In order to better perform operation and planning of active distribution system under the background of high penetration rate of new energy, this paper studies power quality assessment and proposes a method named TOPSIS based on the combination of AHP-CRITIC-EWM. First of all, considering the actual situation, the difference and relevance between power quality indicators, and the degree of dispersion of the evaluation data, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the subjective weight of the indicators, and the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (CRITIC) and the entropy weight method (EWM) are combined to determine the objective weight of the indicators. With the goal of the subjective and objective weights tending to be consistent, the minimum deviation combination weight model is established. Secondly, the index weights are integrated into the TOPSIS assessment method to meet the actual requirements of different indexes with different importance levels, and the assessment objects are quantified and graded. Finally, a case study is carried out, and the results show that the comprehensive assessment method proposed is effective and feasible.

In this paper, a novel artificial skin sensor model with special structure based on the flexibility of Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and the piezoresistive effect of Poly Vinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric fiber is proposed to solve the problems of structure design and complicated manufacturing process of skin sensor sensitive units. It has excellent piezoelectric effect and can detect the external force efficiently and precisely. The finite element analysis technology is used to simulate the deformation of the novel artificial skin sensor under external force from different aspects. Firstly, the crossing-mesh sensitive unit model and the three-layer configuration with three-layer of the artificial skin sensor are designed. Secondly, the external forces are applied to the sensitive units with different diameters by finite element analysis, and the sensitive unit with optimum diameter is figured out for the novel artificial skin sensor. After that, with the optimum sensitive unit, the performance of the artificial skin sensor model with the optimum sensitive unit is specifically simulated when it's subjected to different stress. Finally, through seriously analyzing the experiment results, the mapping relationship between the deformation of the artificial skin sensor and the external force is obtained. Experiment results demonstrate that the novel artificial skin sensor has high sensitivity, not only can truly reflect the approximate linear relationship between sensor deformation and external load, but also can accurately detect the magnitude of external force applied to the sensor. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This work employs the PIC-MCC method to study the nanosecond pulsed hollow-cathode discharge and electron beam generation process. The electron beam’s energy and current distribution characteristics at the anode exit are investigated, and the simulation’s grid and step sizes are set as 0.04 μm and 5*10-13 s, respectively. Experimental parameters are used in the simulation, and experimental results are also used to verify the simulation accuracy. The simulations investigate the transportation characteristics of the electron beam under different energies and currents and obtain the effects of voltage, current, and ion density on the distribution characteristics of the electron beam. The electron beam current generated by the hollow-cathode discharge is gradually transformed from a random distribution in the central region to a Gaussian distribution. Due to the ion channel caused by the action of runaway electron pre-ionization, the high-energy electron beam achieves focused transport over a certain distance, and the high-energy electron beam has a smaller Gaussian radius than the source input. Besides, the ion-focusing channel formed by the high-energy electron transportation process can realize the transportation of the high-current electron beam in the conduction stage. © 2023, The Authors. When the robot grabs the object, the force information detection of the object is the basis for the smooth grabbing process. The force information of the object can be fully reflected by detecting the force in the three-dimensional direction. In this paper, with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as the substrate and embedded into the sensitive unit prepared by conductive rubber, a new flexible sensor which can detect three-dimensional force is designed. Firstly, based on the piezoresistive effect of conductive rubber, COMSOL Multiphysics software was used to carry out multi-physical field simulation experiment for the sensor. Furthermore, based on the nonlinear approximation ability of BP neural network and the resistance of simulation output, the training sample set and the test sample set were constructed by using the 5-fold cross validation method, and the BP neural network model was constructed to achieve the accurate prediction of three-dimensional force. Finally, the number of hidden layer neurons was adjusted to optimize the BP network model. The results of cross-validation experiments show that the sensor designed in this paper can effectively detect the three-dimensional force information, and the optimized BP neural network can significantly improve the accuracy of the three-dimensional force prediction. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Considering the uncertainty of wind power output and the market price of electric energy and frequency modulation auxiliary services, a model is established. The established model adopts a two-stage collaborative operation optimization method. The first stage aims to maximize wind power consumption and lowest cost, and the second stage aims to maximize the profitability of idle energy storage system under the energy market and frequency regulation market. The proposed strategy is obtained through the analysis of the calculation example. The energy storage system not only reduces the fluctuation of new energy and improves the dispatchability and absorption capacity of wind power, but also can increase the operating income in the environment of the energy market and ancillary service. Especially when the price of frequency regulation market is high, it has good economic benefits and reduces the cost recovery period of investment in the energy storage system.

