Background: After a smooth development of life expectancy per capita and fertility in the nineteenth century, the global population increased in size. Along with the demographic shift in the late nineteenth century, the phenomenon of population aging began to appear in developed countries. A survey from UN reports that by 2050, one in six people worldwide will be over 65 years old (16%), compared to 11 (9%) in 2019. According to another survey, 55% of people over the age of 60 suffer from joint diseases, and the number of people suffering from stroke, arthritis and other knee diseases will also increase accordingly. Objective: An overview of the classification and characteristics of today's knee rehabilitation devices and future developments. Methods: This review discusses the existing knee rehabilitation devices, including various prod-ucts on the market, patents and some conceptual devices, in the context of the structural characteristics of the knee joint and the rehabilitation requirements of different knee conditions or after knee arthroplasty, and systematically introduces their structural features, differences and the rehabilitation effects achieved. Results: A comparative analysis of three types of passive knee rehabilitation devices according to their use was conducted to summarize the typical characteristics. The problems that exist in today's rehabilitation devices are also analyzed, and their development trends are looked forward to. Conclusion: Knee rehabilitation equipment has a high degree of structural richness, but it does not achieve a good balance of convenience, comfort and functionality, and there should be some room for improvement in the materials, volume of the power source and transmission form of the power system. There will be a good development in the future of knee joint recovery. © 2022 Bentham science Publishers.

Silicon/carbon composites are promising alternatives to current graphite anodes in commercial lithiumion batteries(LIBs)because of their high capacity and excellent ***,the unsatisfactory fastcharging capability and cycle stability of Si/C composites caused by slow charge transport capability and huge volume change under industrial electrode conditions severely hamper their ***,a novel Si/C anode was fabricated by homogeneously depositing amorphous C-Si nanolayers on graphite(C-Si@graphite).C-Si nanolayers with uniformly dispersed sub-nanometer Si particles in 3D carbon skeleton significantly boost electron and Li-ion transport and efficiently relieve Si's agglomeration and volume *** a result,the tailored C-Si@graphite electrodes show an excellent rate capacity(760.3 mAh·g^(-1)at 5.0C)and long cycle life of over 1000 cycles at 1.0C and800 cycles at 2.0C under industrial electrode *** addition,the assembled full cells(C-Si@graphite,anode;Li[Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)]O_(2),cathode)present superior fastcharging capability(240.4 Wh·kg^(-1),charging for16.2 min,3.0C)and long cycle life(80.7%capacity retention after 500 cycles at 1.0C),demonstrating the massive potential of C-Si@graphite for practical application.

In recent years, organic-inorganic hybrid metal halide perovskites have attracted widespread attention in the field of optoelectronics due to their advantages such as high color purity, solution processability, and adjustable band gap. Perovskites, as the light-emitting functional layer material of light-emitting devices, are very sensitive to water and oxygen in the air. Usually, the preparation of such perovskite films needs to be carried out in a glove box filled with inert gas, which makes it difficult to achieve industrial mass production. This study attempts to prepare perovskite luminescent films in an air environment. In the preparation of perovskite precursor solution, three preparation methods, pure MAPbBr3, MAPbBr3 + GBA, and MAPbBr3 + GBA + PEO, were used, respectively. The luminescence properties and film quality of the formed films were compared. The main conclusions could be drawn as follows: 1) The addition of GBA and PEO improves the photoluminescence properties of the film, among which the MAPbBr3 + GBA + PEO film has the best luminescence performance. 2) SEM morphology observations show that pores in the MAPbBr3 + GBA + PEO film are smaller, the grains are more tightly bonded, and XRD analysis shows that its crystallization quality is better, proving that the addition of GBA and PEO is beneficial to passivating the defects of the perovskite film. 3) The prepared MAPbBr3 + GBA + PEO film was placed in air for a week, and the PL intensity remained at 95.5% of the initial value, indicating that it has good stability in the air environment, and the film was also used to make a perovskite light-emitting diode that can emit green light, further confirming the feasibility of synthesizing perovskite light-emitting films in air. This study has a certain role in promoting the synthesis of perovskite light-emitting films in air and large-scale industrial production. © 2025 Optica Publishing Group under the terms of the Optica Open Access Publishing Agreement

In this paper, the weighted-TOPSIS method and logistics attraction model are proposed to construct the urban logistics network model of Guangdong Province. Then, a complex network analysis method is adopted to analyze the node importance, edge importance, and network aggregation. It is found that a few nodes and edges play a crucial role in the network, and the whole network presents the characteristics of uneven distribution. The development of urban logistics is uneven. Given these problems, this research puts forward corresponding suggestions. This paper's research framework and methods also apply to other provinces. It provides a reference for constructing high-quality urban logistics. © 2023 SPIE.

