This study addresses the resilient sliding mode control(SMC) problem for two-dimensional cyber-physical systems(2D CPSs) characterized by the Roesser model under denial-of-service attack(DoSA), which can interfere with signal transmission over the communication network. First, the DoS-A model is established by introducing constraints on the Do S frequency and duration. Then, based on active or silent attack situations, the considered system is described as a switched mode. Furthermore, together with Lyapunov theory, the average dwell time technique is employed to deduce sufficient criteria that assure the existence of the desired sliding mode controller. Finally, verification examples are provided to show the validity of the established SMC scheme.

In the cloud era, the control objects are becoming larger and the information processing is more complex, and it is difficult for traditional control systems to process massive data in a timely manner. In view of the difficulty of data processing in the cloud era, it is extremely important to perform massive data operations through cloud servers. Unmanned aeriel vehicle(UAV) control is the representative of the intelligent field. Based on the ant colony algorithm and incorporating the potential field method, an improved potential field ant colony algorithm is designed. To deal with the path planning problem of UAVs, the potential field ant colony algorithm shortens the optimal path distance by 6.7%, increases the algorithm running time by39.3%, and increases the maximum distance by 24.1% compared with the previous improvement. The cloud server is used to process the path problem of the UAV and feedback the calculation results in real time. Simulation experiments verify the effectiveness of the new algorithm in the cloud environment.

Parity–time(PT) and quasi-anti-parity–time(quasi-APT) symmetric optical gyroscopes have been proposed recently which enhance Sagnac frequency splitting. However, the operation of gyroscopes at the exceptional point(EP) is challenging due to strict fabrication requirements and experimental uncertainties. We propose a new quasi-APT-symmetric micro-optical gyroscope which can be operated at the EP by easily shifting the Kerr nonlinearity. A single resonator is used as the core sensitive component of the quasi-APT-symmetric optical gyroscope to reduce the size, overcome the strict structural requirements and detect small rotation rates. Moreover, the proposed scheme also has an easy readout method for the frequency splitting. As a result, the device achieves a frequency splitting 10~5 times higher than that of a classical resonant optical gyroscope with the Earth's rotation. This proposal paves the way for a new and valuable method for the engineering of micro-optical gyroscopes.