This paper proposes a two-stage electric vehicle charging optimization scheduling model based on the spotted hyena algorithm. Compared with random charging, this strategy reduces the user's charging fee and smoothes the grid load curve without affecting the user's charging demand. This strategy can effectively alleviate the negative consequences of increased load peak-valley difference and reduced power quality. Through the comparison of simulation results, the load peak-to-valley difference of 300 electric vehicles at 20% penetration rate is reduced by 622.7kW, a drop of 23.47%, which greatly improves the safety and economy of grid operation. The user's total charging cost has also dropped by 116.28 yuan compared with the disorderly charging, a drop of 11.26%, which provides users with a reasonable charging schedule.

In this study, plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition was used to prepare ZnGaO thin films with different ZnO cycle ratios from 0 % to 50 %, which were employed to fabricate the MSM-type and TFT-type solar-blind photodetector. The properties of the films and the performance of the solar blind photodetector are greatly affected by the ZnO cycle ratio. Appropriate Zn doping content decreases the ratio of oxygen vacancies and Zn interstitials in Ga₂O₃, while excessive Zn doping degrades the quality of the film. Compared to MSM-type photodetector, an obviously improved performance of ZnGaO TFT-type photodetector has been observed due to its self-amplified photocurrent and the reduced dark current controlled by gate voltage. At a ZnO cycle ratio of 40 %, a superior performance of TFT-type solar-blind photodetector with an ultra-low dark current ∼4.5 × 10⁻¹³ A, an excellent light switching ratio ∼2.2 × 10⁷, and an outstandingly high sensitivity ∼34.31 A/W has been obtained. These results demonstrate that the incorporation of Zn dopants can effectively modulate the performance of Ga₂O₃ TFT-type photodetector providing a great perspective for cost-effective and high-performance solar-blind PDs. © 2024 Elsevier Ltd

With the development of the Internet and mobile terminals, more and more pirate digital music resources are easily disseminated online. To prevent the illegal copies propagating among mobile devices and protect the right of content providers. In this paper, we designed a practical real-time mp3 Copyright Protection System(MCPS) for mobile terminals which is based on Client/Server model and contains three parts: security channel, server and client. In particular, we established a secure channel based on SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, defined an identity authentication procedure between the server and the client. In the server, we designed RC4 based encryption algorithm for frame header, and chaotic based watermarking algorithms for frame body, respectively. In the client, we designed a novel mp3 streamd ecoder, where, for each frame, frame header is decrypted, and the embedded information is extracted and compared with its IMEI to decide whether to decode or not. The practical experiments show that the system can effectively protect copyright for digital_music and is of great. © 2020 IEEE.

Optical ranging is a key technology in metrology. Optical frequency combs are shown to provide several advantages in light ranging, offering high precision with high acquisition rate. However, performance of traditional ranging systems based on microcombs is limited by the short ambiguity distance and non-real-time processing. Here, we show that dual-comb ranging system using coherent Kerr soliton microcombs and optical switch realizes extended ambiguity distance and provides a route to real-time processing. The ambguity distance is extended to 3.28 m from about 1.5 mm and the uncertainty reaches about 1.05 × 10−7, while the system is compatible with low-bandwidth detectors. Combining coherent microcomb ranging systems with special FPGA could enable comb-based real-time ranging systems for several applications such as industrial process monitoring. © 2023, CC BY.

In the single projection direction, we propose a multi-camera common optical path system for three-dimensional radiation thermometry of dynamic flame, which is realized in the form of prism cascade. Different cameras can focus on certain sections of the flame along the main optical axis synchronously and independently. The image recorded by each camera linearly consists of a focused flame section and other remaining sections with defocused state. On the basis of point spread function, the spatial object-image mapping relationship is established by convolution, and the tomography of flame sections is performed by deconvolution. Then, the flame temperature is reconstructed by use of Plank’s radiation law. The effectiveness of proposed method is verified by experiments, which could characterize the spatiotemporal evolution of flame temperature. Furthermore, it is expected to be able to achieve compatible measurements with high spatial and high temporal resolution. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.
