3D anomaly detection has recently become a significant focus in computer vision. Several advanced methods have achieved satisfying anomaly detection performance. However, they typically concentrate on the external structure of 3D samples and struggle to leverage the internal information embedded within samples. Inspired by the basic intuition of why not look inside for more, we introduce a straightforward method named Internal Spatial Modality Perception (ISMP) to explore the feature representation from internal views fully. Specifically, our proposed ISMP consists of a critical perception module, Spatial Insight Engine (SIE), which abstracts complex internal information of point clouds into essential global features. Besides, to better align structural information with point data, we propose an enhanced key point feature extraction module for amplifying spatial structure feature representation. Simultaneously, a novel feature filtering module is incorporated to reduce noise and redundant features for further aligning precise spatial structure. Extensive experiments validate the effectiveness of our proposed method, achieving object-level and pixel-level AUROC improvements of 4.2% and 13.1%, respectively, on the Real3D-AD benchmarks. For large-scale point cloud processing, resampling takes the important role of controlling the point number and density while keeping the geometric consistency. However, current methods cannot balance such different requirements. Particularly with large-scale point clouds, classical methods often struggle with decreased efficiency and accuracy. To address such issues, we propose a weighted Poisson-disk (WPD) resampling method to improve the usability and efficiency for the processing. We first design an initial Poisson resampling with a voxel-based estimation strategy. It is able to estimate a more accurate radius of the Poisson-disk while maintaining high efficiency. Then, we design a weighted tangent smoothing step to further optimize the Voronoi diagram for each point. At the same time, sharp features are detected and kept in the optimized results with isotropic property. Finally, we achieve a resampling copy from the original point cloud with the specified point number, uniform density, and high-quality geometric consistency. Experiments show that our method significantly improves the performance of large-scale point cloud resampling for different applications, and provides a highly practical solution. With the rapid increase of network data, there are many challenges of security about data sharing in big data environment. The traditional attribute-based access control model generally adopts the centralized method. In the process of practical operation, once the decision node is attacked, the method will bring security risks to data resources. In order to improve the security of centralized access control and adapt to both dynamic and fine-grained characteristics of data access control in big data environment. Idea23D: Collaborative LMM Agents Enable 3D Model Generation from Interleaved Multimodal Inputs

With the success of 2D diffusion models, 2D AIGC content has already transformed our lives. Recently, this success has been extended to 3D AIGC, with state-of-the-art methods generating textured 3D models from single images or text. However, we argue that current 3D AIGC methods still don’t fully unleash human creativity. We often imagine 3D content made from multimodal inputs, such as what it would look like if my pet bunny were eating a doughnut on the table. In this paper, we explore a novel 3D AIGC approach: generating 3D content from IDEAs. An IDEA is a multimodal input composed of text, image, and 3D models. To our knowledge, this challenging and exciting 3D AIGC setting has not been studied before. We propose the new framework Idea23D, which combines three agents based on large multimodal models (LMMs) and existing algorithmic tools. These three LMM-based agents are tasked with prompt generation, model selection, and feedback reflection. They collaborate and critique each other in a fully automated loop, without human intervention. The framework then generates a text prompt to create 3D models that align closely with the input IDEAs. We demonstrate impressive 3D AIGC results that surpass previous methods. To comprehensively assess the 3D AIGC capabilities of Idea23D, we introduce the Eval3DAIGC-198 dataset, containing 198 multimodal inputs for 3D generation tasks. This dataset evaluates the alignment between generated 3D content and input IDEAs. Our user study and quantitative results show that Idea23D significantly improves the success rate and accuracy of 3D generation, with excellent compatibility across various LMM, Text-to-Image, and Image-to-3D models. In the realm of data mining, outlier detection has emerged as a pivotal research focus, aimed at uncovering anomalies within datasets to extract meaningful and valuable insights. The objective is to leverage data mining methodologies to pinpoint anomalies within datasets, thereby revealing crucial and enlightening information. Herein, we introduce a groundbreaking outlier detection methodology, ODMGIS, that seamlessly integrates multi-granularity representation and information set concepts to devise the multi-granularity information set (MGIS) model. This model adeptly characterizes the distribution patterns of data points. Firstly, we employ entropy function and their complementary function as measurement tools to accurately quantify the inherent uncertainty in data with different distributions, and considers the sum of the two as a comprehensive representation of the overall uncertainty of the information source. Subsequently, an outlier score model is constructed based on MGIS, which can deeply characterize the degree of outlierness of samples, thereby effectively identifying abnormal points in the dataset. During validation, ODMGIS was rigorously tested on practical datasets from medicine and bioinformatics, and its performance was benchmarked against both traditional and the state-of-the-art algorithms, showcasing substantial benefits. This research not only contributes a fresh perspective to outlier detection but also sparks innovative avenues for exploring and advancing the granular computing theory. © 1993-2012 I IEEE. Ant colony system algorithm (ACS), as an important evolutionary computation (EC) algorithm, has demonstrated significant advantages in solving complex optimization problems. However, traditional EC algorithms and traditional ACS algorithm often face the challenge of slow computational speed when dealing with large-scale problems. In recent years, matrix-based EC approaches have been proposed to accelerate the computational speed, which has obtained promising results in dealing with large-scale problems. However, most existing matrix-based EC algorithms are designed for continuous optimization problems, while the matrix-based approach integrated with ACS has not attracted enough attention, which will be efficient for solving large-scale discrete optimization problems. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a matrix-based ACS (MACS) algorithm and apply it to solve the traveling salesman problem (TSP). MACS is an innovative improvement over the traditional ACS algorithm, utilizing matrix operations to parallelly let ants select city and update pheromone. Experimental results show that the MACS algorithm has significantly better efficiency in accelerating computational speed while maintaining the remarkable problem-solving ability in solving large-scale TSP.

