Autonomous driving technology, as a mainstream trend in today's technological development, holds significant commercial value. Semantic segmentation, a core technology in this field, faces challenges with current mainstream models due to their complex structures, large numbers of parameters, and the need for high-performance hardware. These issues hinder their application in mobile devices. Therefore, this paper proposes a road scene semantic segmentation algorithm based on dynamic asymmetric convolution and capsule networks, named Asymmetric Capsule Convolutional Networks (ACCN). Specifically, the algorithm uses dynamic asymmetric convolution to construct a baseline network that combines dynamic convolution and capsule dynamic routing algorithms to enhance the model's representational capabilities. Additionally, a dispersed attention module is built to strengthen the dependency between features to achieve more adaptable network weights. Experiments demonstrate that ACCN achieves a good balance between segmentation accuracy and detection speed. On the CamVid and Cityscapes test datasets, the proposed method in this paper achieved an average Intersection over Union (mIoU) of 80.8% at 55.2 fps, showcasing better trade-offs in segmentation accuracy and efficiency. The experimental results indicate the effectiveness of our method. © 2024 IEEE.

As deep learning has become more widely used for fault diagnosis, the shortcomings of model transferability and human model design costs are growing increasingly evident. The current work has tackled each of these two issues. Domain adaptation methods can provide transportability by mapping data to a common domain. For the consumption of manually constructed networks, Neural Architecture Search (NAS) is an intelligent solution that automatically select the ideal network structure. Unfortunately, there is little work to connect these two methodologies in fault diagnosis. Furthermore, these approaches are incapable in extracting internal correlations from instrumental signal data. In this paper, we propose a transferrable NAS fault diagnosis method, which maximizes savings in manual costs. We also integrate graph neural networks (GNN) in a stepwise manner into the NAS and domain adaptation to provide a multi-dimension correlation representation. Firstly, we structure the signal data into graph based on temporal relationships. Then, NAS designs automatically for selecting the optimal network structure and useful features. In NAS, graph encoder of GNN is used to establish internal relationships. Finally, domain adaptation provides transferability. At the same time, GNN's weights in domain adaptation help to further mine data internal associations. We tested our method on two publicly available datasets and performed comparisons. The experimental results show the proposed method has superior performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Early detection of colorectal polyps is crucial for preventing colorectal cancer. Although endoscopy is the current standard diagnostic method, it still faces challenges in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and patient comfort. To address these issues, this paper proposes a colorectal polyp detection model named DM-Net. This model utilizes the Dual Feature Integration Block (DFIB) to integrate channel and spatial features, enhancing feature extraction efficiency. Additionally, the model incorporates the Multi-Layer Path Aggregation Network (MLPAN) to handle the multi-scale variations of polyps. Experimental results demon-strate that DM-Net significantly outperforms existing methods in terms of accuracy and efficiency, offering high clinical applica-bility.

Mobile edge computing (MEC) is a newly emerging concept that provides significant local computing power and reduces end-to-end latency. In MEC environments, caching frequently accessed services on edge servers effectively reduces latency and improves system responsiveness. An ongoing research topic in such a cachable MEC context is to design novel algorithms for yielding high-quality caching decision that guarantee high user-perceived quality-of-service (QoS) and high system responsiveness of delivery of cached content with the difference of caching capacities of edge servers and diversified content popularity appropriately addressed. In this article, we propose a multi-armed bandits learning-based method busing a Thompson sampling for generating caching decisions. We introduce a genetic multi-armed bandits algorithm (GMAB), which synthesizes the genetic algorithm (GA) and multi-armed bandits (MAB), for optimizing caching effectiveness with timing and space constraints. The experiment results show that GMAB outperforms traditional methods in terms of multiple aspects. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

