With the diversification of space-based information network task requirements and the dramatic increase in demand, the efficient scheduling of various tasks in space-based information network becomes a new challenge. To address the problems of a limited number of resources and resource heterogeneity in the space-based information network, we propose a bilateral pre-processing model for tasks and resources in the scheduling pre-processing stage. We use an improved fuzzy clustering method to cluster tasks and resources and design coding rules and matching methods to match similar categories to improve the clustering effect. We propose a space-based information network task scheduling strategy based on an ant colony simulated annealing algorithm for the problems of high latency of space-based information network communication and high resource dynamics. The strategy can efficiently complete the task and resource matching and improve the task scheduling performance. The experimental results show that our proposed task scheduling strategy has less task execution time and higher resource utilization than other algorithms under the same experimental conditions. It has significantly improved scheduling performance.

Recently, intensive attempts have been made to design robust models for fine-grained visual recognition, most notably are the impressive gains for training with noisy labels by incorporating a reweighting strategy into a meta-learning framework. However, it is limited to up or downweighting the contribution of an instance for label reweighting approaches in the learning process. To solve this issue, a novel noise-tolerant method with auxiliary web data is proposed. Specifically, first, the associations made from embeddings of well-labeled data with those of web data and back at the same class are measured. Next, its association probability is employed as a weighting fusion strategy into angular margin-based loss, which makes the trained model robust to noisy datasets. To reduce the influence of the gap between the well-labeled and noisy web data, a bridge schema is proposed via the corresponding loss that encourages the learned embeddings to be coherent. Lastly, the formulation is encapsulated into the meta-learning framework, which can reduce the overfitting of models and learn the network parameters to be noise-tolerant. Extensive experiments are performed on benchmark datasets, and the results clearly show the superiority of the proposed method over existing state-of-the-art approaches.

The perception in most existing vision-based reinforcement learning(RL) models for robotic manipulation relies heavily on static third-person or hand-mounted first-person cameras. In scenarios with occlusions and limited maneuvering space, these carefully positioned cameras often struggle to provide effective visual observations during manipulation. Taking inspiration from human capabilities, we introduce a novel RL-based dual-arm active visual-guided manipulation model(DAVMM), which simultaneously infers “eye” actions and “hand” actions for two separate robotic arms(referred to as the vision-arm and the worker-arm) based on current observations, empowering the robot with the ability to actively perceive and interact with its environment. To handle the extensive redundant observation-action space, we propose a decouplable target-centric reward paradigm to offer stable guidance for the training process. For making fine-grained manipulation action decisions, alongside a global scene image encoder, we utilize an independent encoder to extract local target texture features,enabling the simultaneous acquisition of both global and detailed local information. Additionally, we employ residual-RL and curriculum learning techniques to further enhance our model's sample efficiency and training stability. We conducted comparative experiments and analyses of DAVMM against a set of strong baselines on three occluded and narrow-space manipulation tasks. DAVMM notably improves the success rates across all manipulation tasks and showcases rapid learning capabilities.

Multi-label classification is a challenging problem that has attracted significant attention from researchers, particularly in the domain of image and text attribute annotation. However, multi-label datasets are prone to serious intra-class and inter-class imbalance problems, which can significantly degrade the classification performance. To address the above issues, we propose the multi-label weighted broad learning system(MLW-BLS) from the perspective of label imbalance weighting and label correlation mining. Further, we propose the multi-label adaptive weighted broad learning system(MLAW-BLS) to adaptively adjust the specific weights and values of labels of MLW-BLS and construct an efficient imbalanced classifier set. Extensive experiments are conducted on various datasets to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed model, and the results demonstrate its superiority over other advanced approaches.
