The parking is one of the biggest problems. One of the emerging features of parking management is congestion in urban centres due to the increase in the number of vehicles on the road, which has added anxiety to drivers. These conventional or legacy parking systems fail to respond adequately to the increasing needs, especially in Smart City contexts. To this end, a Smart Parking Management System (SPMS) is developed with real-time data, incorporating a parking sensor, parking information, an easy-to-navigate parking lot, and favourable methods of payment accepted. This prototype optimises parking space, provides better convenience to drivers, and leads to the sustainability of such a structure in the urban area. The proposed SPMS promises to be a revolutionary and practical approach to addressing some of the modern parking management issues in delivering an efficient mobility regime.

With the rapid growth of network cyber threats, there exists a growing need for advanced, scalable and highly accurate mechanisms for threat detection. AI based threat detection system is presented in this paper that uses machine learning and feature engineering techniques for classifying network traffic as normal to malicious. It leverages state of the art algorithms including Gradient Boosted Trees and a Multi-Layer Perceptron, achieving high accuracy with optimized preprocessing steps such as Principal Component Analysis and Chi Square feature selection. Learning techniques and feature engineering methods to classify network traffic as either normal or malicious. The system incorporates state-of-the-art algorithms, including Gradient Boosted Trees and Multi-Layer Perceptron achieving high accuracy through optimized preprocessing steps such as Principal Component Analysis and Chi-Square feature selection. A Flask application and Python GUI are utilized as a means to test the system via user friendly interfaces for real time prediction and validation.

In the rapidly evolving world of wireless cellular network, optimizing key parameters like data throughput and la-tency is of critical importance for ensuring high quality communication services. The proposed presents a novel approach to multi-objective optimization to enhance overall network performance using Genetic Algorithms (GA), Pareto, and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). By employing optimization algorithms, a balance is sought in terms of trade-off of other parameters while maximizing data throughput and minimizing latency. Simulation layers indicate the comparative study further solidifies the efficacy of the value of evolutionary algorithms in optimizing wireless networks to satisfy the growing needs of high speed and less latency services in today's communication landscape.

Monitoring of environmental parameters in areas with a sparsely populated and less infrastructure is quite challenging due to issues such as high power consumption, limited range for transmission, and lack of scalability. The innovation of the system proposed here deals with these problems using an IoT-based monitoring system, using LoRa technology and NodeMCU microcontrollers. It can collect and transmit real-time data on temperature, humidity, air quality, and sound levels efficiently. Key outcomes of this research work are reliable range communication up to 2 km under line-of-sight conditions, minimal power consumption, and robust data integrity through sensor calibration and error-checking mechanisms. The solution, which is scalable and low-cost, is proven feasible in real-world applications, particularly in remote and underserved areas, and promises a great future enhancement, including range extension and energy harvesting.

A Personalized Virtual Learning Assistant (PVLA) is an intelligent system designed to provide personalization, real- time interaction, adaptive learning, assessment feedback and progress tracking analytics. This study presents the development and implementation of a Personalized Virtual Learning Assistant tailored for students. As educational environments evolve and become more diverse, the need for personalized learning solutions has become increasingly critical. Students have unique learning preferences and paces, requiring tailored support to enhance their understanding and engagement. The proposed system integrates several cutting-edge technologies to provide individualized learning experiences, continuous support, and data-driven insights. Key features of the proposed virtual assistant include: (1) a question generation and answer assessment module, utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) models for creating questions and a deep learning model for evaluating student responses, offering targeted feedback to foster continuous improvement; (2) a hybrid recommendation system employing collaborative filtering techniques (such as Matrix Factorization) combined with content-based filtering methods (like TF-IDF and BERT) to suggest relevant courses, textbooks, and faculty/experts based on individual learning styles and progress rates; (3) a voice activation feature that supports both text and voice interaction, including a wake-up word for hands-free operation, aimed at improving accessibility for visually impaired users. The virtual assistant is structured with a backend hosting all models and a frontend user interface to facilitate interaction. Implemented using the Flask framework, this PVLA system aims to make education more inclusive, engaging, and adaptive to the needs of each student, ultimately enhancing learning outcomes in higher education settings.

