposed mechanism is the unique priority index, a score that accounts for an array of factors associated with the pandemic and is computed for regions in question here;this makes way for better distribution of vaccines. The application has an exclusive segment centered on handling excess units, if any. Moreover, since the application is developed to suit the needs of dynamic demographics, any region can roll out this application for purposes they desire to serve the masses.
