Driven by the rapid development of the Internet of Things,cloud computing and other emerging technologies,the connotation of cyberspace is constantly expanding and becoming the fifth dimension of human ***,security problems in cyberspace are becoming serious,and traditional defense measures(e.g.,firewall,intrusion detection systems,and security audits)often fall into a passive situation of being prone to attacks and difficult to take effect when responding to new types of network attacks with a higher and higher degree of coordination and *** constructing and implementing the diverse strategy of dynamic transformation,the configuration characteristics of systems are constantly changing,and the probability of vulnerability exposure is ***,the difficulty and cost of attack are increasing,which provides new ideas for reversing the asymmetric situation of defense and attack in ***,few related works systematically introduce dynamic defense mechanisms for cyber *** related concepts and development strategies of dynamic defense are rarely analyzed and *** bridge this gap,we conduct a comprehensive and concrete survey of recent research efforts on dynamic defense in cyber ***,we firstly introduce basic concepts and define dynamic defense in cyber ***,we review the architectures,enabling techniques and methods for moving target defense and mimic *** is followed by taxonomically summarizing the implementation and evaluation of dynamic ***,we discuss some open challenges and opportunities for dynamic defense in cyber security.

Analysis of visible–near infrared spectral characteristics for water layer management of rice based on the big data platform

The objective of this study was to evaluate the potential of big data technology for spectral feature extraction rice plants under different water management. In this study, we performed reflectance spectral analysis of rice grown under different water management schedules based on big data and machine learning approaches. We applied water management at the tillering, jointing, and heading stages of rice growth and collected visible to near-infrared reflectance spectra to analyze the spectral characteristics of rice grown under different water management schedules. Then, we constructed a data mining model based on the spectral analysis results using the Hadoop and Spark frameworks, and analyzed the characteristic bands of rice grown under each schedule using a parallel machine learning algorithm run in both local and cluster modes. The ChiSqSelector algorithm showed characteristic bands in the range of 400–1000 nm, with bands at approximately 474, 558, 632, 735, and 855 nm for water management in the tillering stage;472, 551, 627, 721, and 843 nm in the jointing stage;and 471, 545, 642, 725, and 849 nm in the heading stage. By contrast, the UnivariateFeatureSelector algorithm showed characteristic bands at approximately 462, 665, 755, 833, and 937 nm in the tillering stage;475, 671, 744, 848, and 932 nm in the jointing stage;and 470, 678, 757, 857, and 942 nm in the heading stage. These results demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of applying big data and data mining technologies for spectral analysis of rice grown under different water management schedules. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2023.

Over the past few years,the application and usage of Machine Learning(ML)techniques have increased exponentially due to continuously increasing the size of data and computing *** the popularity of ML techniques,only a few research studies have focused on the application of ML especially supervised learning techniques in Requirement engineering(RE)activities to solve the problems that occur in RE *** authors focus on the systematic mapping of past work to investigate those studies that focused on the application of supervised learning techniques in RE activities between the period of 2002–*** authors aim to investigate the research trends,main RE activities,ML algorithms,and data sources that were studied during this ***-five research studies were selected based on our exclusion and inclusion *** results show that the scientific community used 57 *** those algorithms,researchers mostly used the five following ML algorithms in RE activities:Decision Tree,Support Vector Machine,Naïve Bayes,K-nearest neighbour Classifier,and Random *** results show that researchers used these algorithms in eight major RE *** activities are requirements analysis,failure prediction,effort estimation,quality,traceability,business rules identification,content classification,and detection of problems in requirements written in natural *** selected research studies used 32 private and 41 public data *** most popular data sources that were detected in selected studies are the Metric Data Programme from NASA,Predictor Models in software engineering,and iTrust Electronic Health Care System.

The objective of camouflaged object detection is to segment objects that share similar visual attributes with their backgrounds. Existing methods leverage the consistency and variability of the object to pinpoint its location; however, when presented with samples exhibiting intricate edges, the model tends to overlook critical details. Toward this issue, we analyzed the reasons from the perspective of processing basic features and found that roughly compressing the feature channel could lead to the loss of fine features at the initial stage of the pipeline. Therefore, we introduce a multi-scale feature preprocessing approach named Soft Channel Compression prior to feature fusion, which retains key cues by enhancing the visibility of fine-grained features. We then utilize self-attention to fuse the results of multi-scale feature sampling, synthesizing contextual information between extended details and the main object. Furthermore, we propose the Hierarchical Receptive Field Complementarity module, using a divide-and-conquer strategy to enhance discriminative features with different scales in object details. This facilitates the integration of information across various ranges by employing a hierarchical manner to expand the receptive field, thereby achieving complementary information between local areas. Extensive experimental results on benchmark datasets demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms other state-of-the-art methods.

