In today’s digital landscape, securing sensitive information has become an essential priority in the modern digital era for both individuals and organizations. This project introduces a comprehensive web application that integrates advanced encryption and decryption functionalities alongside multifactor authentication (MFA) and secure payment processing. The application supports various cryptographic algorithms, including AES, DES, Triple DES, Blowfish, etc., allowing users to securely encrypt and decrypt data through dedicated routes accessed over secure HTTPS connections. To further enhance security, robust multifactor authentication mechanisms, such as OTP-based challenge-response and QR-code-enabled 2FA, have been implemented to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive operations. The platform also incorporates PGP encryption powered by Keybase, enabling users to securely exchange encrypted emails. Additionally, a secure payment gateway is integrated using Stripe, ensuring sensitive payment data is encrypted and handled safely. With a strong focus on data integrity, user privacy, and modern web security standards, this project delivers an all-encompassing solution for safeguarding sensitive information and facilitating secure communication. By addressing common vulnerabilities and security risks, the platform stands as a reliable and scalable tool for data protection. © 2025 IEEE.

There have been several developments in renewable resources, standby sources of energy, and storage technologies. Because renewable sources are inconsistent, the best method to ensure supply continuity is to combine them with traditional energy to serve mini-grids or the isolated loads that are not linked to the main grid. In hybrid power system, many different energy sources are blended. Every time, effective and efficient Energy Management Strategies (EMS) are necessary when more than a source of energy is employed to supply a given load. This strategy directs the energy flow via the supply chain. This is necessary not just for standalone hybrid systems, but for hybrid power system that are linked to the main network. The intelligent control of hybrid MG has been the subject of a large number of serious research projects. A comprehensive assessment of the approaches used by a number of writers in their research work on applying energy management approaches is conducted. Standalone hybrid energy systems and the hybrid systems those are linked to the electrical grids are examples of these solutions. The aim of this paper is to give summary of various energy management schemes utilized in sustainable hybrid systems. Brief study is conducted for a number of freestanding and grid-linked hybrid system designs in order to make sure and find that which energy management technique that works well and will be applied for one renewable source is not always the best for another. © 2025 IEEE.

Accurate detection of skin cancer, particularly melanoma, is crucial for effective treatment and patient survival. This study explores the use of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) enhanced by Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) for skin cancer detection. CNNs have shown remarkable performance in image classification tasks but often require extensive labeled datasets, which are scarce in medical domains. To address this, GANs are employed to generate synthetic skin lesion images, augmenting the dataset and improving the model's generalization capability. The proposed approach integrates a pre-trained CNN architecture fine-tuned with a combination of real and GANgenerated images, enhancing the network's ability to distinguish between benign and malignant lesions. Experimental results demonstrate that the inclusion of GAN-augmented data improves the model's accuracy by 7%, achieving an overall accuracy of 94%, with precision and recall rates of 92% and 93%, respectively. These findings suggest that the GAN-augmented CNN model offers a promising solution for automated skin cancer screening © 2024 IEEE.

This study tackles the difficult issues of image captioning while negotiating the complexity of visual data processing. The complexity of visual data and the associated processing requirements make image captioning a daunting task. This research describes an effective method for image captioning that makes advantage of attentional mechanisms. Several models, including Transformer, VGG16, VGG19, Inception, RNN decoders, and Bahdanau’s attention mechanism, are contrasted and analyzed to demonstrate the benefits of integrating attention processes. By allowing the model to focus on the appropriate visual component, attention improves the accuracy of the generated captions. Transformer models, in particular, outperform other methods by capturing complicated relationships and delivering accurate output, and they have the highest BLEU Score of 70. The findings emphasize the significance of attention mechanisms and the relevance of selecting a suitable model architecture to maximize picture captioning performance. The variety of potential applications emphasizes the benefits and potential impact of image captioning in a broad range of scenarios. Several use cases are found beneficial, including supporting the visually impaired, improving product descriptions in e-commerce, assisting medical diagnosis, improving image search ability, and allowing effective communication and comprehension of visual information. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Automated grading processes helps in saving time for teachers, which can be devoted to more instruction and other essential services. Behavioral analysis of ML models on students' responses to algebraic questions solve problems that exist with traditional manual grading methods thereby easing the manual assessment process. The study involves the application of machine learning classifiers on the 384 dimensional feature extracted using MathBERT and 768 dimensional features extracted using T5 for each response to the algebraic questions in order to analyse their correctness and relevance. The algorithms are trained over the labeled dataset of a wide variety of algebraic answers and provided with the correct and incorrect answers to learn different patterns. The research aims at analyzing the efficiency of MathBERT and T5, which were trained on LaTeX representations of mathematical expressions and massive text, code and symbols data respectively, in generating embeddings that understand the underlying semantics of mathematical expressions. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, we propose an Enhanced U-Net architecture designed to achieve 99 percent dehazing efficiency for both indoor and outdoor images. The core enhancement involves replacing standard convolution layers in the encoder with dilated convolution layers, which expand the receptive field without increasing the number of parameters. This modification allows the model to capture broader contextual information, crucial for dehazing images with complex environmental variations. Additionally, we replace the conventional ReLU activation function with Leaky ReLU, which prevents neuron inactivity by allowing a small gradient for negative inputs. This choice enhances the network's learning capability, especially in scenarios involving low-intensity regions or darker images, which are common in dehazing tasks. Experimental results demonstrate that our architecture outperforms traditional U-Net models, achieving superior performance in terms of PSNR, SSIM, and visual clarity, particularly for challenging haze conditions in diverse lighting and scene settings. The architecture efficiently balances model complexity and dehazing precision, making it a robust solution for real-world applications. © 2025 IEEE.

