The rapid growth of mobile applications,the popularity of the Android system and its openness have attracted many hackers and even criminals,who are creating lots of Android ***,the current methods of Android malware detection need a lot of time in the feature engineering ***,these models have the defects of low detection rate,high complexity,and poor practicability,*** analyze the Android malware samples,and the distribution of malware and benign software in application programming interface(API)calls,permissions,and other *** classify the software’s threat levels based on the correlation of ***,we propose deep neural networks and convolutional neural networks with ensemble learning(DCEL),a new classifier fusion model for Android malware ***,DCEL preprocesses the malware data to remove redundant data,and converts the one-dimensional data into a two-dimensional gray ***,the ensemble learning approach is used to combine the deep neural network with the convolutional neural network,and the final classification results are obtained by voting on the prediction of each single *** based on the Drebin and Malgenome datasets show that compared with current state-of-art models,the proposed DCEL has a higher detection rate,higher recall rate,and lower computational cost.

Personalized recommendation is becoming increasingly important in online information systems in the current era of information explosion. In real-world scenarios, when a user considers which items to consume, the decision choice may be affected by her friends. For example, she may ask her friends for suggestions or be attracted by products purchased by one friend. As such, to provide satisfactory recommendation service, it is important to account for the evidence in social relations when they are available to use. Several prior efforts have been made to leverage social relations to build the recommender system and verified their utility. However, most existing methods, such as the well-known TrustSVD, leverage only first-order social relations, i.e., the direct neighbors that are connected to the target user. The high-order social relations, e.g., the friends of friends, which are very informative to reveal user preference, have been largely ignored. © 2023 IEEE.

Link prediction aims to identify potential missing triples in knowledge graphs. To get better results, some recent studies have introduced multimodal information to link prediction. However, these methods utilize multimodal information separately and neglect the complicated interaction between different modalities. In this paper, we aim at better modeling the inter-modality information and thus introduce a novel Interactive Multimodal Fusion (IMF) model to integrate knowledge from different modalities. To this end, we propose a two-stage multimodal fusion framework to preserve modality-specific knowledge as well as take advantage of the complementarity between different modalities. Instead of directly projecting different modalities into a unified space, our multimodal fusion module limits the representations of different modalities independent while leverages bilinear pooling for fusion and incorporates contrastive learning as additional constraints. Furthermore, the decision fusion module delivers the learned weighted average over the predictions of all modalities to better incorporate the complementarity of different modalities. Our approach has been demonstrated to be effective through empirical evaluations on several real-world datasets. This study aims to explore the latent structure of the Indonesian Teacher Engagement Index (ITEI) based on the ITEI survey results of primary school teachers in various regions of Indonesia. Exploration of the ITEI structure is obtained by identifying the main factors hidden in the ITEI survey data with machine learning. The machine learning method used is Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) with Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The ITEI dataset consists of 10,365 records, covering 44 items from 6 ITEI dimensions. The machine learning analysis yielded 4 main factors that became new dimensions, explaining the variation of 29 items. The four new factors found are summarized into the dimensions of Values and Ethics in Education, Personal and Social Development in Education, Character and Leadership in Education, and Social Competence and Justice in Education. This exploration was conducted to show the latent structure of the ITEI that matches the real situation and provide a deeper understanding of the main components that make up the teacher engagement index in Indonesia, so that conclusions can be drawn accurately from the survey results. The implications of these findings can be used to improve understanding and development of more effective education policies in the future. © 2024 IEEE.

The rapid development of multi-modal large language models (MLLMs) has positioned visual storytelling as a crucial area in content creation. However, existing models often struggle to maintain temporal, spatial, and narrative coherence across image sequences and frequently lack the depth and engagement of human-authored stories. To address these challenges, we propose Story with Large Language and Vision Assistant (StoryLLaVA), a novel framework for enhancing visual storytelling. Our approach introduces a Topic-Driven Narrative Optimizer (TDNO) that improves both the training data and MLLM models by integrating image descriptions, topic generation, and GPT-4-based refinements. Furthermore, we employ a preference-based ranked story sampling method that aligns model outputs with human storytelling preferences through positive-negative pairing. These two phases of the framework differ in their training methods: the former uses supervised fine-tuning, while the latter incorporates reinforcement learning with positive and negative sample pairs. Experimental results demonstrate that StoryLLaVA outperforms current models in visual relevance, coherence, and fluency, with LLM-based evaluations confirming the generation of richer and more engaging narratives. Simulation of electrophysiological cardiac models plays a critical role in enabling researchers to investigate the heart’s activity under various conditions. In this domain, the cell model assumes a significant position, as its accuracy and complexity have a direct impact on the reliability of simulation outcomes. Presently, most cell models are grounded in the Hodgkin-Huxley theory. However, some of these models prove sensitive to the initial values or time steps utilized in solving ordinary differential equations (ODEs). With the rapid advancements in deep learning, the application of this technology has expanded beyond image processing. In this paper, we propose a novel method to construct a cell model based on a neural network. Through experiments, we demonstrate that our new model exhibits high accuracy and robustness when compared to traditional cell models. The results validate the potential of employing deep learning techniques to enhance the reliability and performance of cardiac simulations, opening new avenues for future research in this domain. © 2023 IEEE.

