In recent years,the rapid development of wind power,resulting in large scale wind power consumptive difficult,wind energy is *** volatility and randomness of wind also brings great difficulties to wind power grid ***,based on the measured wind speed,a wind farm in Inner Mongolia area of our country in 2015 the power of data,from the analysis of the characteristics of wind power,the wind resource characteristics of abandoned wind characteristics,fluctuation characteristics and counter peaking characteristics and time *** research shows that the wind resource rich,serious abandoned wind,the maximum monthly rate of abandoned wind up to 28.7%days;output change rate is smaller,and the conventional power compensation device can timely carry on the output response;according to the ramp rate,you can select the appropriate unit to adapt to the fluctuation of wind power output of wind power operation;obviously,the anti-peaking,need further attention;wind power output characteristics of the time can be used to guide the grid *** to wind farm wind power characteristics,combined with the local power grid load situation,in order to develop a reasonable scheduling scheme.

In this paper, the privacy and security issues associated with the transactive energy system (TES) deployment over insecure communication links are addressed. In particular, it is ensured that (1) individual agents' bidding information is kept private throughout hierarchical market-based interactions;and (2) any extraneous data injection attack can be quickly and easily detected. An implementation framework is proposed to enable the cryptography-based enhancement of privacy and security for the deployment of any general hierarchical systems including TESs. Under the proposed framework, a unified cryptography-based approach is developed to achieve both privacy and security simultaneously. Specifically, privacy preservation is realized by an enhanced Paillier encryption scheme, where a block design is proposed to significantly improve computational efficiency. Attack detection is further achieved by an enhanced Paillier digital signature scheme, where a stamp-concatenation mechanism is proposed to enable detection of data replace and reorder attacks. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed cyber-resilient design for transactive energy systems. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Electric vehicles (EVs) have unparalleled advantages compared to traditional cars in energy saving and alleviating the dependence on fossil fuel. However, thousands of EVs charging at the same time will lead to bad impacts on the power grid, which may further increase the peak-valley difference and load fluctuation. This paper aims to find an optimal coordinated charging strategy of EVs with consideration of renewable energy involvement. Based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm, a coordinated charging control method is developed. EV users' satisfaction and the proportion of abandoned renewable energy are chosen to be part of the objective function. Monte-Carlo method is employed to simulate the charging behaviors of EV users. Simulation results under uncoordinated and coordinated charging scenarios are compared and analyzed, which shows that the proposed method can effectively smoothen the system load curve.

In pursuit of higher control performance and lower energy consumption in power generation process, an energy-saving generalized predictive control (ESGPC) algorithm is put forward in this paper based on the complex characteristics of gas turbine in combined cycle power plant. The proposed algorithm has a novel form of objective function which takes the input variables of system as energy consumption indicator. Furthermore, in rolling optimization process of ESGPC, the input constraints are considered for the improvement of control performance and further energy conservation. The remarkable advantages of ESGPC are demonstrated through simulation experiment on gas turbine in combined cycle power plant.

In this paper we use the conformal transformation known as linear fractional transformation (LFT), with the purpose of generating a discrete multivariable closed-loop benchmark from continuous multivariable closed-loop control system, having in mind state space identification. To reach this objective we propose a procedure based on the general framework representation (GFR) and on the multi input multi output (MIMO) LFT bilin-ear discretization process. We first use the LFT tool to obtain the continuous joint control-output (augmented) system form for representing the canonical closed-loop continuous system. Afterwards, we discretize the augmented continuous closed-loop system in order to obtain an augmented discrete model, then, we calculate the discrete plant and controller in the state space form. An application to the multivariable control of a continuous chemical reactor is presented and also we use the discrete benchmark generated to identify a state space model an example of the potential of the our proposal. Distributed energy systems with solar photovoltaic(PV) power grow rapidly in recent years in *** power forecasting is important for deep utilization and new exploitation of PV *** study advances power forecasting modelling of PV systems using a method based on similar day selection and M5’ model trees.A one-day-ahead power output forecast model is derived for an experimental *** meteorological forecasting data,historical power output,and the M5’ model trees are integrated to build this model.A 1-kW amorphous silicon solar photovoltaic power experiment system is used to verify the validity of the proposed *** test results show that the forecasting model and the method are effective and promising.

Intelligent decision-making (IDM) is a cornerstone of artificial intelligence (AI) designed to automate or augment decision processes. Modern IDM paradigms integrate advanced frameworks to enable intelligent agents to make effective and adaptive choices and decompose complex tasks into manageable steps, such as AI agents and high-level reinforcement learning. Recent advances in multimodal foundation-based approaches unify diverse input modalities—such as vision, language, and sensory data—into a cohesive decision-making process. Foundation models (FMs) have become pivotal in science and industry, transforming decision-making and research capabilities. Their large-scale, multimodal data-processing abilities foster adaptability and interdisciplinary breakthroughs across fields such as healthcare, life sciences, and education. This survey examines IDM's evolution, advanced paradigms with FMs and their transformative impact on decision-making across diverse scientific and industrial domains, highlighting the challenges and opportunities in building efficient, adaptive, and ethical decision systems. © 2025 The Authors

With the deepening research on wind farms, wake effects have gradually been paid attention to and used in wind farm optimization. During this development, the engineering wake models are adopted, which could be further improved in modeling accuracy. This paper adopts a control-oriented wake model to improve the modeling accuracy, especially in the near wake region. A double-Gaussian wake model is incorporated with appropriate wake deflection and combination models and a vertical wind profile function. Based on a Large-eddy simulated dataset, the proposed model is adopted and verified. The widely-used Gaussian wake model is also adopted and compared with the proposed model. Results show good agreement between the presented model and LES results, especially in the focused near wake region.

Tracking maneuvering target is a challenging problem and Interactive Multiple Model (IMM) is proved an effective solution for it. In multiple model, the constant turn model (CT) is usually used to describe the target's turning motion. However, fixed or partially adaptive turn angular rate μ is usually adopted in CT which leads to tracking accuracy decrease. In this paper, an improved interactive multiple model set based on self-adaptive CT model is proposed. In self-adaptive CT model, the value of the turn angular rate ω is calculated based on both x and y velocity instead of only one of them or fixed value. To verify the improvement, particle filter, which is proved an effective way to solve non Gaussian nonlinear problem, is used to track maneuvering target. The performance of the proposed multiple model set is verified in two different scenarios and compared to two widely used multiple model sets. Simulation results show that the proposed model set has better performance both in tracking accuracy and computational cost.

The security and stable operation of thermal power units plays a very important role in a power system,so the reliability evaluation of thermal power units has become a critical *** combining the advantages of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and the Elimination et Choice Translating Reality(ELECTRE) Ⅲ,a reliability evaluation method for thermal power units based on AHP and ELECTRE-Ⅲ is put forward.A new method of proposed "net" procedure is presented to rank these scheme with valued outranking *** advantages and disadvantages of the scheme are expressed from the harmony index and the discordance index,which constitute valued outranking relation by ELECTRE Ⅲ and weights of criteria are determined by *** method is clear and easily to be accepted by the decision maker with the person's actual decision thinking of human *** the results of the example analysis show that the method is feasible for the reliability evaluation of thermal power units.