Persistent challenges in the fashion e-commerce industry include inaccurate sizing and lack of personalized experiences, which often lead to dissatisfaction and high return rates. The innovations in technology, including pose estimation and machine learning, offer promising solutions to these issues. This project offers a real-time body measurement system to increase the probability of fit accuracy and the self-confidence of the users while selecting clothes online. Utilizing MediaPipe’s pose estimation framework and OpenCV, the application captures accurate measurements of body length, chest, waist, and sleeve length using an interface webcam. User-friendly web application developed using Flask allows users to choose from categories of clothes, and receive size recommendations according to their measurements. It’s designed to deal with the challenges of fit accuracy and engagement. This reduces size related returns and allows for scalability and further development along the lines of more sophisticated recommendation algorithms. It integrates traditional shopping experiences with the demands of modern e-commerce. Evaluation metrics used to examine how well recommendation systems work are success rate (the proportion of matched items to the dataset), matched items (successful suggestions based on user measures), dataset size (total items processed), and matching time (evaluating computational efficiency for real-time application) are some of the metrics used in this implementation

This research aims at developing Arduino solutions to improve the security of wireless communication systems for this work and to present a broad intervention plan for achieving this aim. Incorporating the features of Arduino microcontrollers the system has the potential of mitigating some of the weak wireless communications paradigms. The methodology consists in applying the use of such measures as the encryption algorithms and authentication and the use of secure data transmission protocols. The approach, proposed, not only enhances the security of wireless communication but also is cost effective and easy to install. In this respect, it is hoped that the outcomes of the project will offer effective and efficient solutions for implementing quality security elements for wireless transmission with practical and experimental *** purpose of this work is to generate and transmit the text message through a wireless communication system in a secured way. This facility prevails in the mobile network for which the user pays for it, whereas the system designed here can be used as personal communication system and information can be transmitted at free of *** result of the work is expected to be a secure information transmission with wireless technology implemented and encrypt the data that need to be transmitted without letting interception of a third party and reach the destination , convert and decrypt the message into readable format. This work more particularly targets at reducing some of the risks associated with present wireless communication systems through use of effective encryption and authentication. The results are expected to include a major decrease in the interception risks, as well as the effective and safe text message transmission with real-world evidence as proof.

When early diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases becomes increasingly challenging. However, various studies and researches discovered that recent development in technologies affects the healthcare industry with the advanced machine learning techniques. A machine learning predictive model (LumenCardia) for heart-diseases based on relative parameters is the aim of this work. In this project, we had employed the dataset called Cleveland heart disease dataset, which includes 14 distinct heart disease-related factors. In this study we had applied ML techniques like Random Forest, Logistic Regression, KNN, and Decision Tree to our model. We also looked for relationships among different features in our dataset using conventional ML techniques. The outcome demonstrates that Random Forest produces predictions with more accuracy (93.18%) in less time than other machine learning algorithms. The medical professionals may find LumenCardia beneficial as a decision support system. © 2025 IEEE.

Millimeter wave (mm-wave) and massive multiple input multiple outputs (MIMO) systems are the two key enabling technologies of 5G and beyond. These technologies use large antennas system within short-range wavelength and high-frequency bands. The mm-wave frequency bands are easily susceptible to path loss and inter-user interference. In this manuscript, the performance of large downlink multiple input multiple output systems using precoding techniques such as maximum ratio transmission (MRT), zero-forcing (ZF), regularized zero-forcing (RZF), dirty paper coding (DPC), lower order truncated polynomial expansion (LTPE) and lower order truncated polynomial expansion-dirty paper coding (LTPE-DPC) are evaluated and compared. The main objectives of linear precoding are to cancel interference between user terminals and mitigate noise amplification, improve spectral efficiency and energy efficiency, and also optimize the transmission of signals from the base station to the user terminals. The simulation results have shown that proposed LTPE-DPC reduces the massive MIMO system's computational complexity and improved the performance like spectral efficiency, energy efficiency and sum rates when compared with the existing precoding techniques at mm-wave frequency bands. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

The Cricket Performance Analysis System based on big data tools, like Hadoop and Apache Spark, gives realtime deep insights into performances from players and teams and conditions in matches based on large-scale cricket match data. It scales up speedily and finds patterns using distributed computing capabilities of Spark, which makes it possible to take decisions around performance improvements and strategies. The system applies a set of machine learning techniques including K-means clustering, Logistic Regression, and Random Forest classifiers to be used for the analysis of player performance metrics and match outcomes. Thus, through the conversion of raw data into actionable insights, teams can improve their strategies, make better improvements in performance, and thus gain an upper hand against other competing professional cricket teams. As a result, teams are best positioned to make adjustments in good time and direct finer tactics toward further enhancement of overall performance.
