This paper proposes an accurate modeling method for CHP plant by combining the digital twin(DT) and Transformer. Firstly, the actual operating data of the CHP plant is real-time affined to the simulation platform through DT. As Transformer has the advantages of strong robustness, parallel computing and wide applicability. It is used to establish the accurate model of supercritical CHP plant The innovation of this modeling method lies in the successfully combination of DT and Transformer, which has important reference value for promoting the flexible operation capacity of CHP plant. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model method is confirmed through the simulations on a 350 MW CHP plant. © 2023 IEEE.

Mobile edge computing(MEC)-enabled satellite-terrestrial networks(STNs)can provide Internet of Things(IoT)devices with global computing ***,the network state information is uncertain or *** deal with this situation,we investigate online learning-based offloading decision and resource allocation in MEC-enabled STNs in this *** problem of minimizing the average sum task completion delay of all IoT devices over all time periods is *** decompose this optimization problem into a task offloading decision problem and a computing resource allocation problem.A joint optimization scheme of offloading decision and resource allocation is then proposed,which consists of a task offloading decision algorithm based on the devices cooperation aided upper confidence bound(UCB)algorithm and a computing resource allocation algorithm based on the Lagrange multiplier *** results validate that the proposed scheme performs better than other baseline schemes.

MSCR-HRNetV2: High-Resolution Remote Sensing Image Segmentation for Railway Scenes

Remote sensing image semantic segmentation not only enables the acquisition of valuable category information regarding surface objects but also provides crucial spatial information. This foundational data, with its high research value, plays a pivotal role in advancing the understanding and utilization of spatial environmental resources. To construct a suitable space for railway transportation and improve the channel information mismatch problem in the multi-scale fusion unit of HRNetV2, in terms of data, a high-resolution remote sensing image dataset of two railway sections of Kaha Railway and Ganquan Railway was collected, and annotated, including 210 original remote sensing images with a resolution of 4800 × 2986, a viewing altitude of 2km, and a spatial resolution of 0.24m. In terms of methods, an embedded self-attention mechanism module was introduced and a multi-scale consistency regularization (MSCR) method was introduced to propose MSCR-HRNetV2, achieving pixel-level semantic segmentation representation of high-resolution remote sensing images. The experimental results show that the MIoU results of MSCR-HRNetV2 on the self-built railway dataset and the public Potsdam remote sensing image dataset reached 0.8137 and 0.7596 respectively, which were 0.0313 and 0.0201 higher than the original HRNetV2. Compared with other typical remote sensing image semantic segmentation methods such as Deeplabv3+, the segmentation accuracy has also been improved by 0.0386 and 0.0219. The high-resolution remote sensing image dataset constructed in this study provides an important data source for studying the segmentation problem of high-resolution remote sensing images around railways. The proposed MSCR-HRNetV2 benchmark method lays the foundation for the full development and utilization of railway transportation space resources. © 2023 IEEE.

management of the Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) operation has proven to be a difficult undertaking due to the complex and ever-changing nature of its behavior, which is both nonlinear and dynamic, which is further compounded by its instability. Attempts have been made to use Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controllers for such processes, but the performance is often poor due to the inherent limitations of the controllers. In contrast, heuristic algorithms have been employed to tune the controllers, but these methods can only provide optimal performance for a restricted range of parameter variations. This paper presents a novel approach that uses a conventional gain scheduling PID controller combined with a fuzzy gain scheduling (FGS) controller method to calibrate set-point weighted PID controllers for the CSTR process. The paper outlines the design of the controllers and evaluates their performance by subjecting them to varying input signals within the given bandwidth. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of poor robustness of the driving model and divergence of the filtering process due to time-varying or abrupt-varying noise of the driving model during simultaneous localization and mapping of mobile robots, this paper proposes a strong tracking cubature kalman based SLAM algorithm using Variational Bayes, which uses the variational bayes algorithm to iteratively estimate the prediction covariance of the cubature kalman filter. Then the strong tracking cubature kalman algorithm is used to filter and fuse the observation data and the driving model, and the optimized pose data is obtained to further construct a more accurate feature map. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is illustrated by simulation and practical experiments using a mobile robot equipped with lidar sensors. The simulation results represent that the simultaneous localization and mapping errors of this algorithm are reduced by 58.43% compared with the traditional CKF algorithm. The experimental results in real environment show that the average error of acquiring environmental features is reduced by 44.46%, which further verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. This algorithm provides a new idea for simultaneous localization and mapping of mobile robots. © 2023 ACM.

