Phase unwrapping is one of the key roles in fringe projection three-dimensional(3D)measurement *** propose a new method to achieve phase unwrapping in camera array light filed fringe projection 3D measurement based on deep learning.A multi-stream convolutional neural network(CNN)is proposed to learn the mapping relationship between camera array light filed wrapped phases and fringe orders of the expected central view,and is used to predict the fringe order to achieve the phase *** are performed on the light field fringe projection data generated by the simulated camera array fringe projection measurement system in Blender and by the experimental 3×3 camera array light field fringe projection *** performance of the proposed network with light field wrapped phases using multiple directions as network input data is studied,and the advantages of phase unwrapping based on deep learning in light filed fringe projection are demonstrated.

Due to their inherent flexibility and high human-computer interaction potential, soft continuum robots have been developed and popularized in industrial and medical scenarios. However, when moving in an unstructured environment, the contact with environment will change the configuration parameters of the robot, which brings problems to the control. Aiming at improving the control performance of soft continuum robots in an unstructured environment, a contact-aided model is proposed to estimate the varying configurations of the robot. Besides, a model-based controller is proposed to control the robot in an unstructured environment. To verify the performance of the proposed method, a small-scale soft continuum robot is designed and fabricated. Through the characterization experiment, the robot shows a large workspace by changing the contact position, and the kinematic model is verified. Through the trajectory tracking experiment, the robot showed good accuracy, with an average error of 1.2mm. Through an exploration experiment in the unstructured environment, the robot showed good control effect, with an average error of 1.9mm. This work enhances the application capability of the soft continuum robots in unstructured environments. © 2024 IEEE.

Benefiting from the development of Federated Learning(FL)and distributed communication systems,large-scale intelligent applications become *** devices not only provide adequate training data,but also cause privacy leakage and energy *** to optimize the energy consumption in distributed communication systems,while ensuring the privacy of users and model accuracy,has become an urgent *** this paper,we define the FL as a 3-layer architecture including users,agents and *** order to find a balance among model training accuracy,privacy-preserving effect,and energy consumption,we design the training process of FL as game *** use an extensive game tree to analyze the key elements that influence the players’decisions in the single game,and then find the incentive mechanism that meet the social norms through the repeated *** experimental results show that the Nash equilibrium we obtained satisfies the laws of reality,and the proposed incentive mechanism can also promote users to submit high-quality data in *** the multiple rounds of play,the incentive mechanism can help all players find the optimal strategies for energy,privacy,and accuracy of FL in distributed communication systems.

This study focuses on the problem of fault tolerance in mixed traffic flow control, which mainly addresses the difficult problem of reduced control effect or even control failure caused by input saturation and vehicle actuator failure, especially in unbalanced traffic flow. To address this problem, we propose a novel unbalanced car-following model that fully considers the effects of actuator failure and input saturation. In addition, the study introduces a quadratic variable exponential spacing strategy for optimizing the spacing control between vehicles, thus improving the stability and responsiveness of the system. On this basis, an adaptive robust fault-Tolerant control strategy is proposed to ensure the effectiveness of the original control system in the event of a fault. Through simulation and comparative experiments, it is demonstrated that the control strategy can significantly improve the fault tolerance of hybrid traffic flow and quickly restore the system performance after a fault occurs. The method enables hybrid formations to recover quickly and maintain stable operation when facing multiple fault scenarios. The research results show that the control strategy provides theoretical and practical support for the safety and robustness of future self-driving and semi-Autonomous driving transportation systems, helps to promote the further development of intelligent transportation systems, and provides an effective solution to improve the stability and reliability in a mixed traffic flow environment. © 2024 IEEE.

Structural effects of sulfonamides on the proliferation dynamics of sulfonamide resistance genes in the sequencing batch reactors and the mechanism

Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)can be easily promoted by antibiotics,however,the structural effects of antibiotics on the proliferation of ARGs dynamic and the associated mechanisms remain obscure in,especially,activated sludge sequencing batch *** the present study,the effects of 9 sulfonamides(SAs)with different structures on the proliferation dynamic of sulfonamide resistance genes(Suls)in the activated sludge sequencing batch reactors and the corresponding mechanisms were determined(30 days),and the results showed that the largest proliferation value(ΔA^(R))of Suls dynamic for SAs(sulfachloropyridazine)was approximately 2.9 times than that of the smallest one(sulfadiazine).The proliferation of Suls was significantly related to the structural features(minHBint6,SssNH,SHBd and SpMax2_Bhm)that represent the biological activity of *** interpret the phenomenon,a mechanistic model was developed and the results indicated that the biodegradation of SAs(T_(1/2))rather than conjugative transfer frequency or mutation frequency tends to be the key process for affecting Suls proliferation.T_(1/2)was proved to be dependent on the interactions between SAs and receptors(E_(binding)),the cleavage mode(bond dissociation energy),and the site of nucleophilic ***,the metagenomic analysis showed that SAs posed significant effect on antibiotic resistome and Tnp31 played a vital role in the proliferation of ***,our findings provide important insight into a theoretical basis for understanding the structural effects of SAs on the proliferation of ARGs in SBR systems.

Fixed-time-synchronized control: a system-dimension-categorized approach

This study addresses the fixed-time-synchronized control problem of perturbed multi-input multioutput(MIMO) systems. In the task of fixed-time-synchronized control, different dimensions of the output signal in MIMO systems are required to reach the desired value simultaneously within a fixed time *** MIMO system is categorized into two cases: the input-dimension-dominant and the state-dimensiondominant cases. The classification is defined according to the dimension of system signals and, more importantly, the capability of converging at the same time. For each kind of MIMO system, sufficient Lyapunov conditions for fixed-time-synchronized convergence are explored, and the corresponding robust sliding mode controllers are designed. Moreover, perturbations are compensated using the super-twisting technique. The brake control of the vertical takeoff and landing aircraft is considered to verify the proposed method for the input-dimension-dominant case, which shows the essential advantages of decreasing the energy consumption and the output trajectory length. Furthermore, comparative numerical simulations are performed to show the semi-time-synchronized property for the state-dimension-dominant case.

Dynamic Obstacle Avoidance Strategy for High-Speed Vehicles Via Constrained Model Predictive control and Improved Artificial Potential Field

The paper proposes an automatic planning and control strategy to keep the automatic driving high-speed vehicles collision-free based on the improved artificial potential field (APF) and constrained model predictive control (MPC). First, the road potential field satisfying the constraints of vehicle safe driving is constructed according to the driving characteristics of vehicles and road boundary conditions. Focusing on the influence of the speed and direction of the obstacle vehicle on the potential field, the dynamic obstacle vehicle potential field is established. Secondly, the road potential field and the dynamic obstacle vehicle potential field are incorporated into the objective function of the path planning module to establish a real-time path planner. Thirdly, the yaw stability constraints of the vehicle are established, which are added to the QP solver and updated in real-time according to the current vehicle states, so as to establish the constrained MPC controller. In the end, the safety of this planning and control strategy for obstacle avoidance overtaking and the effectiveness of constrained MPC in improving vehicle stability are verified by comparative simulation analysis in multi-obstacle vehicles scenarios. Strain boosts CO oxidation on Ni single-atom-catalyst supported by defective graphene

In order to realize the sulfur and water resistance and facilitate the CO oxidation reactions,the effects of strain on the adsorption of CO,O_(2),SO_(2)and H_(2)O molecules on Ni single-atom-catalyst supported by single-carbon-vacancy graphene(Ni-SG) have been studied based on first principles *** shows that the compressive strain increases the adsorption energies of all above mentioned molecules on Ni-SG,where SO_(2)is adsorbed more strongly on Ni-SG than ***,in the presence of tensile strain,the adsorption energies decreases significantly when the molecules(O_(2)and SO_(2)) obtain electrons from NiSG,while the adsorption energies just slightly decrease when the molecules(CO and H_(2)O) lose electrons to Ni-SG,which finally achieves the preferential adsorption of CO and O_(2)molecules on Ni-SG by tensile *** addition,with tensile strain increasing to 10%,the rate-limited energy barrier along Eley-Rideal(ER) path monotonically increases from 0.77 eV to 0.98 eV,while the rate-limited energy barrier along Langmuir-Hinshelwood(LH) path monotonically decreases from 0.54 eV to 0.44 eV,indicating that the tensile strain can facilitate the LH mechanism while imped the ER mechanism on *** Hirshfeld charge and orbital levels of O_(2)and CO molecules are modulated by the tensile strain,which plays an important role for the decreasing of energy barriers for CO ***,the tensile strain can enhance the sulfur and water resistance of Ni-SG,as well as boost the CO oxidation reactions.
