This two-part paper investigates the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and in particular machine learning (ML) to the study of wireless propagation channels. In Part I, we introduced AI and ML as well as provided a comprehensive survey on ML enabled channel characterization and antenna-channel optimization, and in this part (Part II) we review state-of-the-art literature on scenario identification and channel modeling here. In particular, the key ideas of ML for scenario identification and channel modeling/prediction are presented, and the widely used ML methods for propagation scenario identification and channel modeling and prediction are analyzed and compared. Based on the state-of-art, the future challenges of AI/ML-based channel data processing techniques are given as well. © 2021, CC BY-NC-ND.

The wargame deduction is the application of wargame. It refers to the use of boards and wargame pieces representing the battlefield and its military power, or based on the virtual battlefield environment and force of the computer, based on military rules and probability theory, simulating war confrontation. The process deduction and evaluation optimization of the combat plan is an activity that uses wargame to simulate war and is a tool for combat simulation. In this paper, the actual or assumed situation is used to simulate the military actions of two or more opposing parties. The deep reinforcement learning and exploration strategy is used to improve the realistic function of the wargame simulation and the deductive pushability function, and systematically study the wargame technology. Advancing operational decision-making and military training has certain practical and strategic significance.

Wargame can effectively improve the fidelity and efficiency of combat deduction, and has the ability to solve complex military problems. It is theoretical and military significance to carry out the research on the development and application of computer wargame system. In this paper, the method of knowledge representation and reasoning of fuzzy Petri nets is applied to the strategy of wargame deduction. The characteristics of the graphs are used to represent different variables with different symbols, which can form a concise PN map. This PN map can be used for the force representation and reasoning strategy in the wargame system. The results show that the Petri net-based knowledge representation and reasoning algorithm is very effective for the wargame strategy.

The in situ detection of active small molecules in plants is one of the key technologies for the development of precision agriculture. An interdigitated microelectrode (IDME) array electrochemical sensor is constructed herein, with three groups of IDME arrays as a three-electrode system. The core-shell [email protected] 2 O-graphene (Gr)-polydopamine (PDA) nanoparticles are densely packed on Al microelectrodes using a three-potential step pulse electrodeposition method. Each of the over 2000 individual microelectrodes is approximately 1 μm wide and 1100 μm in length. The sensor has a high response to salicylic acid (SA) due to the synergistic electrocatalysis of [email protected] 2 O, Gr, and PDA, and the high-density arrangement of the three-electrode unit with microelectrodes. The sensor has a linear concentration range of 0.01–100 μM for SA and the detection limit is as low as 1.16 nM. The SA concentration in cucumber leaves is monitored from the early growth stage to the fruiting stage using the IDME array sensor, and the juice and living stems of the cucumber are detected. The flat structure of the [email protected] 2 O-Gr-PDA IDME array sensor is suitable for attachment onto plant tissues, especially for the in situ detection of SA in leaves.

The treatment of waste is unsafe in city centres where residents are more involved, leading to germs that can lead to disease. How commonly these litter containers are used in different regions is different. Regular timing checks are not helpful. Often, they will overflow much faster than expected. In this article, a smart waste monitoring method is advised to prevent this and increase cleaning, to figure out where the waste is *** architecture of the method collects and transmits information through a wireless network. Under this technique, the dustbin's waste level is measured by sensors and information is transmitted through the GSM and GPS module to the official mobile station. Wi-Fi Module is used to track waste levels online at the control room. Arduino Processor uses network modules to link sensor systems.

The interaction between matter and squeezed light has mostly been treated within the approximation that the field correlation time is small. Methods for treating squeezed light with more general correlations currently involve explicitly modeling the systems producing the light. We develop a general purpose input-output theory for a particular form of narrowband squeezed light-a squeezed wave-packet mode-that only cares about the statistics of the squeezed field and the shape of the wave packet. This formalism allows us to derive the input-output relations and the master equation. We also consider detecting the scattered field using photon counting and homodyne measurements which necessitates the derivation of the stochastic master equation. The non Markovian nature of the field manifests itself in the master equation as a coupled hierarchy of equations. We illustrate these with consequences for the decay and resonance fluorescence of two-level atoms in the presence of such fields. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. All rights reserved.

A large population depends on many industries for its livelihood like electrical, embedded, software product sectors. An IoT environment includes feedback phones that use smart devices, such as MCU (microcontroller unit), sensors and different sensors, collect, distribute, and act on messages they collect from their environment. IoT systems share the sensory data they receive when data has been either sent to the cloud for global applications or analysis by linking to an IoT gateway or other edge device. For the electrical maintenance occur in the industries will need a specific alert signal. The loss of manufacturing workers/workers may be controlled by a specific, minor accident. Therefore, it is essential to provide an emergency device able to detect the non-safety state of coal and produce an alarm to reduce the possibility of risks in the system. We are proposing an IoT-based alert system via mobile phones, as smartphones' general usage is very common in the industries rather than using a walkie-talkie.

Monocular depth estimation is to perform pixel-level depth estimation on single perspective image, and the methods based on deep learning have shown superior effect for the challenging task. However, the supervised depth estimation methods need costly ground truth labels, which require professional equipment. To solve this problem, we study the unsupervised monocular depth estimation algorithm combining traditional stereo knowledge. We use the unsupervised network based on the reconstruction method as the baseline, which can be trained without direct supervision from ground truth depths leveraging image synthesis on sequences or multi-views images, so that it can improve the accuracy of prediction results without applying any annotations such as LIDAR depth in KITTI. Experiments results on the publicly database KITTI (Eigen split) have shown the promising effectiveness of the proposed method, and compared with state of the art unsupervised algorithms, it has achieved competitive performance in objective evaluation indicators.

Most existing DTN routing algorithms can't show efficient network performance. Prophet is a routing protocol widely used for DTNs. The delivery predictability of active nodes will obviously reduce with the same speed as less active nodes. In this paper, we propose an Adaptive Probability Prediction Routing (APPR) approach, which can dynamically adjust the aging factor based on the active degree of nodes. Leveraging the APPR approach, the delivery predictability of each node can be reduced in different speed if the node does not encounter the other node. Furthermore, when two nodes encounter, the forward decision depends on the distance between each node to the destination node, if the delivery predictabilities of encountered nodes are similar. Compared with the traditional Prophet, simulation results demonstrate the proposed APPR approach can significantly improve successful delivery ratio, reduce overhead ratio and the average latency.

This article briefly summarizes the theory of chaos and its applications. Firstly, we begin by describing chaos as an aperiodic bounded deterministic motion, which is sensitive to initial states and therefore unpredictable after a certain time. Then, fundamental tools of the chaos theory, used for identifying and quantifying chaotic dynamics, are shared. The paper covers a main numerical approach to identify chaos such as the Lyapunov exponents. Many important applications of chaos in several areas such as chaos in electrical and electronic engineering and chaos applications in robotics have been presented.
