This paper presents a coding approach for achieving omnidirectional transmission of certain common signals in massive multi-input multi-output (MIMO) networks such that the received power at any direction in a cell remains constant for any given distance. Specifically, two-dimensional (2D) Golay complementary array set (GCAS) can be used to design the massive MIMO precoding matrix so as to achieve omnidirectional transmission due to its complementary autocorrelation property. In this paper, novel constructions of new 2D GCASs with arbitrary array lengths are proposed. Our key idea is to carefully truncate the columns of certain larger arrays generated by 2D generalized Boolean functions. Finally, the power radiation patterns and numerical results are provided to verify the omnidirectional property of the GCAS-based precoding. The error performances of the proposed precoding scheme are presented to validate its superiority over the existing alternatives. © 1972-2012 IEEE.

Stock market forecast is a complex process on account of the clamorous, individual, complex and changeable character of the stock price occasion succession. Due to the growing number of consumers and new rules achieved apiece Netflix Corporation to stop giving passwords, the stock price of Netflix has existed unsteady currently. This project uses a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model to think the stock price of Netflix. The LSTM model is a type of repeating interconnected system (RNN) that can efficiently capture worldly dependencies later succession dossier. Historical stock price data for Netflix is composed and pre-treated expected used as input for the LSTM model. The LSTM model is therefore prepared on the ancient dossier and proven on a grasped-beginning of dossier to judge allure predicting depiction. The results show that the LSTM model can efficiently envision the stock price of Netflix accompanying a large size of accuracy. This project explains the potential for utilizing LSTM models to forecast stock prices and supplies valuable observations for financiers curious in Netflix’s stock. The Internet of Things (IoT) is crucial in various sectors, making IoT networks prime targets for denial of service attacks. Detecting heavy hitters-primary sources of such attacks-is essential for network security. We address this in IoT gateway networks, where direct traffic measurement faces privacy and scalability issues. Existing methods like sampling and sketch-based approaches suffer from information loss and inflexibility. We propose a two-step scheme: a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) selects relevant gateways, followed by a tomography-based approach to identify heavy hitters. Our data collection framework uses SNMP and P4 technologies for enhanced flexibility and accuracy. Extensive numerical evaluations demonstrate the proposed algorithm's effectiveness in accurately identifying heavy hitters, despite potential estimation errors in the tomography method. © 2024 IEEE.

A trend toward the use of digital platforms for product marketing and profit margin enhancement is evident in the contemporary corporate environment. As a result, using deep learning methods to evaluate consumer sentiment in tweets based on product reviews becomes essential. The study's proposal is to use a big dataset and a one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D-CNN) for the classification process in order to extract lexical characteristics for sentiment analysis. In order to do this, analysis is done on customer review datasets of Amazon items with an emphasis on reviews pertaining to mobile phones. To improve the performance and accuracy of the classifier, data preprocessing is first done. A lexical method is then used to efficiently compress the text via feature extraction. For the purpose of correctly assessing review emotions, efficient classification is essential. So, classification is done using the 1D-CNN method. The Egret Swarm Optimization Algorithm is used to adjust the 1D-CNN model's hyperparameters (ESOA). After this procedure, the research evaluates the 1D-CNN method's performance in relation to other techniques currently in use. The research concludes that the suggested method performs well overall, achieving 98.77% accuracy, 97.37% precision, 97.42% sensitivity, and 97.21% F-measure, respectively. These performance measures outperform those of current algorithms created in earlier research. The sentiment analysis of mobile phone evaluations inside the Amazon e-commerce system shows improved accuracy and efficiency when using the suggested 1D-CNN neural network approach. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

An ultra-wideband (UWB) slotted compact Vivaldi antenna with a microstrip line feed was evaluated for microwave imaging (MI) applications. The recommended FR4 substrate-based Vivaldi antenna is 50×50×1.5 mm3 in size. The proposed compact Vivaldi antenna showed good radiation characteristics and spanned an ultra-wide bandwidth of 10 GHz, ranging from 3.6 to 13.6 GHz, using a microstrip line feed with a radial stub, tapered slots, and resonant cavities. After analyzing the simulation findings, the proposed compact slotted UWB Vivaldi antenna was compared with the basic Vivaldi antenna. The maximum gain and efficiency were 7.35 dB and 82%, respectively. The antenna was simulated in the time domain using the computer simulation technology (CST) microwave studio. The frequency domain solver was also used for cross-validation, and the results were equally good. In conclusion, the proposed compact Vivaldi antenna is a good option for microwave imaging applications. © 2023 The Institute of Electronics and Information Engineers.

Pneumonia is a significant global health concern, especially for vulnerable populations such as children under five. Timely and accurate diagnosis is critical for effective treatment and improved patient outcomes. This project proposes a robust solution leveraging Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for automated pneumonia detection from chest X-ray images. The model, trained on a meticulously preprocessed dataset of 5,216 chest X-ray images, demonstrated exceptional performance, achieving a training accuracy of 98.16% and a validation accuracy of 98.45% after 50 epochs. The architecture comprises five Conv2D layers with ReLU activation, followed by max-pooling layers, and a fully connected artificial neural network for classification. The model's success in distinguishing between normal and pneumonia-infected cases underscores its potential as a valuable tool for healthcare professionals, offering a reliable and efficient means of pneumonia identification. The model's high accuracy and efficiency make it a valuable asset, potentially reducing the workload on radiologists and enabling quicker diagnoses, ultimately leading to more timely interventions and improved patient outcomes. Comprehensive evaluation, including testing on a separate dataset and real-world image inferences, validates the robustness of the proposed solution. © 2024 IEEE.

Achieving semantic interoperability in healthcare is one of the significant challenges in the rapidly expanding healthcare sector. On the other hand, IoT in healthcare can provide patient-centric treatment mechanisms to help resolve these issues. When several healthcare organizations are generating heterogeneous medical information, semantic interoperability becomes essential to develop better treatment plans and better medical research. In this article, we discuss the applications of healthcare IoT, a comparative study of existing solution paradigms for achieving semantic interoperability and its enabling technologies. The comprehensive analysis of semantic interoperability has versatile dimensions to meet this, and it establishes deep learning-based directions. In continuing the background work, we proposed a new deep learning model called MedRelBERT with six embeddings to remove linguistic ambiguities in medical documents.
