In this paper, a blind audio watermarking scheme using stereo signals is proposed. In the proposed scheme, each bit of watermark bit stream is embedded into ldquonon-silentrdquo samples of stereo audio signals. The watermark bits can be embedded by replacing least significant bit or bits in higher bit layers of original signal samples. Robustness and performance of this audio watermarking scheme under different types of attacks, such as addition of noise, MP3 compression and re-sampling are investigated. Watermark extraction rates are calculated. Different audio signals including music, speech are used for the experiments. It is found that the proposed audio watermarking scheme, compared with the use of single channel signals, is much more robust against addition of white noise.

During production or commercialization of fine iron powder, water content is the most important parameter for evaluating and controlling the fine iron powder properties. In order to improve the portability, operability, and speed of the water determination and to reduce testing cost, a new method to quickly detect the water content in fine iron powder using capacitance type sensor is put forward. The basic principle and characteristics of this measuring technique are examined. Structure and testing circuit for the capacity sensor are designed with parameters optimized through experimental research. A mathematical model to correlate water content to the capacitance is proposed. The present work had laid the foundation for developing an utility-type fast detecting device for water content in fine iron powder which can be adopted in real-time monitoring for processing or trading of fine iron powder.

With the improvement of the capability of the internet and spread of its overcastting area,it is possible to transmit industrial field data in a long distance on the Internet and display them on a remote PC. And controlling field data collection on the internet is a great improvement for data sampling devices. Based on embedded processor LPC2100 and Ethernet interface controller RTL80/9AS. hardware of data collecting module is designed in this paper. In the software design of the module,embedded real time operating system,uC/OS-If,is transplanted into the LPC22I0. And the TCP/IP protocol is realized based on sOCKET API provide by ZLG/IP. The module can collect 8-channel analog signals in timing;transmit the collecting data to the Internet on the protocol of TCP/IP;and realize the long-distance transmitting of field industrial data on the Internet. The hardware diagram and main part circuit is given in details. The flowcharts of software design illustrate the procedure of programming.

In this study the pulse wave characteristics were used as a new approach to measure the human blood pressure. Based the principle of pulse wave and theory of the elastic vascular, the authors analyzed the characteristic of the pulse waveforms and revealed the characteristics points which could be used to represent the blood pressure. In this investigation the relevant mathematical feature was used to identify the relationship between the blood pressure and pulse wave parameters in a more accurate way. It also provided an experimental basis to carry out continuing non‐invasive blood pressure monitoring using the pulse wave method.

Present application status of CCD mosaics is introduced the error type which the technology of CCD mosaic produced is analyzed. A model which can analyze influence for overlap error of CCD mosaics to image quality is built. Modulation transfer function (MTF) is used as evaluating indicator which analyzes the influences of overlap error linear error and coplane error. The emulation produced that the three kinds of error influenced the image quality linear error influence is more at one direction with the same deflection angle coplane error influence decrease with the increasing of F number. Overlap error influenced image quality of adjacent of CCD edge and reduction pixel size can decrease the influence.

For uncertain Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with time-domain constraints on control inputs and states, a robust control scheme is proposed. Sufficient condition for achieving a given H-infinity performance level for the uncertain T-S fuzzy systems is given. Under the bound assumption of the disturbance energy, an ellipsoid containing all perturbed trajectories is found, and then, the time-domain hard constraints are translated into constraints in linear matrix inequalities (LMI) by using S-Procesure and double-ellipsoid method. This multi-objective design is eventually brought into solving an optimization problem with LMI constraints. Simulation of the application to an inverted pendulum is performed;and results are discussed.
