A Blind Video Watermarking Algorithm Based on SVD in the DCT Domain

In this paper, a new transform‐domain based video watermarking scheme is proposed. The method embeds and detects watermarks in the DCT domain based on Singular Value Decomposition (SVD). Extensive experimental results demonstrate that the proposed watermarking scheme is effective and robust against not only attacks such as frame dropping, frame averaging, and H.263 coding, but also attacks such as cropping, rotation, adding salt & pepper noise, sharpening and adding Gaussian noise.

Circuits model of transformer for direct analysis and calculation

The methods used for analysis and calculation of the different voltage levels in power network are complex and can't direcdy analyze and calculate. According to the network theories of electro circuit, an equivalent circuit of transformer is proposed, which consist of operational amplifier in this paper. An engineering model of transformer is established by means of the voltage controlled voltage and circuit controlled circuit with the ideal operational amplifier, furthermore, the theoretic network equation is obtained from the electro circuit and the simulation analysis is conducted. Results of simulation show that equivalent circuit of transformer can be replaced by the engineering model of transformer, and the network equation of the model meets the equation of transformer. Thus the direct simulation analysis and calculations at different voltage levels can be conducted in the power network.

Fermentation process possesses high non-linear and time difference, and its inherent mechanism is very complex. To carry out further optimizing and control strategy, reasonable model must be gained. There are many critical variables, which are hard to gain in fermentation process. It hold back the effective application of optimal and strategy procedure. Least square support vector machine (LS-SVM) is a kind of extension of support vector machine (SVM). The algorithm of LS-SVM has high precision, fast computing. It is more suitable for predicting online. LS-SVM is presented for modeling of penicillin fermentation process. A model is built by LS-SVM with RBF kernel for mycelial and penicillin. The research result indicates that LS-SVM is an effective method for penicillin ferment process modeling.

The CuCl2/CuPc sensor based on MEMS nanophase-pore A12O3 base plate and its mechanism study

Taking the 90-100 nm hollow column Al2O3 film as the base plate, the CuCl2/CuPc sensor chip with the φ0.2 mm micro channels was designed and manufactured by using MEMS micro-machining method. By vacuum coating, CuCl2 hybrid ornamenting CuPc was evaporated to form the gas sensitive film, and through the micro shell packaging of it, the microstructure sensor was manufactured. This made the detecting mode of active air suction availiable, and the response time and gas sensitivity increased. SEM analysis showed that the better surface appearance and film dimension were obtained: the Al2O3 film-base plate is 0.25mm in thickness;its flank is a columnar compact body;its surface appears 990-100 nm nanophase-pore active state. The Pt films used as the electrode and the heater are 500nm in thickness, arranged columnarly and densely. The sensitive film is 150nm in thickness with continuous and normal arrangement. The micro shell is 150-200 μm in depth. The testing result indicates that the sensor has well sensitivity to Cl2, which is more than 5 times of that when the Cl2 concentration is 0.01%. The sensor's response time is less than 30s. The impacts of aerating state and heating voltage on the sensor's sensitivity were analyzed and the sensitive mechanism of CuPc organic semiconductor was discussed.

The combination of the chaotic theory and the cryptography is an important study field of the image encryption. Classical Arnold cat map can change the position of image pixel points through iteration, but these pixel points will return to the original position after iterating many times. It is obvious not enough to carry on the encryption by using it only. If the encrypted result with cat map is carried to Lu chaotic map to encrypt again, it can attain the purpose of confusion and diffusion through changing the pixel value of each point. The system security lies in the initial sensitivity of chaotic map. By using the Matlab to simulate, comparing with the encryption of single map, the method has the high improvement in anti-attacking. © 2007 IEEE.

In this research, we propose and develop a remote medical-care support system for supporting nurses, care managers and care helpers during their work. The proposed system has two functions: a multi-point communication function using video images and voice, and vital signs data auto-uploading and referring function. In this paper, we present the proposed remote medical-care support system and report the field experiment results using the proposed support system in a medical-care support center. The experiment results show that proposed system has a good performance. © 2007 IEEE.

Vector control technology is regard as a kind of controlling manner of AC asynchronous motor, and it is already become the first method of the high-performance variable-frequency speed regulating system. Compared with SPWM, SVPWM (Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) has been used widely because it has better performance. This paper introduced the basic principle of voltage SVPWM and vector control. A full-digital solution with TMS320LF2407 using simplified SVPWM control method is presented. Through the experiment of controlling to a practical motor, the resulted shows that this method is feasible, the controlling system has better dynamic and static performances and controlling effect, it would have a prospect widely used.

Through analyzing the principle of predictive coding, a steganalysis method based on predictive coding is proposed. The predictive coding is based on the relativity between the neighboring pixels. On the contrary, steganograph will destroy the relativity between the neighboring pixels. Through computing and analysing the predictive error of cover image and steg image, it is obtained that steganograph will increase the predictive error. So the predictive error can be used to detect steganograph. The experiment shows that this method has a better ability of steganalysis.

It is a typical multi-objective optimization problem for the scientific decision of bidding to seek cooperating partner in virtual enterprise. With the optimization model proposed, partner selection is solved by the improved genetic algorithm. In the evolution process, individual survive rate is dynamic according to queue of individuals 'fitness values before roulette wheel selection, avoiding premature convergence. Crossover and mutation operators are accordingly adaptive to fitness value and iterative degree, which endows individuals with self- adaptability with the variation of the environment. Finally, the example demonstrates the validity of the adaptive genetic algorithm.