Sequential DeepFake detection is an emerging task that predicts the manipulation sequence in order. Existing methods typically formulate it as an image-to-sequence problem, employing conventional Transformer architectures. However, these methods lack dedicated design and consequently result in limited performance. As such, this paper describes a new Transformer design, called TSOM, by exploring three perspectives: Texture, Shape, and Order of Manipulations. Our method features four major improvements: we describe a new texture-aware branch that effectively captures subtle manipulation traces with a Diversiform Pixel Difference Attention module. Then we introduce a Multi-source Cross-attention module to seek deep correlations among spatial and sequential features, enabling effective modeling of complex manipulation traces. To further enhance the cross-attention, we describe a Shape-guided Gaussian mapping strategy, providing initial priors of the manipulation shape. Finally, observing that the subsequent manipulation in a sequence may influence traces left in the preceding one, we intriguingly invert the prediction order from forward to backward, leading to notable gains as expected. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that our method outperforms others by a large margin, highlighting the superiority of our method. © 2025 IEEE.

The main control objective for the quad-rotor system is the attitude and position tracking control which is accomplished in this article using the backstepping fractional-order sliding mode control approach combined with the adaptive tuning based barrier function theory. The quad-rotor's dynamical model is obtained at the appearance of the disturbance that is entered to the quad-rotor system by an exterior force. Hence, the attitude and position tracking errors between the quad-rotor's actual states and their desired trajectory are defined. Afterward, the fractional-order sliding surfaces are defined to guarantee finite-time reachability of the defined tracking error. The designed fractional-order surface eases the control process due to the removal of the high-derivative of virtual controllers. Then, the extended adaptive barrier function laws named fractional-order-based adaptive barrier function laws are employed to eliminate the knowledge of the upper bounds of external disturbances. The Lyapunov theory concept mixed with the backstepping control strategy is used to demonstrate that the fractional-order sliding surface reaches the neighborhood of origin in the finite time. Finally, simulation results in various scenarios on the MATLAB/ Simulink environment are provided to show that the designed control procedure in this article is an efficient control technique to assure that attitude and position's trajectories of the quad-rotor system track desired trajectories properly in the existence of the external disturbances. Moreover, the designed method is compared to the existing method to validate the efficiency of the proposed method. Lastly, experimental results using the Speedgoat real-time target machine is implemented to assure validity of the recommended method. © 1965-2011 IEEE.

The main objective of this project is to create a user-friendly intelligent chatbot for Medical guidance and support. This application has been classified into two different modes based on user preference, those are Online and Offline modes of interaction. In the Online mode of interaction, there is no need for any automation, there will be a real person at the other end answering user queries. Users can even ask for untrained data and will receive instant replies. This application is similar to a normal chat application, but the main disadvantage is that a real person is needed at the other end at all times. In the Offline mode of conversation which is entirely automated the user will be performing an interaction with the chatbot itself. The chatbot must consist of data sets and trained data collection, in this process there is no need for any real person, the chatbot itself will reply instantly based on the trained data. The chatbot will be more accurate when a large number of data is trained. This application is compatible with working in various browsers and varied networks. The Admin of the application plays a significant role. Admin can access all the given functions and is responsible for data training. data training plays a vital role in this application, the trained data will be used by the chatbot while answering user queries i.e. Offline mode. This chatbot application can be accessed by several users at the same time, where IP address plays the main role. The main function of this application is that user can post their corresponding queries and the application will be providing relevant information based on queries. The Latest Modern chatbots are used in applications where simple interaction is needed, for example, service and marketing technology to provide answers such as products, services, and consultancy. If the customer's queries don't match with the trained data sets, the customer will be escalated to manual interaction i.e. Online mode. © 2024 IE
