A precise and durable health management strategy for battery power systems is crucial to maintaining the reliable operation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs).This paper introduces an adaptive Decay Regularized Stochastic Configuration Networks(DRSCN) with Multi-level data processing for UAVs Battery Remaining Useful Life(RUL) Prediction. Firstly, a Multi source Signal Enhancement Analysis Framework (MSEAF) is effectively presented to criticalbattery health indicators from complex signals. Moreover, a significant innovation is enhancing the SCN model’s output layer, which introduces Decay Regularization to sparsify the layer’s weights, significantly reducing the risk of overfitting in later prediction stages. To further re fine and optimize DRSCN, a Convex Lens and Dual-Mechanism Enhanced Sand Cat Swarm Optimization (CLDM-SCSO) algorithm is employed for precise hyperparameter tuning, fur ther improving prediction accuracy. Finally, extensive control and ablation experiments on the NASA HIRF battery dataset validate the framework’s superior prediction accuracy and relia bility over existing methods, offering an efficient and reliable UAV battery health monitoring solution. © 2024, The Authors. In this paper, we look at how measurement error affects the statistical performance of the s chart. The linear covariate error model is used to evaluate the efficiency of the s chart with measurement error. The influence of input factors on the performance of the s chart is explored using the linear covariate error model. Shorter out-of-control average run lengths of the s chart are seen to be connected to smaller measurement error ratios, higher coefficient B values, and more repeated measurements of each item in each sample. To illustrate how to use the s chart when there is measurement error, an example is given. © 2023 SPIE.

Context: Interest in development and operations is growing as many security issues arise. The main principle of Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) achieves the efficient collaboration among the development, the security, and the operation teams to meet the requirement of customers as fast as possible. However, there are limited reviews on DevSecOps especially for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).Objective: We aim at thoroughly reviewing existing studies relevant to DevSecOps and SMEs in software engineering. This paper is based on a practical perspective to the development process ***: Our work selected 52 peer-reviewed papers for a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). We used well-known online databases for getting selected paper and systematically analyzed ***: We explored the necessity to adapt DevSecOps methodology and what challenges are there to be overcome. The main benefits are cost saving, the enhancement of security management, and the mitigation of time and human errors, whereas the challenges are people resistance, organization issue, and lack of references. We also proposed a novel model for implementing DevSecOps in SMEs, which have the lack of ***: This study concludes benefits and difficulties when SMEs adapt DevSecOps. Stirring generated by low gas flowrates helps improve steel quality and minimize oxidation. The soft bubbling phenomenon has been studied using a combination of multiple microphones and image sensors in both physical modeling and industrial trials. In the cold model, stirring was monitored under a range of conditions including closed-eye situations. In addition, ladle eye sizes measured at thicker oil heights indicated different trends than previous studies. Overall, the study suggested that an acoustic approach can provide a more robust signal for closed-ladle eye stirring at low gas flow rates compared to image sensors. In particular, the closing of an "eye" is easily detected from a sound signal. Further testing in an industrial environment is required. © 2022 by the Association for Iron & Steel Technology

Evaluating student performance is important for universities and institutions in the current student education landscape because it helps them create models that work better for students. The automation of various features related to fundamental student traits and behaviours that manage massive amounts of data efficiently processes these. To handle student records that included information about students' behaviour and how it related to their academic performance, the companies employed models of classification with mining concepts. Additionally, the quality of result classification can be substantially improved by using learning analytics and Educational Data Mining (EDM). The educational establishments are making an effort to lower the low student performance. To address this issue, numerous methods for assessing student performance have been devised, allowing the relevant faculties to intervene and enhance the final product. Three classes—Low Performance Student, Average Student, and Smart Student—were created using the K-Mean Clustering methodology for classifying student records. Features including grade point, number of deficits, student attendance, medium of education, and board of education are taken into account when classifying the data. In this case, the WEKA tool is also utilized for implementing the model and outcome assessments.

