Flexible load can actively participate in the operation control of the integrated energy system and interact with the integrated energy system. Flexible load scheduling and regulation is one of the important means to alleviate the contradiction between power supply and demand and realize the effective consumption of renewable energy. This paper presents an integrated energy system optimization strategy considering load flexibility and equipment with energy conversion characteristics. The strategy aims to improve the efficiency and flexibility of the system by optimizing the scheduling of energy production, storage and consumption within the community. At the same time, the flexible adjustment ability of the flexible load is used to adjust the real-time carbon emission economic penalty of the operator and the peak reduction economic compensation of the LAs, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and carbon reduction, so as to achieve the purpose of low-carbon operation of the comprehensive energy system. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. With the rapid development of new power systems, combined with global warming and other background, the new power system faces an obvious increase in extreme disaster weather events such as lightning. The intensive channel of new power system is the only channel of new energy power transmission. The frequent occurrence of lightning strikes has seriously threatened the safe and stable operation of new power system. By conducting research and analysis on the fault characteristics of lightning strikes in dense channels of new power systems, this paper summarizes the lightning strike disaster factors and the weak links of new power systems, and uses K-means clustering and other data-driven analysis methods to analyze the lightning strike failure factors and the lightning strike disaster mechanism. Seven main factors, including amplitude of lightning current, protection Angle, landform and altitude, were obtained. The sigmoid function was used to fit the lightning damage forms of the dense passage, and the judgment of different flashover forms of the dense passage was finally realized. Meanwhile, a simplified lightning damage model was established, and the data model verified the surface, and the accuracy of the model was as high as 93.53%. Hybrid Optimization Algorithm for Handwritten Document Enhancement

The Gannet Optimization Algorithm (GOA) and the Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) demonstrate strong performance;however, there remains room for improvement in convergence and practical applications. This study introduces a hybrid optimization algorithm, named the adaptive inertia weight whale optimization algorithm and gannet optimization algorithm (AIWGOA), which addresses challenges in enhancing handwritten documents. The hybrid strategy integrates the strengths of both algorithms, significantly enhancing their capabilities, whereas the adaptive parameter strategy mitigates the need for manual parameter setting. By amalgamating the hybrid strategy and parameter-adaptive approach, the Gannet Optimization Algorithm was refined to yield the AIWGOA. Through a performance analysis of the CEC2013 benchmark, the AIWGOA demonstrates notable advantages across various metrics. Subsequently, an evaluation index was employed to assess the enhanced handwritten documents and images, affirming the superior practical application of the AIWGOA compared with other algorithms.

In view of the influence of aliasing noise on the effectiveness and accuracy of bearing fault diagnosis,a bearing fault diagnosis algorithm based on the spatial decoupling method of modified kernel principal component analysis(MKPCA)and the residual network with deformable convolution(DC‐ResNet)is innovatively ***,the Gaussian noise with different signal‐to‐noise ratios(SNRs)is added to the data to simulate the different degrees of noise in the actual data acquisition *** MKPCA is used to project the fault signal with different SNRs in the kernel space to reduce the data dimension and eliminate some noise ***,the DC‐ResNet model is used to further filter the noise effects and fully extract the fault features through the training of the preprocessed *** proposed algorithm is tested on the Case Western Reserve University(CWRU)and Xi'an Jiaotong University and Changxing Sumyoung Technology Co.,Ltd.(XJTU‐SY)bearing data sets with different SNR *** fault diagnosis accuracy can reach 100%within 30 min,which has better performance than most of the existing *** experimental results show that the algorithm has an excellent effect on accuracy and computation complexity under different noise levels.

Electronic medical records and doctor-patient conversations contain a wealth of useful information, such as disease symptoms, drug names, and cure cycles. Traditional deep learning approaches utilize bidirectional recurrent neural networks to encode text, which cannot effectively capture long-distance dependencies in text. In order to identify medical entity types in various texts more accurately, a named entity recognition approach based on RoBERTa-WWM-IDCNN-CRF is proposed. This approach introduces the RoBERTa-WWM pre-trained model, in order to improve the overall understanding of long Chinese texts for the first time. The model generates semantic representations containing prior knowledge. Then, the generated semantic representations are feed to the IDCNN to extract sentence level characteristics. Finally, the global optimal solution is obtained and the results of the named entity are produced through the CRF. The experiment indicates that the improvement of F1 score, accuracy, and recall of RoBERTa-WWM-IDCNN-CRF model are 7.94%, 4.52% and 10.02% comparing with the classical BiLSTM-CRF model. © 2024 IEEE.