The key to improving the efficiency of lithium-ion battery systems and reducing safety incidents is that the battery management system can accurately estimate the state of lithiumion batteries, including the state of charge and the state of health. At present, the commonly used algorithms do not achieve an effective balance between accuracy and complexity, and it is difficult to apply them in practice. Therefore, on the basis of the existing algorithms, this paper proposes to reduce the order of the equivalent circuit model, simplify the observer polynomial, achieve low computational complexity, and use a processor with limited storage to complete the estimations. The simulation and experimental results confirm that the maximum absolute error of the state of charge and state of health of the lithium-ion battery systems fully meet the requirements of practical use. Compared with the reference method, there is no obvious difference in convergence speed and stability, but the run time is relatively faster. The proposed method has a significant simplification effect. © 2024 IEEE.

Different from the traditional FMCW radar signal processing method, this paper mainly explores the application of the time-frequency analysis method of the reflected intermediate frequency of millimeter wave radar in fretting detection. The radar echo data are analyzed by FFT, wavelet transform and Hilbert yellow transform. This topic mainly uses human gesture targets as the micromotion feature to detect. Under the three designed gestures, the time-frequency analysis method proposed in this topic combined with a convolutional neural network achieves a high recognition success rate. The motion detection technology proposed in this paper can be applied to millimeter wave radar under THE FMCW system. It can detect and classify tiny motions under complex backgrounds and show good recognition ability under strong interference. It can be used in medical treatment, automobile and other fields to play the role of accurate identification. © 2024 IEEE.

At present, infrared image can show good detection effect in complex environment because of its unique imaging characteristics, which brings a lot of convenience to people's production and life. However, because the infrared image contains a great lot of unnecessary information, it has great requirements for computing power and memory capacity, so it is challenging to satisfy the demands of real-time detection on resource-constrained portable mobile devices. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a refined lightweight algorithm built upon the YOLOv5, which changes the backbone network of the model to GhostNet network, introduces CA attention mechanism into the model to improve the detection effect of small targets, and changes the loss function of the model to Focal-EIoU loss function to improve the location effect of the boundary box and quicken the model's rate of convergence. Then replace the conventional convolution used in the sampling process of the model with the space-to-depth convolution module, in order to enhance the model's detection performance on low-resolution images and enable the extraction of more feature information. According to the experimental results, the enhanced detection algorithm is just 1% less than the initial YOLOv5 algorithm, and the model volume and floating point calculation are reduced by 31.9% and 36% respectively. This is better suited for deployments that are lightweight. © 2024 SPIE.

Generating photo-realistic images from a text description is a challenging problem in computer *** works have shown promising performance to generate synthetic images conditional on text by Generative Adversarial Networks(GANs).In this paper,we focus on the category-consistent and relativistic diverse constraints to optimize the diversity of synthetic *** on those constraints,a category-consistent and relativistic diverse conditional GAN(CRD-CGAN)is proposed to synthesize K photo-realistic images *** use the attention loss and diversity loss to improve the sensitivity of the GAN to word attention and ***,we employ the relativistic conditional loss to estimate the probability of relatively real or fake for synthetic images,which can improve the performance of basic conditional ***,we introduce a category-consistent loss to alleviate the over-category issues between K synthetic *** evaluate our approach using the Caltech-UCSD Birds-200-2011,Oxford 102 flower and MS COCO 2014 datasets,and the extensive experiments demonstrate superiority of the proposed method in comparison with state-of-the-art methods in terms of photorealistic and diversity of the generated synthetic images.

With the advancement of sensor technology, the acquisition of color point clouds has become increasingly convenient,providing valuable information for point cloud registration. In pursuit of more effective use of color information and improvement of both speed and accuracy in point cloud registration, we propose a novel algorithm for color point cloud registration based on a local gray order pattern. A color feature key point extraction algorithm based on Features from Accelerated Segment Test(FAST) is first introduced, and then the color distribution of adjacent points of the extracted key points is used to describe the features of the key points to establish the feature descriptor based on the local gray order pattern(LGOP). Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm significantly enhances the accuracy of point cloud matching without a corresponding increase in computational time for the point clouds with color information.