In bioinformatics, the exact classification of DNA sequences is essential to increasing comprehension of genetic structures and functionalities. This research introduces an enhanced Naive Bayes approach (ENB) specifically designed to handle more complexities related to DNA sequence data. This research integrates advanced feature weighting and optimized probability estimation techniques to enhance classification accuracy substantially. The proposed work demonstrated superior efficacy to traditional ML algorithms like Random Forest, SVM, Decision-Trees, K-Nearest Neighbors, Gradient Boosting etc. The proposed method attained a level of accuracy of 98%, and proposed approach performs better than the other models, with 94% accuracy in Logistic Regression coming in second.

The article demonstrates the brief fabrication method of the flexible organic thin film transistor (OTFT) developed earlier and its utilization for the development of various basic logic gates (NAND, NOR, AND, NOT, and OR Gates). The compact modeling of the fabricated device and the implementation of the logic gates has been carried out using Silvaco-Techmodeler and Silvaco-Gateway tools, respectively. The device can operate at -2 V supply with good electrical characteristics in terms of -2μ A drain current, ION/IOFF ∼ 103 ' and μp∼ 0.1cm2/V-sec respectively. The Silvaco-Gateway tool implements the logic gates with excellent characteristics, demonstrating logic swing of 1.18 V and a delay of 3.7 ns. The logic gates also possess a good transient characteristic with all four possible logic inputs (00, 01, 10, and 11). The Silvaco-Techmodeler tool models the device with an accuracy of approximately 100%, with a 0.07% and 0.08% error between the experimental and modeled data, respectively. The cost-efficiently fabricated solution-processed transistor in this article can be further utilized in the fields of medical and sensing applications. © 2025 IEEE.

The mass generation of green energy through the pathway of Renewable Energy Sources (RES), is one of the major decisive components contributing to the concept of decarbonization. The energy sector assessment reveals that out of per kWh energy produced, renewable energy emits between 9 and 1000 gCO2 equivalent on a life-cycle basis. Contemplating the literature and the latest reports released by world-wide energy department(s), this study presents a comprehensive concept of carbon footprint, its causes and effects including major impact on biodiversity and human life. The study discusses the substantial steps taken by developing countries like India in leveraging RES for the production of energy and its progressive impact on ecology. The discussion would be inclusive of major change and transformation which has brought significant drop of 16% in the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by installation of 104.9 GW of RES excluding Hydro. The appropriate steps taken forward therefore align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nation (UN) in achieving net zero emission (NZE).

This paper develops a technique for detecting violations of conditional functional dependencies in distributed database systems. For a given database that has a set of functional dependencies as a data quality rule, we want to identify tuples in the database that violate these rules. When the provided database is a centralized database, there have been simple SQL-based techniques available for finding violations of the conditional functional dependencies for this particular database. However, it is more challenging to detect violations in distributed databases. Numerous works already published concentrate on functional dependency error estimation in centralized settings where data are kept in a single place, with the aim of reducing the time and space requirements of the estimation methods. With the design and execution of the heuristic algorithm, a remedy for breaches of conditional functional dependencies in the distributed database is suggested. Our key goal for the distributed data is to solve the shipment issue. To assess the efficacy of our plan and algorithm, a series of experiments are created and carried out. © 2023 IEEE.

Accurately predicting the trajectories of surrounding vehicles and assessing the collision risks are essential to avoid side and rear-end collisions caused by *** improve the safety of autonomous vehicles in the mixed traffic,this study proposes a cut-in prediction and risk assessment method with considering the interactions of multiple traffic *** integration of the support vector machine and Gaussian mixture model(SVM-GMM)is developed to simultaneously predict cut-in behavior and *** dimension of the input features is reduced through Chebyshev fitting to improve the training efficiency as well as the online inference *** on the predicted trajectory of the cut-in vehicle and the responsive actions of the autonomous vehicles,two risk measurements are introduced to formulate the comprehensive interaction risk through the combination of Sigmoid function and Softmax ***,the comparative analysis is performed to validate the proposed method using the naturalistic driving *** results show that the proposed method can predict the trajectory with higher precision and effectively evaluate the risk level of a cut-in maneuver compared to the methods without considering interaction.