Recently, federated learning (FL) has gained momentum because of its capability in preserving data privacy. To conduct model training by FL, multiple clients exchange model updates with a parameter server via Internet. To accelerate the communication speed, it has been explored to deploy a programmable switch (PS) in lieu of the parameter server to coordinate clients. The challenge to deploy the PS in FL lies in its scarce memory space, prohibiting running memory consuming aggregation algorithms on the PS. To overcome this challenge, we propose Federated Learning in-network Aggregation with Compression (FediAC) algorithm, consisting of two phases: client voting and model aggregating. In the former phase, clients report their significant model update indices to the PS to estimate global significant model updates. In the latter phase, clients upload global significant model updates to the PS for aggregation. FediAC consumes much less memory space and communication traffic than existing works because the first phase can guarantee consensus compression across clients. The PS easily aligns model update indices to swiftly complete aggregation in the second phase. Finally, we conduct extensive experiments by using public datasets to demonstrate that FediAC remarkably surpasses the state-of-the-art baselines in terms of model accuracy and communication traffic.

3D object detection from a Bird's Eye View (BEV) has emerged as a novel perception paradigm for autonomous driving scenarios. While most current 3D object detection methods still rely on the conventional Cartesian coordinates, they fail to align with the non-aligned coordinate system inherent in image geometry. The Polar coordinates, on the other hand, better fit with the geometric shape corresponding to the perception of cameras. However, transforming between coordinate systems introduces distortions in the perception information, resulting in issues such as "Weak Adaptability to Heatmap Distribution"and "Offset in the Center Point of the Bounding Box."To address these challenges, this paper proposes a cutting-edge 3D object detection model named PolarBEVU, which leverages the bird's-eye view under the Polar coordinates along with multi-camera unprojection. The model introduces an innovative "Deformable Uniform Heatmap Distribution"method that adjusts heatmap computations based on box shapes, generating high-quality heatmaps and effectively resolving the issue of "Weak Adaptability to Heatmap Distribution."Moreover, the model incorporates the concept of "Dynamic High-risk Regression Region"to enhance the accuracy and robustness of the center point regression at the bounding box, thus mitigating the issue of "Offset in the Center Point of the Bounding Box."In extensive experiments on the nuScenes dataset, PolarBEVU achieves impressive results with 49.9% mAP and 57.4% NDS on the test set, surpassing other comparative approaches and reaching the state-of-the-art (SOTA) performance among methods utilizing Polar coordinates. This clearly demonstrates the efficacy and superiority of PolarBEVU. In addition, the model is successfully deployed on Nvidia Jetson AGX Orin, showcasing real-time inference speeds of 31.42ms.