However, these markets are also known for their higher volatility. On the other hand, traditional regulated markets such as stock and commodity exchanges have also been subject to volatility due to macroeconomic factors such as inflation, geopolitical tensions, and policy changes. Therefore, it is crucial to compare and analyze the volatility of both decentralized and regulated markets to understand their behaviour and potential risks. This paper aims to conduct comparative market research and trend analysis of volatility in decentralized and regulated markets, investigating the contributing factors such as market size, liquidity, regulations, and the impact of market events like economic downturns or regulatory changes. The study will also examine historical trends, explore the correlation between the volatility of these markets, assess the potential impact of market volatility on investors and traders, and analyze how different trading strategies and investor behaviours can affect market volatility. The research could provide valuable insights into the behaviour of decentralized and regulated markets, which could be useful for investors, traders, policymakers, and other stakeholders. One of the main challenges facing businesses migrating to the cloud is getting an estimate of their costs in advance. The estimators available to date allow companies to compare the different virtual machine offerings from each operator, but only venture very slightly into estimating the overall cost, which includes operational and network costs. Existing estimators include operational costs in their estimates, but almost no one considers the network cost, which is a complex but far from negligible component. In this paper, we seek to address this issue by proposing a new estimator called PricingTheCloud. It is an estimator that enables companies to have an accurate estimate of their costs in advance. Unlike other estimators, PricingTheCloud considers network costs in the cost estimation. Its evaluation shows an average accuracy of 86.73% for compute costs and 65.44% for network costs in different AWS-to-AWS scenarios as compared to AWS invoices and shows the effectiveness of the proposed estimator compared to three other cloud costs estimators namely, Cloudorado, Holori, and Vantage. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

This study explores the use of machine learning approaches for fetal health classification utilizing Cardiotocogram (CTG) data to improve prenatal treatment and maternal-fetal health. The study systematically examines five machine learning algorithms: Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and Logistic Regression, using an extensive record with 2,126 well-annotated CTG recordings. This work is peculiar since it uses a wide range of feature extraction and preprocessing techniques to ensure high model correctness and dependability. With a 95% accuracy rate, the Random Forest algorithm proven to be the most effective, surpassing the other models by far. This study emphasizes how machine learning, especially ensemble approaches, may effectively predict health problems in fetuses. The study lays the groundwork for future developments in fetal health detection using cutting-edge technologies and machine learning algorithms by emphasizing interpretability and transparency. © 2024 IEEE.

Sentiment analysis of online car reviews is a significant process in natural language processing. Numerous car enthusiasts and influencers create video reviews of automobiles on platforms for example YouTube. In realistic settings for sentiment analysis within this context, the task includes evaluating spoken reviews, the video content, and the emotions expressed by both the content creators and the viewers as reflected in the comments section. The vulnerability to facing circumstances in real-world scenarios where critical components are necessary for performing sentiment analysis on multimedia car reviews may unexpectedly be absent. To overcome this issue, siamese capsule gorilla troops network-based multimodal sentiment analysis for car reviews is proposed in this research work. Initially, pre-processing and feature extraction are performed on the audio, video and text information. The feature fusion is performed by enhancing spiking neural networks with geometric attention fusion network. The fused feature is fed as an input to siamese capsule gorilla troops network which classifies the emotion states as valence, arousal, and trustworthiness. Also, the algorithm called gorilla troop optimization (GTO) optimizes the classification error of the proposed siamese capsule network. Finally, this research work assesses high- and low-level features across modalities, introduces a novel enhancing spiking neural networks with geometric attention fusion network, enhances classification accuracy through new audio, video, and text embeddings, and boosts system robustness by integrating incomplete multimodal data. The achieved accuracy, precision, recall, and F-score values are 99%, 98.55%, 98.75%, and 98.02%, respectively, for the active multimodal sentimental analysis in car review (MuSe-CaR) dataset. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature 2024.
