A new 4-D two-scroll hyperchaotic system with three quadratic nonlinearities is detailed in this research paper. It is shown that the new hyperchaotic system has a unique saddle-point rest point at the origin and it exhibits self-excited attractor. A detailed stability analysis is carried out for the new hyperchaotic *** is also proved that the new hyperchaotic system has multistability with coexisting attractors. Next, we invoke integral sliding mode control for the global self-synchronization of the new hyperchaotic system taken as leader-follower *** electronic circuit design of the new two-scroll hyperchaotic system is developed in MultiSim, which is beneficial for engineering applications. © (2024), (International Association of Engineers). Growing applications of generative models have led to new threats such as malicious personation and digital copyright infringement. One solution to these threats is model attribution, i.e., the identification of user-end models where the contents under question are generated from. Existing studies showed empirical feasibility of attribution through a centralized classifier trained on all user-end models. However, this approach is not scalable in reality as the number of models ever grows. Neither does it provide an attributability guarantee. To this end, this paper studies decentralized attribution, which relies on binary classifiers associated with each user-end model. Each binary classifier is parameterized by a user-specific key and distinguishes its associated model distribution from the authentic data distribution. We develop sufficient conditions of the keys that guarantee an attributability lower bound. Our method is validated on MNIST, CelebA, and FFHQ datasets. We also examine the trade-off between generation quality and robustness of attribution against adversarial post-processes. © 2021 ICLR 2021 - 9th International Conference on Learning Representations. Several regional head elections had to be postponed due to the pandemic, including in Indonesia because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Several big cities in Indonesia are of concern because of their large population and GDP. This study conducts analysis and testing of datasets taken from Open Data in a city in Indonesia. In addition to conducting research on regional head elections, we also present information on voters from the category of kids with disabilities. The steps used in this research are using regional mapping data of the city of Surabaya in the Election of the Regional Head. Download the data or dataset for the Regional Head Election ampersand Categories of kids with disabilities. Based on the dataset voters from the category of children with disabilities are more than 5 *** this research, we use Python to process our datasets & Big Data technology. Data cleaning or cleansing, Exploratory Data Analysis, and Empirical Cumulative Distribution Functions (ECDF) in python are also needed. Result from ECDF chart with steady increase (increment of 0.1). The highest variance value is in Electoral District 5 = 6.090 and the lowest value is in Electoral District 4 = 0.90. The result of Open Data is graphical data visualization and candidate scores to help as an alternative for the 2024 Regional Head Election and the Category of kids with disabilities. © 2023 IEEE.

Empowering the adoption of blockchain-based cryptocurrency as a payment method: A user-friendly educational approach

Organizations are adopting technological innovations to transform payment systems due to challenges with traditional methods, such as slow speed and high fees. These challenges have prompted a shift towards blockchain-based cryptocurrencies. However, cryptocurrency adoption for payments remains limited, especially in Saudi Arabia. This study adapts the technology acceptance model to explore cryptocurrency adoption through the blockchain-based cryptocurrency as a payment method in Saudi Arabia (BCAP-SA) model. Factors within the model are assessed using an experimental vignette-task methodology and surveys. A key component is an educational package, offering comprehensive materials to explain blockchain technology. The findings confirm the reliability of surveys. Most model factors are statistically significant in influencing users’ intention to use cryptocurrency. The study finds that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived trust significantly impact participants’ intentions. Additionally, low transaction fees and age are the most influential factors on the technology acceptance model's core constructs. Statistical analysis indicates that decentralization and anonymity were insignificant and thus excluded from the revised BCAP-SA model. These findings highlight the potential to enhance cryptocurrency adoption in Saudi Arabia. The study's insights can guide strategies to promote wider cryptocurrency usage in the region. © 2025 The Author(s). It is crucial to predict the outputs of a thickening system,including the underflow concentration(UC)and mud pressure,for optimal control of the *** proliferation of industrial sensors and the availability of thickening-system data make this ***,the unique properties of thickening systems,such as the non-linearities,long-time delays,partially observed data,and continuous time evolution pose challenges on building data-driven predictive *** address the above challenges,we establish an integrated,deep-learning,continuous time network structure that consists of a sequential encoder,a state decoder,and a derivative module to learn the deterministic state space model from thickening *** a case study,we examine our methods with a tailing thickener manufactured by the FLSmidth installed with massive sensors and obtain extensive experimental *** results demonstrate that the proposed continuous-time model with the sequential encoder achieves better prediction performances than the existing discrete-time models and reduces the negative effects from long time delays by extracting features from historical system *** proposed method also demonstrates outstanding performances for both short and long term prediction tasks with the two proposed derivative types.

Multiplex reconstruction with partial information

A multiplex is a collection of network layers, each representing a specific type of edges. This appears to be a genuine representation of many real-world systems. However, due to a variety of potential factors, such as limited budget and equipment, or physical impossibility, multiplex data can be difficult to observe directly. Often, only partial information on the layer structure of the system is available, whereas the remaining information is in the form of a single-layer network. In this work we face the problem of reconstructing the hidden multiplex structure of an aggregated network from partial information. We propose an algorithm that leverages the layerwise community structure that can be learned from partial observations to reconstruct the ground-truth topology of the unobserved part of the multiplex. The algorithm is characterized by a computational time that grows linearly with the network size. We perform a systematic study of reconstruction problems for both synthetic and real-world multiplex networks. We show that the ability of the proposed method to solve the reconstruction problem is affected by the heterogeneity of the individual layers and the similarity among the layers. On real-world networks, we observe that the accuracy of the reconstruction saturates quickly as the amount of available information increases. In genetic interaction and scientific collaboration multiplexes, for example, we find that 10% of ground-truth information yields 70% accuracy, while 30% information allows for more than 90% accuracy.

Although Split Federated Learning (SFL) effectively enables knowledge sharing among resource-constrained clients, it suffers from low training performance due to the neglect of data heterogeneity and catastrophic forgetting problems. To address these issues, we propose a novel SFL approach named MultiSFL, which adopts i) an effective multi-model aggregation mechanism to alleviate gradient divergence caused by heterogeneous data and ii) a novel knowledge replay strategy to deal with the catastrophic forgetting problem. MultiSFL adopts two servers (i.e., the fed server and main server) to maintain multiple branch models for local training and an aggregated master model for knowledge sharing among branch models. To mitigate catastrophic forgetting, the main server of MultiSFL selects multiple assistant devices for knowledge replay according to the training data distribution of each full branch model. Experimental results obtained from various non-IID and IID scenarios demonstrate that MultiSFL significantly outperforms conventional SFL methods by up to a 23.25% test accuracy improvement. © 2025, Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (***). Shortest-Path Percolation on Random Networks

We propose a bond-percolation model intended to describe the consumption, and eventual exhaustion, of resources in transport networks. Edges forming minimum-length paths connecting demanded origin-destination nodes are removed if below a certain budget. As pairs of nodes are demanded and edges are removed, the macroscopic connected component of the graph disappears, i.e., the graph undergoes a percolation transition. Here, we study such a shortest-path-percolation transition in homogeneous random graphs where pairs of demanded origin-destination nodes are randomly generated, and fully characterize it by means of finite-size scaling analysis. If budget is finite, the transition is identical to the one of ordinary percolation, where a single giant cluster shrinks as edges are removed from the graph; for infinite budget, the transition becomes more abrupt than the one of ordinary percolation, being characterized by the sudden fragmentation of the giant connected component into a multitude of clusters of similar size.
