Broadcast is an important link in mobile ad hoc wireless networks (MANETs). In order to improve broadcast coverage, reduce forwarding probability and broadcast collision, a dynamic space-covered broadcast algorithm based on neighbor-degree in MANETs is proposed. The concepts of neighbor-degree, available-angel and available-distance are introduced. The neighbor-degree is used to generate the initial forwarding probability of a node. Based on the available-angle and available-distance, the node weight is proposed to calculate the final forwarding probability, thereby realizing the dynamic selection of forwarding node and reflecting the dynamic space-covered of node. The forwarding strategy is proposed to reduce broadcast collision. Simulation results show that, compared with dynamic probability broadcast and node location based space-covered broadcast, proposed broadcast algorithm reduces the broadcast collision, improves the broadcast coverage, and reduces the forwarding probability when the number of nodes is large. © 2020 The authors and IOS Press.

Solar energy forecasting methods including artificial neural network (ANN) are mostly for planning large or medium scale grid connected photovoltaic (PV) systems. The small prediction step will cause expensive computational cost with ANN. Using the concept of edge computing (EC), the paper proposes an effective short time step PV energy predicting model I based on ANN and wavelet transformation to reduce the computation costs. Sparse coefficients, which are tried by both different wavelet types and similar day classification, and a few forecast meteorological data are used as inputs to reduces the scale of ANN sharply. The simulation results demonstrate that, when the proposed method processes the whole year data, the proposed ANN model I has low computation complexity and superior precision.

Feature selection, is an issue firmly identified with size decrease of data-sets model. The target of feature selection is to recognize features in the data-set as significant, and dispose of some other feature as unimportant and repetitive data. Since feature selection diminishes the dimensionality of the data-sets model, it holds out the probability of increasingly successful and quick activity of data mining algorithm which can be worked quicker and all the more adequately by utilizing feature selection. In this research paper we will investigate feature extraction Principal Component Analysis (PCA) with attribute ranker search technique. In practice, Principal Component Analysis with attribute ranker search strategy isn't just used to improve extra storage space or the computational accuracy and efficiency of the classification algorithm, however can likewise enhance the prescient presentation by diminishing the scourge of dimensionality - particularly on the off chance that we are working with software defect-prone or non-defected data-sets models. We have used 10 datasets models, these datasets models basically REPOSITORY model of NASA which contain binary class defected and non-defected datasets models. We have also used 6 classifiers for comparatively analysis between objective model and real datasets model. We illustrated the comparatively analysis between PCA Ranker Search method with No-PCA. We have also compared classifiers efficiency with each other. The most efficient and useful classifier are the Bagging and Multilayer Perceptron at all attribute ranking search method. But the comparatively analysis between the classifiers that Naïve bayes and MultiLayer Perceptron have well increased the correctly classified instances percentage in overall software fault forecast. One more comparison between the PCA Ranker Search Method and No-PCA that is attribute ranker search method is really good for increasing accuracy and efficiency for software fault forecast

In the Chang'e-5 lunar sampling mission, the slender manipulator has the -flexible structure, which make it difficult to achieve accurate sampling through open-loop control. Accurately locating the small-size components at the end of the manipulator by the surveillance camera is the key to realize the precise guidance and control of the manipulator itself, thus yielding a safe sampling procedure. In order to solve the above difficulty, an accurate measurement algorithm of circular target pose is proposed, based on binocular inverse projection transformation. By using the ellipse contour image formed by the small-size disk part at the wrist joint of the manipulator end, constructing the target circle space expression equation based on the inverse transformation of binocular perspective projection, and the minimum residual optimization model of the disk target pose is established in three-dimensional space, and the L-M algorithm is used to solve the optimal pose of circular target. Compared with the previous method, this proposed method does not need to construct the ellipse fitting and imaging projection error equation, and thus simplifies the algorithm steps while greatly reduces the accuracy loss caused by ellipse fitting. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high accuracy and robustness, and effectively enhances the success of Chang'e-5 lunar surface sampling task. © 2021, Science Press. The relay selection and power allocation of cooperative MIMO with multiple-antenna terminals are investigated. Based on the classic worst-link-first algorithm, we propose a joint power allocation and relay selection algorithm, which takes maximizing the system energy gain as the optimization purpose. We consider quasi-static, flat fading channels, select relays, and allocate power according to the instantaneous channel state information. Theoretical analysis and computer simulations show that the proposed algorithm can achieve higher average network energy gain than the traditional worst-link-first algorithm, and its computational complexity is much lower. © 2019 Totem Publisher, Inc. Software Engineers are battling always with defects from the earliest starting point of the software history. The defect has significant commitment and assumes an important job in the hour of freeing software. Software defect-prone might be recognized before the software announcement or after the announcement. Although, the desire for designers is to give defect free software to their customers. Hence, recognizing the software defect-prone before announcement makes a decent preferred position for the designers. Here, the difficult assignment is to discover the defect-prone region or defective module of software. On the off chance that defective modules are distinguished before the arrival of software, at that point it could be effectively counteracted and fixed by the designer. In most recent two decades scientists have concentrated on software deformity prophecy issue by applying a few statistical and machine learning systems. The software defect-prone information experiences the class-imbalance issue due to the slanted conveyance of defective and non-defective software modules. Generally, machine learning calculations consider equivalent circulation of information tests in each class and expect the misclassification cost of each class is similarly significant. We have used SMOTE with ONE-R by using its MinBucketsize number n=1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 for over-fit the data and resultant we got that minbucketsize n= 1 & 2 are highly good for base accuracy and efficiency for defect-prone datasets model. We have used datasets model in three different ways and we observed that use training datasets is very suitable for our experiments as compare to other two ways. We also observed that al evaluation measures results are highly good at use of training datasets model. © 2020 IEEE

