This paper proposes a Nonlinear Model-Predictive control (NMPC) method capable of finding and converging to energy-efficient regular oscillations, which require no control action to be sustained. The approach builds up on the recently developed Eigenmanifold theory, which defines the sets of line-shaped oscillations of a robot as an invariant two-dimensional submanifold of its state space. By defining the control problem as a nonlinear program (NLP), the controller is able to deal with constraints in the state and control variables and be energy-efficient not only in its final trajectory but also during the convergence phase. An initial implementation of this approach is proposed, analyzed, and tested in simulation.

In this paper, we are concerned with a new class of mean field games which involve a finite number of agents. With help of conditional mathematical expectation, we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the decentralized open-loop Nash equilibrium for finite-population games. By decoupling a non-standard forward-backward stochastic differential equation, we design a set of decentralized strategies in term of two differential Riccati equations. Instead of the s-Nash equilibrium, the set of decentralized strategies is shown be a Nash equilibrium. Furthermore, we examine the infinite-horizon problem and give a neat condition for solvability of the related algebraic Riccati equation.

Improving the ramp rate of thermal power units is an important way to solve the problem of large-scale consumption of new energy in *** deep utilization of the coal powder in the milling system is one of the methods to accelerate the response rate of the boiler,thereby improving the ramp rate of thermal power *** on the analysis of the working principle and characteristics of a milling system,this paper considers the effect of primary air flow on the dynamics of the milling system,improves the simplest model of the milling system,and introduces the improved model into a drum boiler unit *** on the model,a new control strategy is designed based on the deep utilization of the coal powder in the milling *** strategy is based on the predictive control algorithm and combines the traditional feedforward and decoupling control *** importantly,the dynamic compensation of the primary air flow is used to achieve the deep utilization of the coal powder in the milling system,thus rapidly changing the amount of coal powder entering the *** results show that the strategy can better ensure the rapidity and stability of the thermal power unit when the load is changed.

In this paper, aiming at the discontinuous ignition reentry optimization problem of powered hypersonic vehicle, the reentry trajectory characteristics at different ignition time and ignition duration are analyzed by multiphase Gauss pseudospectral method. Given the attack angle and piecewise linear function described bank angle profiles, the problem of discontinuous ignition for powered reentry trajectory optimization is transformed into a parameter planning problem of ignition time, ignition duration, bank angle parameters and total flight time. By solving the nonlinear multi-constraint parameter optimization problem, the optimal ignition time, ignition duration and bank angle are obtained. Zero value bank angle and real-time calculation bank angle simulation examples are designed to optimize bank angle and ignition commands, respectively. The simulation results show that the discontinuous ignition reentry trajectory optimization problem of powered hypersonic vehicle can be solved by parameterized bank angle profile.

In a social environment, there is a natural mutual force between people. This paper proposes a method for detecting group abnormal behavior based on the potential field method. The movement of a pedestrian is described as the movement towards the target under the combined action of several forces. Forces on pedestrians include the attractive force for themselves and the repulsive force between pedestrians. By calculating the resultant force between them, the behavior of pedestrians is judged according to a set threshold. It is verified through experiments on public data sets that our method has high accuracy and robustness.