As the smart grid develops rapidly,abundant connected devices offer various trading *** raises higher requirements for secure and effective data *** centralized data management does not meet the above ***,smart grid with conventional consortium blockchain can solve the above ***,in the face of a large number of nodes,existing consensus algorithms often perform poorly in terms of efficiency and *** this paper,we propose a trust-based hierarchical consensus mechanism(THCM)to solve this ***,we design a hierarchical mechanism to improve the efficiency and ***,intra-layer nodes use an improved Raft consensus algorithm and inter-layer nodes use the Byzantine Fault Tolerance ***,we propose a trust evaluation method to improve the election process of ***,we implement a prototype system to evaluate the performance of *** results demonstrate that the consensus efficiency is improved by 19.8%,the throughput is improved by 12.34%,and the storage is reduced by 37.9%.

Recently,a reversible image transformation(RIT)technology that transforms a secret image to a freely-selected target image is *** not only can generate a stego-image that looks similar to the target image,but also can recover the secret image without any *** also has been proved to be very useful in image content protection and reversible data hiding in encrypted ***,the standard deviation(SD)is selected as the only feature during the matching of the secret and target image blocks in RIT methods,the matching result is not so good and needs to be further improved since the distributions of SDs of the two images may be not very ***,this paper proposes a Gray level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM)based approach for reversible image transformation,in which,an effective feature extraction algorithm is utilized to increase the accuracy of blocks matching for improving the visual quality of transformed image,while the auxiliary information,which is utilized to record the transformation parameters,is not ***,the visual quality of the stego-image should be *** results also show that the root mean square of stego-image can be reduced by 4.24%compared with the previous method.

This paper proposes an extended system dependence graph called AspectSDG to represent control and data dependences for AspeetC＋＋ programs, and presents an approach for the construction of AspectSDG. This approach decomposes aspect-oriented programs into three parts： component codes, aspect codes, and weaving codes. It constructs program dependence graphs （PDGs） for each part, and then connects the PDGs at call sites to form the complete AspectSDG. The AspectSDG can deal with advice precedence correctly, and represent the additional dependences caused by aspect codes. Based on this model, we introduce how to compute a static slice of an AspectC＋＋ program.

This paper provides a new robot positioning and navigation technique that combines GNSS-RTK and visual SLAM to address the shortcomings of existing single robot positioning and navigation techniques, such as limited adaptation to scenarios and susceptibility to environmental influences. Real-time kinematics (RTK) is a real-time dynamic observation technique based on carrier phase observations, which can provide real-time 3D positioning results of the measurement site in a specified coordinate system, and can be positioned with centimetre-level accuracy, which is suitable for It is suitable for outdoor positioning of mobile robots. In this paper, a dataset is studied to compare and analyse the advantages and disadvantages of different SLAMs in order to determine the most suitable robot positioning and navigation technique for autonomous indoor and outdoor mobility. These sensors were well calibrated and the composition was applied to the RK3588. The results show good performance in indoor-outdoor switching scenarios, obtaining a mapping technique that cannot be achieved with a single visual SLAM, effectively improving the ability to adapt to multiple scenarios and enhancing the operational range of the transportable robot. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Segmentation of complex and diverse scenes in the field of machine vision has the advantages of low cost and good robustness. However, in the real open intelligent driving scene, the segmented object will be affected by the change of proportion and illumination. The feature extraction of the interference algorithm causes some problems such as local information loss and feature background fusion in the process of execution. In this paper, deep neural network method is used for feature fusion panoramic segmentation. It focuses on the premise of lightweight, and improves the performance by improving the structure of semantic segmentation network layer and model calculation effect, and reducing the number of network parameters and calculations, so as to further improve the detection performance. At the same time, with the gradual deepening of deep learning network architecture, but most embedded devices can not bear a huge amount of computing workload. An attentional channel pruning based approach is proposed using a wide range of experimental and ablation studies to compare different data, including VOC2012 and ImageNet datasets. We show that the proposed method outperforms state of the art methods in terms of visual quality. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