Oxygen recuperation is a feasible approach to enhance the efficiency of hydrogen storage systems (HSSs), further facilitating the integration of intermittent renewable energy sources into power systems. However, current HSSs with oxygen recuperation often neglect the impact of oxygen recuperation on the optimal operating parameters of fuel cell systems, which limits the potential of oxygen recuperation. To investigate the influence of oxygen recuperation, in this paper, the configuration and modeling of a HSS with oxygen recuperation were introduced, encompassing a fuel cell system and an electrolyzer system. Subsequently, optimal operation parameters of the fuel cell system, including oxygen excess ratio (OER), cathode inlet pressure, and cathode inlet oxygen concentration, were determined according to the designed optimization objective. Moreover, the round-trip efficiency was employed to evaluate the impact of oxygen recuperation on the overall HSS performance. The simulation results indicate oxygen recuperation effectively enhances the fuel cell system efficiency at the cost of a minor decrease in the electrolyzer system efficiency. The round-trip efficiency of the HSS with oxygen recuperation improves by 3.18% compared to without oxygen recuperation when the fuel cell and electrolyzer systems operate at rated powers. © 2023, The Authors. A method for SAR image processing and target detection based on two-dimensional singularity power spectrum (2D-SPS) in time-frequency domain is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the two-dimensional pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution (2D-PWVD) is carried out on the SAR image. Then, the two-dimensional singularity power spectrum estimation is performed on the local delay components of 2D-PWVD to obtain the three-dimensional singularity power spectral SAR (SPS-SAR) functions. Furthermore, a novel SAR target detection method based on SPS-SAR is introduced. The proposed methodology is tested on SAR images, both with and without weak targets, from the OpenSAR dataset. Experiment results show that the proposed method performs better than traditional method based on fractal theory, and can achieve higher detection probability in the complex scene with low SNR. It can provide more details for SAR image analysis and offer a new idea for SAR target detection. © 2020 IEEE.

Photoplethysmogram(PPG)is a noninvasive method for detecting human cardiovascular pulse wave using optical *** PPG containing a lot of physiological information is from the MIMIC *** paper proposes a combinatorial method of ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD),cepstrum,fast Fourier transform(FFT)and zero-crossing detection to improve the robustness of the estimation of pulse rate(PR),heart rate(HR)and respiratory rate(RR)from the ***,the PPG signal was decomposed into finite intrinsic mode functions(IMF)by *** of its adaptive filtering property,the different signals were reconstructed using different IMFs when estimating different physiological ***,the PR was obtained by zero-crossing detection after rejecting low frequency IMFs containing ***,IMFs with frequency between 1.00 Hz to 1.67 Hz(60 beats/min to 100 beats/min)were selected for estimating ***,the frequency band that reflects the heart activity was analyzed by the cepstrum ***,the respiratory signal can be extracted from PPG signal by IMFs with frequency between 0.05 Hz to 0.75 Hz(3 breahts/min to 45 breaths/min).Then the spectrum of signal was obtained by FFT analysis and the RR was estimated by detecting the maximum frequency *** algorithm has been tested on MIMIC database obtained from 53 *** experiment results show that the physiological parameters extracted by this integrated signal processing method are consistent with the real physiological *** the computation load of this method is small and the precision is high(not larger than 1.17%in error).

The operating laws and characteristics of the new power system have undergone fundamental changes, and are intertwined with the impact of unconventional events such as natural disasters, resulting in a significant increase in safety risks. Firstly, based on the online analysis requirements of unconventional events, a data integration framework for the operation mode of the power grid was constructed, covering both online and offline data generation. Secondly, a standardized integration method for online data to simulation calculation data was proposed, which combines processes such as operational data parsing, topology correlation analysis, and flow convergence adjustment based on reactive power configuration. Finally, based on the characteristics of the impact of unconventional events, a predictive and clustered set of power grid faults is dynamically formed, providing basic data for the study of the evolution law of unconventional event modes. The multi-stage power grid operation mode data integration platform based on the above principles is of great significance for realizing the full cycle analysis of unconventional events and the application of emergency support technology.