This paper proposes a peer-to-peer (P2P) based energy trading approach to enhance the profit of each prosumer. The proposed approach uses future information of the electricity market to manage the prosumer energy trading strategies. A generally optimal strategy of the prosumers is given to deal with multiple situations in energy trading. Through a P2P mechanism, the expected trading objective determined by the optimal strategy is achieved. Charged-Coupled Device (CCD) Camera can be used as an optical position sensor to determine the location of the hot spot on the sensor surface in two dimensions. A CCD camera is a video camera with a coupled device (CCD), which is an integrated circuit transistor light sensor with a high quantum efficiency, minimal noise, large dynamic range, linear response, and little geometric distortion. The CCD camera is a digital camera that enables taking visual information and converting it into an image or video. CCD cameras are widely used due to their ability to take images in low light. The control system employed in this study is based on a novel and modern closed-loop algorithm that allows for precise tracking of the hotspot's location and speed used in the measurement of a specific physical process. The proposed control model is controlled around the brightest area using two controllers, the Proportional-Integral-Derivative controller (PID) and the Neuro-Fuzzy controller with feedback through the CCD sensor, as well as the use of a Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor for position and speed control with two feedback loops. To verify the validity of the proposed system, it was found that the algorithm will achieve a better rise time and reduce the maximum overshoot. © 2022 IEEE.

We design and demonstrate a high-order mode (HOM) convertor based on asymmetric dual-core fiber (ADCF) with high coupling efficiency, wide bandwidth and high stability. The two ends of the ADCF are fused with single-mode fiber and few-mode fiber respectively. A periodic power transfer in the ADCF, thereby achieving direct mode conversion from the fundamental mode to HOMs (LP11, LP21, LP02). Taking the ADCF with a small core diameter of 8 µm as an example, the operating bandwidth (coupling efficiency in excess of 95% (LP11) and 90% (LP21, LP02)) is 202 nm, 54 nm, and 60 nm, respectively. © 2024 SPIE.

With the further advancement of industrial technology, the data generated by sensors is gradually becoming more complex. Deep learning approaches have made notable strides in the domain of anomaly detection, especially when it comes to high-dimensional datasets. However, most existing methods neglect the complex relationships between feature dimensions and the dependencies between multiple time steps, resulting in insufficient extraction of key feature information. In response to this problem, our paper introduces a model for detecting anomalies in multivariate time series, utilizing Sparse Autoencoder and Dynamic Graph Attention Network (SAE-GATv2). The outcomes of experiments conducted on two actual sensor datasets reveal that our suggested approach is capable of identifying anomalies with greater precision and showcases superior overall performance in comparison to the baseline methods. © 2024 SPIE.

Through computer vision and image processing techniques, a set of images from a scene can be reconstructed in 3D to recover a 3D model of the scene, in which dense reconstruction is a crucial part, and most existing algorithms cannot effectively recover weak texture regions in dense reconstruction. In response to this issue, this article proposes a hypothesis propagation strategy based on adaptive extension. In the hypothesis propagation stage of PatchMatch MVS, an adaptive mechanism for region propagation is introduced, and an update counter is set to regulate the expansion of the sampling area. This ensures that there are enough excellent hypotheses for sampling in this algorithm iteration, and the quality of sampling hypotheses is not limited by fixed sampling pixel positions, thereby improving the probability of excellent hypotheses being sampled in the sampling space. It is demonstrated in the ETH3D dataset that our method reconstructs models with higher integrity, and fewer voids and smoother surfaces in the reconstruction of weakly textured regions. © 2024 IEEE.
