TRS Scheduling for Improved QoS Performance in Cloud System

Numerous methods are analysed in detail to improve task schedulingand data security performance in the cloud environment. The methodsinvolve scheduling according to the factors like makespan, waiting time,cost, deadline, and popularity. However, the methods are inappropriate forachieving higher scheduling performance. Regarding data security, existingmethods use various encryption schemes but introduce significant serviceinterruption. This article sketches a practical Real-time Application CentricTRS (Throughput-Resource utilization–Success) Scheduling with Data Security(RATRSDS) model by considering all these issues in task scheduling anddata security. The method identifies the required resource and their claim timeby receiving the service requests. Further, for the list of resources as services,the method computes throughput support (Thrs) according to the number ofstatements executed and the complete statements of the service. Similarly, themethod computes Resource utilization support (Ruts) according to the idletime on any duty cycle and total servicing time. Also, the method computesthe value of Success support (Sus) according to the number of completions forthe number of allocations. The method estimates the TRS score (ThroughputResource utilization Success) for different resources using all these supportmeasures. According to the value of the TRS score, the services are rankedand scheduled. On the other side, based on the requirement of service requests,the method computes Requirement Support (RS). The selection of service isperformed and allocated. Similarly, choosing the route according to the RouteSupport Measure (RSM) enforced route security. Finally, data security hasgets implemented with a service-based encryption technique. The RATRSDSscheme has claimed higher performance in data security and scheduling.

Manhattan-based k-member clustering and enhanced rabbit optimization algorithm for k-anonymization in social network

Online social networks are becoming more and more popular, according to recent trends. The user's primary concern is the secure preservation of their data and privacy. A well-known method for preventing individual identity in publicly accessible datasets is K-anonymization. Existing anonymity techniques' primary drawback is that they're susceptible to similarity and attribute disclosure attacks. Furthermore, a large amount of data has been lost in the given database. To address this limitation, the proposed model integrated an anonymizing algorithm with Manhattan-based k-member clustering and an enhanced rabbit optimization algorithm (MKCAEROA). The Manhattan distance-based k member (MKCA) clustering algorithm is employed in this case to cluster the initial database. The resulting clusters are then further optimized, and the original database is made anonymous, using the enhanced rabbit optimization algorithm (EROA). In the suggested model, EROA is included to satisfy the specified anonymity constraints while concurrently minimizing the clustering error rate and the generated information loss. When compared to existing approaches, the experimental results demonstrate that the suggested method provides the highest clustering accuracy with the least amount of information loss. A Review of Intelligent Configuration and Its Security for Complex Networks

Complex networks are becoming more complex because of the use of many components with diverse technologies. In fact, manual configuration that makes each component interoperable has breed latent danger to system security. There is still no comprehensive review of these studies and prospects for further research. According to the complexity of component configuration and difficulty of security assurance in typical complex networks, this paper systematically reviews the abstract models and formal analysis methods required for intelligent configuration of complex networks, specifically analyzes, and compares the current key technologies such as configuration semantic awareness, automatic generation of security configuration, dynamic deployment, and verification evaluation. These technologies can effectively improve the security of complex networks intelligent configuration and reduce the complexity of operation and maintenance. This paper also summarizes the mainstream construction methods of complex networks configuration and its security test environment and detection index system, which lays a theoretical foundation for the formation of the comprehensive effectiveness verification capability of configuration security. The whole lifecycle management system of configuration security process proposed in this paper provides an important technical reference for reducing the complexity of network operation and maintenance and improving network security.

Multi-Dimensional Training Optimization for Efficient Federated Synergy Learning

Edge learning (EL) is an end-to-edge collaborative learning paradigm enabling devices to participate in model training and data analysis, opening countless opportunities for edge intelligence. As a promising EL framework, federated synergy learning (FSyL) mitigates the computation and communication overhead on resource-constrained devices by offloading partial model layers to the edge server for synergistic training. Nevertheless, due to the system and statistical heterogeneity, naively using existing FSyL methods is significantly time-consuming and causes accuracy degradation. Motivated by this issue, this paper introduces a novel FSyL framework that integrates multi-dimensional training optimization and formulates the edge learning cost minimization (ELCM) problem. To tackle the ELCM efficiently, we design OL-MG, an OnLine Model Splitting and Resource Provisioning Game. Specifically, we first reformulate and decompose the original ELCM based on data quality evaluation. Then, given a model splitting decision, we determine the optimal resource provisioning in Sub-problem1, based on which optimal model splitting in Sub-problem2 is modeled as a potential game. Subsequently, we introduce a decentralized algorithm to find a Nash equilibrium (NE) solution. Furthermore, we further extend OL-MG to support a budget-aware multi-edge scenario. Extensive experiments demonstrate that the proposed mechanism significantly outperforms state-of-the-art methods in cost-saving and accuracy improvement. © 2025 IEEE.

