In modern organization theories, the social network established by cyber criminals is termed the crime cyber black industry chain. Under the current technical level, treating a crime cyber black industry chain as a whole dataset has to face severe challenges in many aspects, so the research of the sampling method specifically for it has been one of the current hot topics. Based on the structural feature of a cybercrime industry chain, the overall framework and the detailed algorithm of a multi-stage sampling method are proposed. Tested with real cybercrime datasets, our proposed multi-stage sampling method outperforms existing mainstream single-stage sampling methods at macro, meso, and micro scales, indicating it can solve practical problems with high efficiency and low cost. © 2024 IEEE.

Facial expression recognition(FER)remains a hot research area among computer vision researchers and still becomes a challenge because of high intraclass *** techniques for this problem depend on hand-crafted features,namely,LBP,SIFT,and HOG,along with that a classifier trained on a database of videos or *** execute perform well on image datasets captured in a controlled condition;however not perform well in the more challenging dataset,which has partial faces and image ***,many studies presented an endwise structure for facial expression recognition by utilizing DL ***,this study develops an earthworm optimization with an improved SqueezeNet-based FER(EWOISN-FER)*** presented EWOISN-FER model primarily applies the contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization(CLAHE)technique as a pre-processing *** addition,the improved SqueezeNet model is exploited to derive an optimal set of feature vectors,and the hyperparameter tuning process is performed by the stochastic gradient boosting(SGB)***,EWO with sparse autoencoder(SAE)is employed for the FER process,and the EWO algorithm appropriately chooses the SAE ***-ranging experimental analysis is carried out to examine the performance of the proposed *** experimental outcomes indicate the supremacy of the presented EWOISN-FER technique.

Deep multiple instance learning (MIL) has attracted considerable attention in medical image analysis, since it only requires image-level labels for model training without using fine-grained (or patch) annotations. Unfortunately, MIL-based methods might lose some significant patch features. Although pseudo-label-based methods, which assign a pre-defined label to each patch, can explore more patch-level features, they might bring label noise and make the patch-level features lose diversity, thereby possibly restricting the model performance. To overcome this issue, we propose a novel gradient-based patch target generation (PTG) module to dynamically produce a feature vector for each patch as its target. Additionally, based on the PTG module, we propose a patch-target guided dual-branch deep MIL framework for 3D MRI data analysis, where both the two branches consist of a CNN model to extract patch-level features, an attention module to interpret the significance of patches, and a bag-level classifier, while the second branch also contains the PTG module to generate patch targets of patches. Moreover, the two branches are alternatively updated in our framework, resulting in a bi-level optimization problem, and thus we design a bi-level optimization algorithm to solve our proposed objective function. Extensive experiments demonstrate the superior classification and interpretation performance of the proposed framework over recent state-of-the-art methods. Chaotic Association Feature Extraction of Big Data Clustering Based on the Internet of Things

This article addresses the stabilization of chaotic characteristics in abnormal data by proposing chaotic correlation feature extraction of big data clustering based on the Internet of things. The chaotic features in big data usually show complex folding and distortion without obvious rules and order and non-synchronization. In this article, the dimension of extracted correlation is utilized as the chaotic feature for the clustering of big data. The one-dimensional time series that can be extended in multi-dimensional space is analysed based on phase space reconstruction, to extract the chaotic correlation dimension (CCD) features. After the relevant experimental analysis, this paper mainly compares the energy consumption and processing time of the two respective algorithms. In the simulation parameter design, the time interval of big data packet generation is 0.1s, and the data is generated from the simulation time of 300s. The results obtained show that when dealing with the same amount of data, the energy consumption of this algorithm is significantly lower than that of the traditional algorithm. When dealing with the same amount of data, the time required by this algorithm is significantly lower than that of the traditional algorithm. This is because this algorithm is easy to implement and has good clustering efficiency for data, so the clustering time is short. With the gradual increase in the amount of data, the correlation dimension of this algorithm tends to be stable. While the correlation dimension of the traditional algorithm fluctuates greatly, it is revealed that the proposed approach has high data clustering efficiency and verifies the effectiveness of this algorithm. © 2022 Slovene Society Informatika. The technological advancements in the field of agriculture have increased to a great extent in recent years, and many techniques have evolved from other techniques. Some methods are improved or upgraded from the previous versions by implementing a new model or using better hardware devices. This has been helpful for the farmers in increasing crop productivity, and the life expectancy of crops has also increased as the diseases inside or outside the crops can be detected much earlier, and learning at an early stage helps prevent other crops. In this paper, we have presented a study where many varieties of fruits and vegetables have been taken to determine which method was used for a particular crop. By analyzing the various works carried out by the authors, it was inferred that most of the works revolved around image processing and hyperspectral imaging. Due to this, we had also included most of the papers, particularly as the models and hardware components used were much better than other works. End-to-end person search aims to jointly detect and re-identify a target person in raw scene images with a unified model. The detection task unifies all persons while the re-id task discriminates different identities, resulting in conflict optimal objectives. Existing works proposed to decouple end-to-end person search to alleviate such conflict. Yet these methods are still sub-optimal on one or two of the sub-tasks due to their partially decoupled models, which limits the overall person search performance. In this paper, we propose to fully decouple person search towards optimal person search. A task-incremental person search network is proposed to incrementally construct an end-to-end model for the detection and re-id sub-task, which decouples the model architecture for the two sub-tasks. The proposed task-incremental network allows task-incremental training for the two conflicting tasks. This enables independent learning for different objectives thus fully decoupled the model for personsearch. Comprehensive experimental evaluations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed fully decoupled models for end-to-end person search. © 2023 IEEE.

With the increasing growth of electronic medical data, the difficulties of data sharing among medical institutions and the leakage of data privacy have become the focus of the public and medical workers. The blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization, traceability, and immutability, which can provide new ideas for fine-grained secure access to medical research. This article first introduces blockchain and blockchain-based privacy protection technology;then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of electronic medical records, and introduces the current development status of electronic medical records based on blockchain technology;then from data encryption, access the three aspects of control and transaction anonymity introduce the medical data privacy protection method based on blockchain technology;finally, the full text is summarized and prospected. © 2022 IEEE.

Metamorphic testing is a testing method for problems without test oracles. Integration testing allows for detecting errors in complex systems that may not be found during the testing of their components. In this paper, we propose a novel approach that applies metamorphic testing in integration testing. The main idea is to develop a composite metamorphic relation for the system represented as an acyclic graph. This relation is a logical function of metamorphic relations for the parts of the system (vertices of the graph). It takes into account the features of the parts. Also, it can simplify the search for failure by identifying the subsystem with error. In this paper's theoretical part, we describe an algorithm of relation design. Then, we apply our method to a bioinformatics system for comparative genetic analysis of tissues using production tools. This experiment proves our method can be applied to real-life pipelines and find errors in them. © 2022 ACM.