software testing is a critical phase due to misconceptions about ambiguities in the requirements during specification,which affect the testing ***,it is difficult to identify all faults in *** requirement changes continuously,it increases the irrelevancy and redundancy during *** to these challenges;fault detection capability decreases and there arises a need to improve the testing process,which is based on changes in requirements *** this research,we have developed a model to resolve testing challenges through requirement prioritization and prediction in an agile-based *** research objective is to identify the most relevant and meaningful requirements through semantic analysis for correct change *** compute the similarity of requirements through case-based reasoning,which predicted the requirements for reuse and restricted to error-based ***,the apriori algorithm mapped out requirement frequency to select relevant test cases based on frequently reused or not reused test cases to increase the fault detection ***,the proposed model was evaluated by conducting *** results showed that requirement redundancy and irrelevancy improved due to semantic analysis,which correctly predicted the requirements,increasing the fault detection rate and resulting in high user *** predicted requirements are mapped into test cases,increasing the fault detection rate after changes to achieve higher user ***,the model improves the redundancy and irrelevancy of requirements by more than 90%compared to other clustering methods and the analytical hierarchical process,achieving an 80%fault detection rate at an earlier ***,it provides guidelines for practitioners and researchers in the modern *** the future,we will provide the working prototype of this model for proof of concept.

Object detection techniques are a major part of computer vision research, with large-scale applications in industrial, scientific and other scenarios. Technologies such as face detection, medical image detection, autonomous driving, and traffic detection have played a significant role in people’s lives. With the rapid development of deep learning, many application areas, such as image classification, text classification, machine translation, etc., have achieved breakthrough success in combination with deep learning. R-CNN brings object detection into the era of deep learning, and its advantage compared with traditional methods is that the former requires personnel to extract features manually, while the latter uses deep learning to extract features automatically, which greatly improves efficiency, simplifies operation, and opens a new era of object detection research. First, this paper provides an overview of deep learning-based object detection backbone networks, reviews and analyzes milestone object detection algorithms, compares commonly used datasets, summarizes applications, and finally concludes the paper. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The data in the blockchain cannot be tampered with and the users are anonymous,which enables the blockchain to be a natural carrier for covert ***,the existing methods of covert communication in blockchain suffer from the predefined channel structure,the capacity of a single transaction is not high,and the fixed transaction behaviors will lower the concealment of the communication ***,this paper proposes a derivation matrix-based covert communication method in *** uses dual-key to derive two types of blockchain addresses and then constructs an address matrix by dividing addresses into multiple layers to make full use of the redundancy of ***,to solve the problem of the lack of concealment caused by the fixed transaction behaviors,divide the rectangular matrix into square blocks with overlapping regions and then encrypt different blocks sequentially to make the transaction behaviors of the channel addresses match better with those of the real ***,the linear congruence algorithm is used to generate random sequence,which provides a random order for blocks encryption,and thus enhances the security of the encryption *** results show that this method can effectively reduce the abnormal transaction behaviors of addresses while ensuring the channel transmission efficiency.

Manipulated images are flooding our daily lives, which poses a threat to social security. Recently, many studies have focused on image tampering detection. However, they have poor performance on independent validation due to differences in image scenes and tampering methods. The key question is how to design a network that is able to adaptively enhance the tampering information and suppress the generalization features during training. To this end, we propose a dual-branch network with a frequency adaptation paradigm and a feature fusion module for robust tampering image detection. First, this paradigm is designed to adaptively highlight tampering features through frequency conversion and learnable weight. Second, a feature fusion module is developed to filter redundant features and dynamically fuse two-branch features. Experiments on eight typical datasets demonstrate that our model has advantages over state-of-the-art algorithms, and our paradigm can well empower semantic segmentation networks for tampering detection. © 2024 IEEE.

We investigate decentralized online convex optimization (D-OCO), in which a set of local learners are required to minimize a sequence of global loss functions using_only local computations and communications. Previous studies have established O(n5/4ρ-1/2 √T) and O(n3/2ρ-1 log T) regret bounds for convex and strongly convex functions respectively, where n is the number of local learners, ρ -1/4 √T) and Õ(nρ-1/2 log T). The primary technique is to design an online accelerated gossip strategy that enjoys a faster average consensus among local learners. Furthermore, by carefully exploiting the spectral properties of a specific network topology, we enhance the lower bounds for convex and strongly convex functions to Ω(nρ-14 √T) and Ω(nρ-1/2), respectively.