In recent years,the rapid development of Internet technology has constantly enriched people's daily life and gradually changed from the traditional computer terminal to the mobile *** with it comes the security problems brought by the mobile *** for Android system,due to its open source nature,malicious applications continue to emerge,which greatly threatens the data security of ***,this paper proposes a method of trusted embedded static measurement and data transmission protection architecture based on Android to reduce the risk of data leakage in the process of terminal storage and *** conducted detailed data and feasibility analysis of the proposed method from the aspects of time consumption,storage overhead and *** experimental results show that this method can detect Android system layer attacks such as self-booting of the malicious module and improve the security of data encryption and transmission process *** with the native system,the additional performance overhead is small.

Semi-supervised estimation of capacity degradation for lithium ion batteries with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy

Machine learning-based methods have emerged as a promising solution to accurate battery capacity estimation for battery management ***,they are generally developed in a supervised manner which requires a considerable number of input features and corresponding capacities,leading to prohibitive costs and efforts for data *** response to this issue,this study proposes a convolutional neural network(CNN)based method to perform end-to-end capacity estimation by taking only raw impedance spectra as *** importantly,an input reconstruction module is devised to effectively exploit impedance spectra without corresponding capacities in the training process,thereby significantly alleviating the cost of collecting training *** large battery degradation datasets encompassing over 4700 impedance spectra are developed to validate the proposed *** results show that accurate capacity estimation can be achieved when substantial training samples with measured capacities are ***,the estimation performance of supervised machine learning algorithms sharply deteriorates when fewer samples with measured capacities are *** this case,the proposed method outperforms supervised benchmarks and can reduce the root mean square error by up to 50.66%.A further validation under different current rates and states of charge confirms the effectiveness of the proposed *** method provides a flexible approach to take advantage of unlabelled samples for developing data-driven models and is promising to be generalised to other battery management tasks.

According to World Health Organization (WHO), it is estimated that approximately 50 million people have Epilepsy worldwide. 10 million people are effected in India by Epilepsy hardly very few come out with the disorder and undertake proper treatment rest risk their life without recognition of disease. Epilepsy is a chronic disease of the brain which is non-communicable. An epileptic seizure is the second most commonly occurring neurological disorder of the brain. It can be detected using Electroencephalography (EEG) signals, an effective diagnostic tool used to study brain anatomy. Technological advancements and modernization of analytical tools have improved the scope of validation and decision-making. It is important to predict and evaluate epilepsy in its initial stages to avoid the risk and complication. This review paper focuses on the methodology, techniques, and dataset used from different sources to classify and categorize epileptic seizures. The paper includes a detailed review of dataset sources, challenges, and ways forward in understanding epileptic seizures for futuristic learning and decision making. ARCHER:a ReRAM-based accelerator for compressed recommendation systems

Mean-square exponential stability of stochastic Volterra systems in infinite dimensions

Over the past decade, the study of stability theory in integro-differential systems has grown significantly owing to their relevance in solving physical and engineering problems, such as viscoelasticity and thermo-viscoelasticity in materials with memory properties. This paper concentrates on a class of infinite-dimensional stochastic integro-differential systems. We establish the well-posedness of the system and identify mild solutions to the system and an abstract stochastic Cauchy problem. This identification is identified by employing a semigroup approach combined with Yosida approximation. We derive sufficient conditions that ensure the mean-square exponential stability of mild solutions to the system boils down to the boundedness of a certain function and a norm estimate for the stochastic part. These conditions are implemented through the semigroup approach and the composition operator method. Illustrative examples are provided and the obtained theoretical results are validated by numerical simulations.

Optimizing Image Retrieval in Cloud Servers with TN-AGW: A Secure and Efficient Approach

The increasing use of cloud-based image storage and retrieval systems has made ensuring security and efficiency crucial. The security enhancement of image retrieval and image archival in cloud computing has received considerable attention in transmitting data and ensuring data confidentiality among cloud servers and users. Various traditional image retrieval techniques regarding security have developed in recent years but they do not apply to large-scale environments. This paper introduces a new approach called Triple network-based adaptive grey wolf (TN-AGW) to address these challenges. The TN-AGW framework combines the adaptability of the Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) algorithm with the resilience of Triple Network (TN) to enhance image retrieval in cloud servers while maintaining robust security measures. By using adaptive mechanisms, TN-AGW dynamically adjusts its parameters to improve the efficiency of image retrieval processes, reducing latency and utilization of resources. However, the image retrieval process is efficiently performed by a triple network and the parameters employed in the network are optimized by Adaptive Grey Wolf (AGW) optimization. Imputation of missing values, Min–Max normalization, and Z-score standardization processes are used to preprocess the images. The image extraction process is undertaken by a modified convolutional neural network (MCNN) approach. Moreover, input images are taken from datasets such as the Landsat 8 dataset and the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) dataset is employed for image retrieval. Further, the performance such as accuracy, precision, recall, specificity, F1-score, and false alarm rate (FAR) is evaluated, the value of accuracy reaches 98.1%, the precision of 97.2%, recall of 96.1%, and specificity of 917.2% respectively. Also, the convergence speed is enhanced in this TN-AGW approach. Therefore, the proposed TN-AGW approach achieves greater efficiency in image retrieving than other existing
