According to the increasingly severe situation of electricity safety. Aiming at the difficulty in extracting arc fault features in low-voltage three-phase systems and the inconspicuous phase distinction, a three-phase arc fault phase selection method based on improved LSTM-TCN neural network is proposed. Firstly, the structure and activation function of Long Short-Term Memory Network (LSTM) and Temporal Convolutional Network (TCN) are improved according to the experimental data. Finally, the feature vectors obtained by the improved LSTM and the improved TCN are fused to determine the arc fault and the difference. The experimental results show that the model structure proposed in this paper can effectively extract the characteristics of three-phase arc faults and phases. It is of great significance to industrial and household electrical safety. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Prediction Model for Gas Outburst Intensity of Coal Mining Face Based on Improved PSO and LSSVM

For the problems of nonlinearity,uncertainty and low prediction accuracy in the gas outburst prediction of coal mining face,the least squares support vector machine(LSSVM)is proposed to establish the prediction ***,considering the inertia coefficients as global parameters lacks the ability to improve the solution for the traditional particle swarm optimization(PSO),an improved PSO(IPSO)algorithm is introduced to adjust different inertia weights in updating the particle swarm and solve the fitness to ***,the penalty factor and kernel function parameter of LSSVM are searched automatically,and the regression accuracy and generalization performance is enhanced by applying ***,to verify the proposed prediction model,the model is applied for gas outburst prediction of Jiuli Hill coal mine in Jiaozuo City,and the results are compared with that of PSO-SVM model,IGA-LSSVM model and BP *** results show that the relative errors of the proposed model are not greater than 2.7%,and the prediction accuracy is higher than other three prediction *** IPSO-LSSVM model can be used to predict the intensity of gas outburst of coal mining face effectively.

Magnetically coupled rodless cylinders are widely used in the coordinate positioning of mechanical arms,electro-static paintings,and other industrial ***,they exhibit strong nonlinear characteristics,which lead to low servo control *** this study,a mass-flow equation through the valve port was derived to improve the control performance,considering the characteristics of the dynamics and throttle-hole ***,a fric-tion model combining static,viscous,and Coulomb friction with a zero-velocity interval was *** addition,energy and dynamic models were set for the experimental investigation of the magnetically coupled rodless cylin-der.A nonlinear mathematical model for the position of the magnetically coupled rodless cylinder was *** incremental PID controller was designed for the magnetically coupled rodless cylinder to control this system,and the PID parameters were adjusted online using RBF neural *** response results of the PID parameters based on the RBF neural network were compared with those of the traditional incremental PID control,which proved the superiority of the optimization control algorithm of the incremental PID parameters based on the RBF neural network servo control *** experimental results of this model were compared with the simulation *** average error between the established model and the actual system was 0.005175054(m),which was approximately 2.588%of the total travel length,demonstrating the accuracy of the theoretical model.

Consequent-pole permanent magnet synchronous machines(CP-PMSMs)have attracted considerable interest as a means of reducing manufacturing costs through a marked reduction in the volume of permanent magnet required to meet a particular torque *** this paper,novel rotor topologies for a CP-PMSM are derived to unlock the full design space *** ON/OFF method is introduced to manage the laminated steel material distribution over the rotor region,high average torque and low torque ripple are the objects of rotor design,and the immune algorithm is used to search for the optimal material distribution for the formulated *** than 9000 different rotor topologies are created and evaluated within 12 hours by this *** optimal topologies under different design strategy are presented,and performance of these topologies are *** analysis results show that the proposed methodology can deliver novel rotor topologies for the CP-PMSM with surprising torque quality since the torque ripple is suppressed to a low level with no average torque sacrifice.

Electric vehicles have developed rapidly all over the world. The performance of battery management system (BMS) has a great influence on the energy management and safety of batteries. State of charge (SOC) estimation is one of the core functions of BMS. In this paper, a method for whole-life-cycle SOC estimation based on simplified first principle (SFP) model and dual adaptive extended Kalman filter (DAEKF) algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the aging experiment of lithium batteries is carried out, and parameters of SFP model is identified offline. Secondly, the sensitivity of parameters is analyzed and the parameters that need to be corrected online are selected. Then, parameters are updated online based on DAEKF algorithm, so as to obtain high accurate SOC estimation results for the whole life. It can be known from experiment that the SOC estimation errors in different aging stages are all below 2.5%. © 2023 IEEE.

To simplify the control algorithm, balance the neutral point potential and reduce the switching loss, a novel hybrid DPWM algorithm is proposed with the advantages of carrier modulation and voltage space vector. The three-dimensional switching sequence is calculated by the voltage space vector method. Then, a general special solution planning programmed DPWM based on voltage-second balance principle is proposed to calculate the switching action time, which can overcome the complicated calculation of the traditional voltage space vector method and overcome the complicated problem of the traditional carrier modulation zero-sequence voltage calculation. In addition, a neutral potential hysteresis control method is proposed by controlling the zero-sequence voltage component to achieve the control of the midpoint current. Simulation and experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. © 2021, Politechnica University of Bucharest. All rights reserved.

In order to solve the problem that the fault signal of the draught fan contains a large amount of noise and is difficult to extract in practical applications, a fault diagnosis method of the draught fan bearing combining Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) and Maximum Correlation Kurtosis Deconvolution (MCKD) was proposed. In the first place, EMD is used to rot the first flare into a sequence of essential mode purpose (IMF), and the signal-to-noise proportion and kurtosis value of each IMF are deliberated to cover out the more clear IMFs for rebuilding, and then the MCKD algorithm is used to denoise the reconstructed signal to highlight the effective periodic impact component in the signal,and eventually the envelope range analysis of the procedure flare is convey out to obtain the responsibility recurrence from the wrapping spectrum. The test consequence indicate that the fault feature frequency of the fan. bearing can be virtually obtained by combining the fault diagnosis manner of EMD and MCKD. © 2024 IEEE.

The event-triggered control problem of switched nonlinear cyber-physical systems (CPSs) is investigated under average dwell time (ADT). A new dynamic gain is proposed, which can effectively compensate for the unknown growth rate and measurement sensitivity. Then, a switched observer integrated with a novel dynamic gain is designed and an event-triggered output feedback controller is developed, which can effectively mitigate the communication burden. Finally, it is proved that all the closed-loop signals are bounded and all system states converge to the origin. Accordingly, the effectiveness of the presented scheme is verified through the simulation of switched RLC circuit system.

In order to solve the problem of large attitude calculation errors in micro electro mechanical system-inertial measurement unit (MEMS-IMU), an attitude solution system and method based on array MEMS-IMU data fusion is proposed. The array MEMS chip quaternion vector averaging method is used for axis alignment, and then the array MEMS-IMU data is fused and improved dynamic Kalman filtering method is used to solve the attitude of the moving carrier. The proposed method is validated through attitude rotation experiments on a precision turntable. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional array MEMS-IMU without axis alignment and the precision turntable axisalignment method, the attitude solving accuracy of the proposed method is about 2.3 times higher than that of the array MEMS-IMU without axis alignment method, which is basically the same as that of the precision turntable axis alignment method. It is verified that the proposed method can simply and efficiently improve the attitude calculation accuracy, and has certain engineering application value. © 2024 IEEE.