For future Internet of Vehicles (IoV), communications and computing will converge to provide services. Federated learning (FL), as one of the typical distributed computing technologies, needs to be integrated with IoV. For such integration, FL suffers from the straggler effect that the entire learning speed is lowered down, because of the existence of the devices, such as low-powered road side units and vehicles, taking more time to complete their tasks. Although the existing mechanisms reduce straggler effects by adopting asynchronous mechanisms and clustering mechanisms, they lack the detailed analysis of the reasons and the impacts of each cause, leading to inefficiencies in the design of algorithm. Additionally, most of the existing work only considered the impact of a single factor in computation, communication, or data distribution, which lacks comprehensive on research for causes of stragglers effects. The bottleneck is that it is laborious to observe the time delay precisely with the existing high-calculating evaluations. In this article, we elaborately explore the effects of computing power, communication capability, and data distributions on the straggler effects with carefully designing and conducting the extensive experiments. After investigations, we propose a novel learning completion time estimation formula for low computing capability devices with mini-batch stochastic gradient decent (SGD). We compare our proposed estimation formula with the one based on floating operation per second (FLOPs). Through the evaluations, our formula can demonstrate the improvement up to 72.4% at docker and 32.4% at Raspberry Pi device compared to the existing work. © 2014 IEEE.

With the extensive penetration of distributed renewable energy and self-interested prosumers,the emerging power market tends to enable user autonomy by bottom-up control and distributed *** paper is devoted to solving the specific problems of distributed energy management and autonomous bidding and peer-to-peer(P2P)energy sharing among prosumers.A novel cloud-edge-based We-Market is presented,where the prosumers,as edge nodes with independent control,balance the electricity cost and thermal comfort by formulating a dynamic household energy management system(HEMS).Meanwhile,the autonomous bidding is initiated by prosumers via the modified Stone-Geary utility *** the cloud center,a distributed convergence bidding(CB)algorithm based on consistency criterion is developed,which promotes faster and fairer bidding through the interactive iteration with the edge ***,the proposed scheme is built on top of the commercial cloud platform with sufficiently secure and scalable computing *** results show the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed We-Market,which achieves 15%cost reduction with shorter running *** analysis indicates better scalability,which is more suitable for largerscale We-Market implementation.

In recent years, cloud computing has witnessed widespread applications across numerous organizations. Predicting workload and computing resource data can facilitate proactive service operation management, leading to substantial improvements in quality of service and cost efficiency. However, these data often exhibit non-linearity, high volatility, and interdependencies across different categories, presenting challenges for accurate forecasting. Consequently, there is a critical need to develop a method that thoroughly and comprehensively analyzes all available data to forecast future trends effectively. This work proposes a novel integrated data-enhanced prediction model named SVAPI for achieving high-accuracy workload prediction in cloud computing systems. SVAPI employs the Savitzky-Golay filter, Variational mode decomposition, and the mode selection based on Amplitude-aware Permutation entropy for feature processing, whose features are subsequently utilized by Informer for multivariate joint analysis of the enhanced data, achieving high-precision prediction. Ablation and comparative experiments with advanced prediction models are conducted on the Google cluster trace and other typical datasets. Realistic data-driven results indicate that SVAPI improves the prediction accuracy by 37.7% compared to the original Informer, with each module contributing to the performance enhancement. Furthermore, compared with Autoformer, SVAPI enhances the prediction accuracy of workload, CPU, and memory by 65.6%, 66.9%, and 70.8%, respectively, demonstrating that SVAPI owns strong abilities in noise filtering, feature processing, and multivariate joint analysis for achieving higher prediction accuracy. © 2014 IEEE.

Visual imagery is a critical perceptual source in human-robot interaction (HRI), extensively applied in various domains such as robotic navigation, target detection, and task planning. Aerial robots, also known as UAVs, are the typical representatives of teleoperation robots. The substantial distance between humans and remotely operated robots, coupled with the dynamic and open environments these robots navigate, exposes image-based HRI to significant security risks from both known and unknown threats. The trustworthiness of data sources is a fundamental prerequisite for ensuring the security of HRI systems. However, the multidimensionality of trust factors and the uncertainty of trust evidence have constrained its practical application. To advance this field, we have innovatively proposed a trust evaluation scheme based on multidimensional evidence fusion within the Belief Functions (BFs) framework. This scheme constructs an adaptive trust evaluation model capable of addressing both known and unknown threats. For known threats, we developed coarse-grained multidimensional trust elements and employed multiple lightweight SVM submodels to construct Basic Belief Assignments (BBAs), thereby achieving direct trust modeling and enabling rapid trust evaluation of images. Conversely, for unknown threats, we utilized pretrained models to establish fine-grained multidimensional trust elements, implementing indirect trust modeling through trust recommendation, thus facilitating indirect trust evaluation of images. We further combined direct and indirect trust to derive a overall trust assessment of the images, achieving adaptive dynamic trust evaluation in image-based HRI. Additionally, to more accurately represent image trustworthiness, we introduced a BBAs weighted fusion method, which aids in more rational trust aggregation.
